Enjoy its bright kitchen that has access to the spacious and beautiful living room with fireplace and to the garden.It has a private cellar-bar-disco typical of Spanish flamenco style and private parking.

*THE SPACE*
On arrival to the house you will find a spacious drive through leading to the huge covered car park for up to three cars or to the house entrance with a palm trees round about.
As you enter the house you will be prompted with the bright living room connected with dining room with big glass doors overlooking the garden , pool and panoramic ocean views.
On the first floor you will also find one ensuite double bedroom , two bedrooms each with two single beds and its private bathroom and one single bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. There is also a downstairs toilet for guests , kitchen and laundry room.
As you go upstairs you will find our 80 sqm master bedroom with walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower and bath tub , a gym overlooking the sea and a private study/work area with its desk and chair .
The house counts with a traditional Spanish wine cellar bar in the basement, ideal for flamenco nights or an entertaining night with friends and family.
*THE NEIGHBOURHOOD*
This mansion is superbly located in Torrequebrada, the best and most prestigious area of Benalmadena. It is a safe residential area that counts with a private security guard who drives around 24/7. Close to the house the area also boasts with innumerable number of distinguished bars and restaurants such as Trocadero , pharmacies, supermarkets and various entertainments for adults and for the kids.
The house is 6 minutes walk to the beach and has panoramic views of the ocean and the golf course throughout the house. If golf is your hobby or passion make sure to ask us about Torrequebrada's golf course access which is round the corner to Villa Lario.
Very close to famous Puerto marina with its yachts, restaurants, houses built on water and SEA LIFE center. You can relax on the beach or take a boat and go into the open sea to enjoy cleanest waters and dolphins jumping around your boat.
