Great location! It is near all the sites. It is a busy part of the city which our family loves to be near. The room was clean, spacious, and very beautiful. The jacuzzi looking at the Parthenon was amazing. Yorgos was a great host. He was helpful with restaurant suggestions and transfers.

Great property with a very attentive manager who is always available to help out. Rooms have a charming old world look and feel with modern updates. My only complaint was the noise outside the hotel. Local bars, clubs, and motorcycles created some sleepless nights. We visited on a weekend so maybe during the week it's not so bad. But I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent property! Yorgos was a great host. He gave us a brilliant restaurant recommendation nearby and was very helpful overall.property is in a historic building that was tastefully renovated. It has an elevator so no problems with access to rooms.

The apartment is very nicely appointed and in a convenient location. Property manager was great to work with. Only downside was that it was located next to some restaurant/bars that were a bit louder after midnight still. The food at those restaurants was great though!

The appartement is beautiful, clean and very functional. It has a pretty big fridge which can come in handy to store water as the weather was very hot. We loved the location, easy to walk to the acropolis and sites. There are 2 great restaurants directly across the street, an amazing icecream place across also - try the peach-rose icecream- and a close by take out gyros place. The terrace on the third floor is also lovely and has view of the acropolis. Giorgos was very helpful. When our daughter broke her arm, he comminicated very quickly about where to go. He can arrange rides for airport pick up, more competitive than uber or taxis. We went to the beach at Vougliagmenti on his recommendation and it was an amazing day. We would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. It is in town and in a busy street however, If you want to sleep early, be aware that it can be loud late at night. It did not bother us but might bother others. Truly a beautiful hotel with very considerate staff.

Such a great location, so many restaurants, shops and easy to walk to major attractions. The rooms were very clean and had great space. The property was easy to talk with to ask questions. Don't miss the view from the roof!

Stayed Unique residence. Impressed with interior, bedding, and all other details. I'll definitely stay here again for the next time. Things could be better were 1)only one key is available so it might be a bit inconvenient for a group. 2) no stove-top, no washing machine. But still a very nice place to stay for a family.

It was an amazing hotel experience! Would definitely come back and the soaker tub and shower is beautiful. The decor…beautiful…The service…superb. The view….spectacular…easy to walk everywhere.

The only negative is the noise level late into the evening/ early morning from the many restaurants/ bars. This was not a negative for us as location that is extremely central or "centre ice" . Also we knew that was an issue before booking. Easy solution is to wear air plugs. I would most differently recommend.

Loved the place, the room, the location, the hosts ...Everything was very good and the hosts( Elina and George) were very nice and accommodating. The room was exactly as it was shown in the pictures. Very tastefully furnished, clean, comfortable and all was great. I certainly will get back to this place for my next trip to Athens and recommend it to my friends.

Wonderful 1800 renovated building with character. Every room is different. The one we got was like a NY loft. Giorgio at reception desk is awesome, informative, friendly, talkative, helpful. Loved this property!

Absolutely amazing stay in Athens! Right in the middle of Plaka, a lively, busy, beautiful neighborhood close to eveything (shops, restaurants, Acropolis, etc.) The room was huge, modern, lush, comfortable and relaxing (you won't hear any noise at all). The building is so beautiful as well! Jorge was amazing as well, he gave us great recommendations and we loved talking to him. If I go back to Athens, this will be definitely my first option! Thanks for everything!

We stayed in one of the best rooms and were impressed with the decor and quality of furnishings and the people working in the property are lovely. However, if you want to be able to sleep at night, this isn’t the place for you. Loud noise from an adjacent bar and night club was present throughout the night and sleeping, even with ear plugs was impossible. I have raised the issue with the property but they do not appear to consider it an issue because not enough people have complained. I don’t usually leave reviews but this seemed important. Athens is a beautiful city so I wouldn’t want others to have lack of sleep impacting their enjoyment of it.

Right in the central part of Athens. Very close to everything you want to see. Close to trains and trams that you can use easily. George is the best part of this place as he is friendly and very knowledgeable about the area.

Accommodations are just as pictured. Location is very central and convenient. Our host George was immensely helpful in giving us tips about traveling in the region, helping with taxis, translating, luggage storage and more. Couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Beautiful historical refurbished building. Would live there if an apartment. Great planks/syntagma location. Coffee shop loukoumades fish pita sandwich place right across the street. Blocks away from Ermou shopping. Close to evzones. Great cultural musical ambience. Walk to any museum less than 10-15 minutes. Rooms were super clean, high ceilings, small kitchen, great shower, balcony view if street all great condition. In the heart of Athens that never sleeps, but did not affect our sleep. Employees helpful easy to communicate. And in safe location, we returned as late as 12-1a. Would return! Ty

I very highly recommend this property for travelers with refined tastes for superior style, tastes, and comfort. We stayed in the Premium suite with a hot tub which had a view of the Acropolis and Parthenon. It's in the heart of everything you need to see and visit in Athens. Because of this stay I've begun to look at other K&K properties for future travel. It will be the first place I recommend for anyone visiting Athens.

We stayed here one night. The location was great. We could walk to everything very easily. It was in a safe area and we found it quiet. They even helped us get a taxi to the ferry the next morning.

The photos definitely justified how nice it was, it’s a whole apartment and was kept spotless by the cleaning staff, who were elated by the affirmations given to them as they work hard and within a time frame The hotel is within walking distance of the Acropolis and the apartment we booked had a lovely view of it from the hot tub Worth the stay, worth the view. It needs more signage on the entrances as they are only somewhat obscure single doors and no real outward signage
