Completely renovated 2 bedrooms, 1 bath vintage home conveniently located in the heart of Gainesville. Short walk to restaurants, breweries, live music, clubs, and downtown Gainesville. Enjoy this private and quiet location near everything.

This home has 2 bedrooms and1 bath and has been completely renovated inside and out. The master bedroom features a brand-new king mattress with luxury 400 thread count, sateen weave linens. The second bedroom features a brand-new, pillow-top queen-sized mattress with luxury 400 thread count, sateen weave linens. There are plenty of options for lounging and relaxing in this beautiful home. Enjoy the Gator game on the 55in TV in the living room, sip coffee on the back deck in the morning under the beautiful oak trees or have a glass of wine on the covered side porch.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare and enjoy meals. Kitchen features full sized refrigerator, full sized stove and oven, Keurig with coffee and creamer, microwave, waffle maker, blender, and toaster.

The bathroom has been completely remodeled with a modern and spacious walk-in shower with a full glass enclosure. Brand new tiles, fixtures, and lighting.

We spent a week at the house after moving our son into an apartment nearby. The house is super cozy and the beds are SO comfortable! We appreciated the responsiveness of the host and were grateful she was able to accommodate us coming a day early!

This is our second time staying here, and everything was just as perfect as the first time a year ago. Everything about the property is super cozy and comfortable- from the covered patio and backyard deck, to the furnishings, beds, and linens. The location is in very close proximity to everything, but still has a nice private, tucked away feel. This will always be our first choice whenever we travel to Gainesville!

Clean property, just the right size for 3 of us. Located walking distance to both a park and a police station, and just 5-10 minutes drive to pretty much everything we wanted to do and see. Would stay here again.

Cute property perfect for my party of 2. Clean house, comfy beds, cold central A/C & hot coffee! We liked walking to some of G’ville’s off the path hidden gems, Afternoon, Coterie market & Superette. Not a far walk from campus but not five minutes either. House was quiet and has a cute park w/nice playground and walking path just down the street.

This property was centrally located for anywhere we needed to go in Gainesville. Easy drive to University of Florida baseball field & campus. The owner's were very responsive and the house is immaculate. We enjoyed our stay and will come back next time we are in Gainesville. Thank Ananda!

We stayed here for a football game weekend and it was great. Close enough to walk (~30 mins to stadium), far enough from noise and crazy traffic to relax and sleep peacefully. The house was clean, well-appointed, and everything we could want. There were nice touches like coffee/creamer, water bottle in the fridge for each guest, and extra toiletries under the sink. Couldn’t have been happier and absolutely plan to return in the future!

this place was 2 miles form the VA and shands hospital. very clean and perfect for my dog as it was fenced in. I would stay here again

A nicely renovated place to stay that feels like home. A lovely yard to sit and sip coffee or relax in the evening. In spite of being in a busy part of town, you don’t notice it. The hosts were amazing and answered all questions.

We were in town to hike Paynes Prairie. This is a cute little house with a perfect backyard for my dogs. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. The only negative was all the foot traffic which upset my big male dog quite a bit. Knowing Gainesville is a college town, I should've foreseen that. Lol It wasn't that big of a deal though and I would def stay here again.

We found this home to be perfect for our family and pups. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The fenced yard was perfect for our pups. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen and bath. We will be back!

Perfect location. Just 1.6 miles from Shands in a quiet neighborhood with a park within walking distance. The house is precious with everything you could ask for. Will definitely stay here again if the need arises. Highly recommend.

We came into Gainesville for a weekend to visit some friends. This place was perfect for us and our 2 little dogs. The dogs had the best time in the fully fenced yard. Cottage was very clean, comfortable and such a great location to everything in town! Communication with the owners was also easy. We will be back!!!

When one of our furry family members had to be rushed to UF Emergency Department earlier in the week we started scrambling trying to figure out accommodations so that we could stay in town and be nearby in case his condition worsened and while the doctors worked to stabilize him. We spent the first night in a hotel before turning to VRBO once we learned he would be staying for a couple of days. We were so fortunate to find this gem of a property available. The entire experience was flawless from start to finish, and I cannot stress enough what a relief it was to have somewhere so comfortable, impeccably clean, and convenient to everything we could possibly need while in town. The house is adorable, tastefully designed, and soft and cozy from the furnishings down to the bath towels. We are so grateful to the hosts for offering such a special home, as staying here really took any additional stress out of an already stressful situation. This will be the first place we check on any future occasions of visiting Gainesville. Plus our pup gets to go home with us today, so all around we couldn’t be happier!

Had a quick two day baseball weekend in Gainesville and the pleasure to stay with my family at this hidden gem. Conveniently located close to campus and everything you need, including a cool little park perfect for kids, the house was cozy and comfortable. Appreciated the host making it available early since we were getting into town for the Saturday game. A wonderful experience all around!

Exceeded expectations. Cleanest place i have ever stayed. Cleaner than any hospital room. Much older house/bungalow fully Remodeled to please any guest. Everything in perfect working condition. No chipped paint or tiles. No stained anything. nice to have USB outlets on bedside lamps. Most comfortable bed ever, great bedding! fabulous water pressure in shower with elegant glass barn door entry Many living spaces. Cozy Kitchen with new appliances, Dining room, Fancy new TV for streaming (several services included), enclosed porch with reading area and covered patio all comfortably furnished. Since we packed in a rush it was a real lifesaver to have on site washer dryer complete with soap right there in the shed. Lovely little home. Cute, clean, cozy and comforting. It was a little difficult initially. Street is dark and no porch light but that was the only hiccup. There was some noise from nearby on the first night but quiet thereafter (aside from city noises.). Overall it was like visiting a beloved great aunt… but she wasn’t there. 😁

We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood was calm & quiet. Our only complaint was the couch didn’t fold out or provide a particularly comfortable sleeping place for one guest. It was wonderfully dog safe & friendly. We would be happy to return.

The house was located centrally and was within short driving distance of everything. The house was comfortable and provided a nice place to stay. They’re working on the laundry machine but just a little hiccup. Would recommend!

The property was very nice and looked just like it did in the pictures. It was very clean and cozy and the backyard was wonderful! The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 was because the neighborhood did have some homeless people that were staying across from the house and they were a bit noisy . Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

This property is beautifully renovated and a delight to stay in. Everything was thoughtfully provided-down to bedside lamps with built in chargers. Extremely clean and decorated just right. Our fur babies loved the fully fenced back yard and we enjoyed the covered patio space. Definitely one of the first renovated houses on the block, but more sure to follow. Location is close to everything you would need.

Very cozy place in and inviting when we went inside. Everything has been renovated and the beds are comfortable. Most importantly, it’s in walking distance to Midtown and downtown Gainesville. Owners are friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again, especially for a UF football game.

This home has been beautifully renovated. The owners thought of everything and were very accommodating and responsive. The house is close enough to campus, a mere 25 minute walk to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, so you don't have to worry about parking for games. I hope to return next year and would recommend this home to others. Thank you Ananda and Brad!
