Host very responsive, giving instructions by text and in-app as needed. Very cute place with a large, mostly private yard (unfenced, treed). Felt more like was staying at a "cousin's house" instead of a rental -& ample kitchen supplies-- that is a positive. Only suggestion is a need for more explanation on how to thermostats for the split-AC units. It stayed pretty cold & LR fan stayed on all the time, even after raising the temp setting significantly, but the BR settings changed more readily. Not sure why.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this adorable cottage. It is so clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Sheila is a great host and is easy to contact and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to another visit very soon!

It was a cute house and was a good fit for our family’s Christmas vacation stay. It was close to everything we needed and was a perfect place for our family to relax and hang out. My dog really enjoyed the large yard. Quiet area but still close to things. Easy booking and communication.

Nice area. We were only 2 miles from our son's apartment and pretty close to the freeway which meant we could get to and from downtown quite easily.

This location worked out perfectly for us to attend a wedding in Taylors/Greer. The owner has added all the personal touches and keeps the house and yard in great shape! If we are in the area again we would stay here again because of the excellent communication with the owner, the good location and the coziness of the home.

This little house was everything we needed for our little getaway with our family of four. It was comfortable, clean and inviting. The location is great with lots of sights within driving distance, and shopping/restaurants minutes away. The little kind gestures from the host from the snacks and cards were so sweet. We will be back again!

Property was clean, cozy and safe! Basic supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, spices and basket of snacks on site. Great location for exploring Greenville and surrounding areas. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Sheila was very helpful in adding an extra day to our initial reservation. She responded quickly to text and email messages! Thank you Sheila!

The building was well maintained. The outside was clean and pretty. There was everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The host was readily available by telephone and came over to teach us how to work the TV. I told the host that I will come back next year when I vacation in the Greenville area.

When we arrived, everything was just as described. Neat and clean, easy to find. The house is well stocked too. Sheila left a very sweet welcome gift and a nice snack basket for us as well. She was very warm and welcoming and answered any questions we had. We were also able to add on an additional night with her assistance. Sheila made it a quick and painless process. The place was on the smaller size, but worked for exactly what we needed. The area was fantastic. Safe and great surroundings. Quick and easy drive to restaurants, stores and 15min to downtown.

This was such a perfect and quaint place. My husband and I loved our stay! Shelia was in communication with check in etc. It was in a fairly quiet location for us country folk. Only about 10-20min to anywhere we wanted to go and plenty of great restaurants and activities around, or just stay in and have a cozy night/day.
