Brandon was awesome to deal with, the house was perfect for the 4 of us to stay for a long weekend. Only 20 minutes from downtown Charleston and 3 minutes from downtown Park Circle. Will definitely be looking into booking this house again in the future.

We were in Charleston for a dance competition and this house worked out great! It was close to the venue and exceeded all of our needs. We brought our dog and she loved the fenced in yard. Overall, great stay!

An older neighborhood but many of the houses have been restored. Very clean and has nice areas to sit & visit both inside & out. Park Circle has some great restaurants.

Recently visited our son and his girlfriend but due to the fact that we have 4 dogs between us, we decided to get a VRBO. This was a great little find in Park Circle area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in this up and coming area north of Charleston. Cute little house that has been recently updated. Great Master shower, super nice updated kitchen! The outside area was great and the yard has a privacy fence so if you have dogs, it was a great area for them to run around and play ball. Added plus was the dog friendly outdoor shower complete with dog shampoo! Fair warning-Charleston neighborhoods are ALWAYS a work in progress and not all of the houses in this block have been redone, but we felt safe.

Brandon is a wonderful host! He was very welcoming & stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. Very impressive! His home is very clean/tidy & had all the essentials - plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, & most importantly dishes & cookware. Plenty of coffee makers (pot, keurig, & a cappuccino maker). We still love to cook some of our meals when on vacation, especially breakfast! Beautiful fenced in back yard for our pup. Great covered outdoor seating area with TV. Neighborhood very quiet, neighbors friendly, plenty of neighbors walking their dogs or taking an evening stroll or jog. Would definitely recommend Brandon's home to everyone! Would absolutely stay here again when returning to Charleston, SC. He's neighborhood is close to downtown, Walmart, Food Lion, shopping, beaches, & more!

The house we stayed in was perfect for 6 people and had a great fenced in backyard for the dog. Centrally located and was at the most 15-20 minutes away from everything we did during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Charleston area.

This property was ideal! We were in town for a family wedding and wanted the convenience of being close to the airport. Our sons met us here and the location was perfect for airport pick ups and drop offs. Fortunately the weather was great so we enjoyed the outdoor porch and shower. Brandon was a very attentive and responsive host.

Our family of 5 adults had an amazing week. Brandon our host was very attentive. He responds to you in a timely manner and sends reminders about the house. Our favorite spot at the house was relaxing outside and watching tv after a busy day. We would recommend staying this house.

I would highly recommend this property. My wife and I stayed there the second week of February. The things we liked about it were that it was very clean, it was in a quiet neighborhood, and it was convenient to all the things we wanted to do. It was about a 20-minute drive to downtown Charleston and we drove back and forth several times during our stay. There are also numerous good places to eat within easy driving distance. It takes over half an hour to get to a beach, but that wasn't our main reason for being in Charleston, so we only went there once during our stay. If we were to go to Charleston again in the future, we would try to stay at the same place.

We had a merry Christmas in North Charleston!
The home was clean and cozy; walking distance from some great restaurants and a public park, and only a short drive to the airport and into downtown.
There is a nearby train that might wake you up during the night if you aren’t a heavy sleeper but the neighborhood is quiet otherwise and felt safe.
Although we wish we had warmer weather during our stay to fully appreciate the backyard, our dogs still enjoyed it.
We would definitely this property to others! Brandon was a great host and very responsive. We look forward to visiting again in the summertime! :)

We are local and stayed here to get us and our dogs out of the way while our home was getting painted. This house is very clean, well decorated with lots of nice touches. We especially liked the outdoor TV and Bluetooth in the main bathroom. Close to 526, 26 and Park circle. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. This would be a great choice for anyone coming to Charleston for the Bridge Run, the Charleston marathon, an event at the North Charleston coliseum/PAC, or anyone wanting to see all of Charleston and avoid the sticker shock of staying downtown or at the beach.
