I love how attentive and welcoming all the staff was. They were always helpful with my luggage or anything we needed even though. They didn’t have a phone in the room, but very fast at communicating via booking.com. I love the boat shuttle service to the port, very helpful. They also offer water sport services if you have no plans, they have everything.
Singing lizard once and balcony spider, but its ok, just part of nature :)

We stayed at the last room on the property, meaning we had to climb over 200 stairs to reach our room, which was a bit much for my partner's parents. We also had some issues with hot water and the cleanliness of the room when we first got there as I'm not sure the second bedroom in our room had been used all that recently.

The modern cottages are on two floors with 2 separately controllable air conditioners and a light-flooded bathroom with huge but secluded windows to the tropical garden. Standing height in the bathroom 9 meters (!) which ensures that moist air is safely extracted. The excellent and brand new mattresses correspond to French standards and are ultra-comfortable and invite you to linger. The location and view especially from Cottage Camia is breathtaking overlooking the waterstrait to Puerto Galera. A terrace with two loungers tempt you to rest in the garden and admire the huge mango tree and the 3 coconut palms. The lawn is well-kept and the fallen fruit is removed daily. My son spontaneously took part in a diving course at the resort and completed his 18m PADI Open Water Diver license within 5 days, which enables him to explore the world's most beautiful diving areas as an autonomous diver. Instructor Gaurav at the resort is truly a good educator and an exemplary person who tries to pass on his passion and enthusiasm to others. The food in the resort corresponds to 4 star level, has an international character and special requests are also catered for. The wine is good and affordable. Overall, the stay was super relaxing and corresponded exactly to our expectations. Casalay's team is incredibly friendly and experienced in tourism. We will come back for sure. I also recommend this resort to Central Europeans, especially the German-speaking countries, because their expectations are not only met, but exceeded. WiFi was at all locations perfect - i could even work with video-meetings one day with my computer. Kurt & Mila with children
nothing.
Everything was perfect at Casalay.
Best of class.

we love that the beach was right infront! You’re able to snorkel and see beautiful coral and fishes at the entrance if you don’t have time to book one in. They also had paddle boarding and clear kayaking at the front. most of all everyone were the friendliest and accomodating staff and catered to our 1 year old. Also 24/7 monitored and manned by security.
The stairs were hard to climb in the heat but they were one of prettiest feature and for photography at the villa.
You will need to take a boat to go into town if you need to stock up on anything such as medicine/toiletries but the accommodation really does cater to that

Quiet and private location. Food is delicious. AC is working fine. Place looks new. They have both pool and sea in the front.
The doors in the villa are noisy when opening and closing. The stairs are bit slippery. Pool has some leaves.

We liked the beautiful location, snorkeling in front of the resort, facilities (two swimming pools), accommodation, food, very friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness and superb garden.
Not applicable - we liked every aspect of our stay.

Very nice staff . Good location closed to many dive site. Nice confortable room. We enjoyed our stay.
The change in Puerto..cant get small boat directly from hotel to go smorkling. Need big boat go to Muele and pay a tax and then get a small boat. Nothing to do with this hotel.

The staff at the resort are exceptionally friendly and responsive. They helped us organize the snorkeling trip and our transportation back to Manila.
The cottages are spacious and bigger than expected. There's coffee and tea in the room. The fridge also has a good size. Towels and toiletries are of good quality.
The food is simple but decent.
Getting to the resort can be tedious. The ferries to and from Puerta Galera never seem to depart or arrive on time. The terminals get very crowded and chaotic during holiday season. From Puerta Galera port one needs to take a toktok to go to Muelle harbor and from there a boat to Casalay.
The beach in front of the resort is not good for swimming. We walked to Coco Beach during low tide. The beach is a bit dirty.
The list of beverages could be expanded. Strangely, the resort did not have buko juice.

on the quiet secluded side of Puerto Galera. Great for introverts to recharge.
super friendly staff. Highlight of our stay is the warm service. Everyone is customer-oriented. Later into the night (housekeeping no longer available), a gecko (part of the resort’s charm being in the middle of nature) made an accident and dropped it right in the middle of the bed. They front desk staff gladly changed our sheets.
I’m a sucker for nice bed sheets and thick white towels; which the property has. Nice toiletries, too. Really love the scents they use.
While it felt secure, please have locks on the sliding doors (stayed in the plunge pool). Hopefully, the jets in the plunge pool works next time.

The resort is new, nice bungalows and swimming pool. Magnificent view. All people were very friendly and helpful.
As the resort is new, some improvements are still ongoing (diversity of the menu, finishing of some parts of the buildings).
Will be happy to return.
