Worst stay at a hotel. There was supposed to be a quiet time from 10pm till 7am. I had to call the desk 3 time between 10pm till 12am. The people above us were so loud. Stomping, jumping and moving furniture. Each time I was told that the staff would or had asked them to quiet down. Finally at midnight I was able to go to sleep but at 6am it started all over again. Went to the front desk and still no help. Was told they were checking out that day. Never got a sorry for the inconvenience or anything

When we arrived we were told they were overbooked. We were not happy. Hour site should ensure that rooms are truly available. They did get us a room at another location but not as nice as what I booked. I wil not be

Room was very clean and well maintained and stocked with towels. It was quiet and safe. There are plenty of restaurants of all kinds. The Wi-Fi went out on our first night. But it got fixed the next day. Overall we will stay there again. The staff was great.

This is a basic hotel, but clean and ok. It is not in the country and the rooms were not suites, so the logic behind the name escapes me. But it was fine and the price was right.

Great accommodation! Only recommendation is consider changing the mattress in the sofa bed, feel like your sleeping on a group springs with a sheet laid over it. Opted to just sleep on sofa without pulling out mattress, made it a little challenging for 6’0” 14y/o. Thanks goodness he young and limber

The place was very clean and modern but the walls were paper thin. The road noise and others in the hallway made it a rough night for sleeping although the bed was very comfortable

I was able to book a room last minute and arrived a bit late around9:00 pm. the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. When he had heard of our difficulty with a different hotel chain he offered refreshments and help with food delivery. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom had everything we could ask for. will definitely stay again.

Water pipes burst and we had to find another hotel as soon as we were checked in. Not happy I can’t get my $260 payment reimbursed!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel were very courteous. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and all the amenities were well-maintained, giving the impression of a brand new hotel. The breakfast options were great, and I appreciated the availability of hot drinks throughout the day. Despite having many guests, the hotel remained quiet and calm, contributing to a very pleasant experience. The high quality of service and the very reasonable price make this hotel a standout choice. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, the elevators were not working properly

New hotel with very comfy beds. Had a pretty view of the trees. All the staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast was good and offered different options each day. Access in/out of the hotel is a bit tricky but surrounded with many options for dining and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Some maintenance issues: one out of two elevators was out of order, outside front door ( one of double doors) to hotel not working so they had to leave it open, the working elevator had a sensor problem so it would open & and then close again every time someone got into it.

Love that there is no carpet in the rooms. Bathroom was clean, room was clean. It's in an area with restaurants, gas stations and stores. Staff was very friendly.

Ms. Penny at the front desk greeting my family and I warmly. The hotel looked like home and smelled good. The room was oh so clean. I laid on the bed and felt asleep without tossing. A good night sleep in the perfect bed like my home. This is the best hotel to stay in

Property is beautiful. However they cleaning staff is using a strongly fragranced solution that gave me a headache and almost triggered my asthma. I called the front desk and they came up and said they couldn’t smell it. They offered a room on the same floor and the smell wasn’t as strong so I was moved to that one. This is not the place to stay if you have Asthma or fragrance sensitivity. The hotel should have the cleaning staff stop using such a strong smelling cleaner.

Nice place. A couple of recommendations. Install carpets, it is very loud and sounds carry from upper floors. Provide nicer pillows. Make stronger coffee, it was diluted.
