Outdoor features a large boat/swimming dock, two decks with lounge seating and fire table, and Solo Stove firepit area. The upper deck is set up for outdoor entertaining and family gatherings, with a large deep sectional seating area, rocking chairs, Weber gas grill, and a new large electric retractable sunsetter awning. The waterside deck is about relaxation, featuring two large deep-seating lounge chairs. The firepit area is equipped with overhead accent lights, a Yukon SoloStove for "smoke-free" enjoyment, and 8 Adirondack chairs.
Tired of using a mooring when staying on Sebago? Concerned your boat is going to get wrecked every time wind picks up? We get it!! The BRAND NEW 60' dock at The Lazy Bully is located in a protected inlet, keeping your boat safe and convenient boarding with all the other benefits of direct waterfront property, including swimming. If you want to spend the day at the beach, Tassel Top Beach is a short 3min car ride.
The interior is newly remodeled & updated with modern features but preserves lakehouse charm. Updates include new appliances, HVAC, furniture, window treatments, blackout blinds in all bedrooms, high-speed mesh WiFi, Amazon TV's, plenty of board games / inside activities & much more.
The upper level boasts a large "great room" equipped with zoned HVAC, Sonos Move speaker, a wood-burning fireplace, brand new sofas, a large dining table, a fully stocked kitchen, large Samsung TV (with amazon cube for streaming), "Upper Master Bedroom" with cool feel King bed, TV, private bathroom, laundry, and zoned HVAC, "Guest Room #1" with a cool feel queen bed and TV, "Guest Room #2" with a Twin over Full bunkbed & Twin bed, pack n play and zoned HVAC and common area remodeled bathroom with a shower / full tub.
The lower level offers an additional living room with a large sectional couch, large Samsung TV, "Guest Room #3" with twin over full bunk bed, 2x twin beds and TV, "Lower Level Master" with cool feel King bed, walk out sliding door, TV and zoned HVAC, "Guest Room #4" with cool feel King bed, TV and zoned HVAC . The newly remodeled lower level bathroom features a standup shower and stacked washer & dryer.
Over the garage, there is a huge "Studio / Game Room" filled with fun and a Queen Bed for additional guests. Features include an additional living area with sectional, HVAC Minisplit system, large TV, 3x arcade games, Peleton Bike, TRX Strap System, free-weights, and weight bench.
There is a two-car garage with a TESLA 50AMP charger (adaptors available for non-tesla vehicles) 4x standup paddleboards, 4x kayaks, and a huge driveway with plenty of parking. *** NOTE 1/2 of the Garage is reserved for owner use. Guests will not have access. ***
The dock is directly on property and is over 6' wide x 60' long. Docks are removed seasonally due to lake freezing/water levels. Generally from 10/1 - 5/31.

If booking more than 11 months in advance, please inquire before instant booking. Approval of rates and availability is required for all bookings 11 months or more in advance.
Use of dock, swimming, canoe, kayaks and standup paddleboards are at the sole risk of the renter. All guests must use lifejackets, some may be provided, but sizes and quality are not guaranteed.
Exterior cameras are on property; they record both video and sound.
If guests plan on using indoor fireplace or stove, they must reach out to the host to ensure proper use.
The number of overnight guests is limited to the amount requested when booked.
No pets are allowed without approval. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
Absolutely no events or parties are allowed on the property.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. The primary renter must be present at all times. Two Week minimum, monthly discounts for off-season available.
Guests need to follow all house and community rules. Please request if you have any questions or concerns.
