Pleasant but some minor inconveniences.

Location was close to a dock which facilitated our boat tour of the communities around the lake. Quiet area at night allowed for good sleep.

No breakfast and none nearby so required a long walk or tuktuk ride to find a decent place to eat. The checkout process wasn't clearly explained so it took longer than normal to depart.

Great place to experience Panajachel. The Villas were in the local beach/dock front area.

No breakfast at this villa. It had a full kitchen and necessary equipment for cooking. We picked up groceries in town with a tuk-tuk ride. Location in the local beach/dock front area made for a unique experience on Sunday morning with local church services held down there. Great!

Superb

Place was beautiful, really nice cozy houses, great location, the view was amazing!

Whater heater was intermittent, it was switching off after 30-60 seconds, when it was working it was too hot, then too cold again...

it was okay.

Decent property located right in front of the private beaches of Panajachel. Nice patio and good lake views.

The staff (secretaries) from the places were not that nice. They were very pushy when trying to make us do the check-out plus they were kind of upset and had an attitude just because we leave some dirty dishes from breakfast since we didn’t have time to clean up. The only nice person was the concierge, very humble and friendly.

Sone of the staff are not friendly and even aggressive. They also overcharged me and forced me to pay extra.

The property itself is reasonable although expensive.

It would have been perfect if the sheets and towels were cleaner. Everything else was great.

The location was great. The lake wasn’t exactly connected to the property, but I could reach the beach in 30 seconds walk from the entrance. I liked the garden—the smell of the grass, the nature… just amazing. I also liked the fact that there was a kitchen with all the things that we needed. The pans, pots, dishes, cups… they were all clean.

It was clear that the towels and the sheets weren’t as clean as I wished they were. The towels were full of dust (we had to dust them off outside) and, even though I am not that sensitive, I definitely felt that there was a lot of dust in the sheets. My 6 months old baby and I couldn’t sleep well…

Nice, clean and quiet. Beautiful lake views.

The bathroom upstairs didn't have hot water for some reason both days. Second day the bottom bathroom didn't have enough hot water. Other than that everything was great.

Lovely vacation house, location, and price but was dissappointed about the response to the leaking roof.

Very spacious and well equipped for gatherings. Master bedroom was great.

Roof was leaking when it rained in the living room of Villa 5 and when I told the front desk they said “its normal.” Also the shower temperature was awful to control, it was either boiling hot and when you’d try to even it out it would be freezing.

Just MEH and way overpriced

it was clean and right on the lake.

they collected a service fee that was not advertised. first they asked for 100 dollars but when I told them that that was absurd, they asked for thirty dollars.

Friendly staff with good location and good internet.

They have been friendly, and the house was nice. Nice terrace, a bit cold in the night. Internet was excellent, that made up for a lot of other things.

The shower had not really warm water. You had to let it rund for a few minutes, then for a minute or two it was warm, but then cold again, no more hot. Sad that it didn't get fixed. Some blood stain from previous guests. It was previously washed, but still visible.

Absolutely beautiful location and excellent place to stay.

The location was excellent and the homes were very nice, clean, and well equiped. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time at Villa Jucanas. I recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Panajachel.

I recommend getting fine linens for the bedroom(s). My wife has very sensitive skin and the linens made it difficult for her to sleep. While my skin is not as sensitive as hers, I, too, felt that they were a bit difficult to sleep in.

Exceptional

The villa is super clean and well located. Very suitable for family vacation. My eight year old son loved it very much. The host, Mr. Walter is very attentive and nice. Very helping and friendly staff,too. Highly recommended!!

Best option in the town

Everything is ok. It was clean and well treated. Although Anita, owner of the house was so helpful and assist on everything on anytime. Definetly good choice and feel like you are at home with expectacular view and location. Wifi is good. All the utilities are working well. Extremely recomended!

The bathroom at first floor is not well designed. (I have to wrote something, right? :) )
