We were in the area for a World Series softball tournament for my granddaughter. By the way, her team won the tournament! I’m sure the ability of using the refreshing pool to cool down each day attributed to their wins. We had a great time and enjoyed your home.

Very cozy. We visited Vinoy Park for Tacos and Tequila. John pass village and boardwalk for shopping and dining on the water. Everything is very close to this location. We enjoyed the pool very much. Will definitely stay again.

Great value for property and proximity to beach. Madeira beach is a quick 15 minute drive. We loved this beach. Nice backyard set-up. Communication was easy with Dennis and property manager. They definitely put thought into the property in terms of hosting guests. Agree the kitchen appliances could be updated, but we would not be deterred from returning. Recommend

It was exactly as the photos. The large center island was the best.

Host were very accomodating and checked on us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. Great beach chairs and a pull wagon were included which were very useful! Great stay!

Our family (adult siblings and spouses) really enjoyed our stay at Seminole Escape! The home was spotless and had a well-equipped kitchen, several TV’s, comfortable furniture and beds, plenty of linens, laundry facilities, lovely patio with grill, and much more. The pool was well-maintained and a hit with everyone. The owner truly went all-out to make it a comfortable and pleasant experience for all. I highly recommend Seminole Escape to anyone!

We stayed for one night to be in St Pete before the skyway bridge closed. Great location and loved the house!

A nice house with great kitchen space, but screened in porch was very dirty and the kitchen appliances need replacing. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes. The ice maker didn't work and the freezer did not even keep ice cream hard.

The house was just right for our family - grandmother, parents, 3 kids. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen nicely stocked, there were games to keep everyone entertained, but the favorite was, of course, the pool! We loved going to the beach, but the 5 year old didn't like that it tasted bad, she just wanted to go back to the house to swim because that water didn't taste bad :)
The kids swam first thing in the morning, last thing at night, and everything in between.
Proximity to everything was great. We had a swim meet by North Shore Park (and then went back to that park for 4th of July Fireworks at the pier), went to Sand Key Beach, took a trip to Clearwater for parasailing, went to De Soto National Park and to the Florida Aquarium in Tampa. All we easy drives!
Also can't say enough about Cajun Cafe on the Bayou - definitely recommend that and it was super close to the house!
We absolutely want to come back and would surely stay at Seminole Escape again!

My family loved the house. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was located perfectly for all our day trips and very close to wonderful beaches. We did have issues with the pool for a few days of our stay, but the owner Dennis was outstanding in communicating and working on getting the issue fixed. He went above and beyond what we would have expected. We would definitely recommend this property if you are staying in the area.

Great home! Was close enough to any attractions of interest. Home is clean and welcoming. Pool is an added bonus. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and enjoyed our time. Will recommend and stay again if in the area.

Very nice stay and easy check in process. I didn’t need to contact the property manager during the stay, that is the only reason for the lower score. There were plenty of instructions in the welcoming book and several numbers to call in the event you did need to contact someone. There were plenty of towels and bedding/ blankets. The pool is nice although we didn’t end up using it too much as we went to the beach almost daily. Very nice stay and away from the tourist stuff. Would def recommend to others.

For this beach loving retired couple looking to get away from the Maryland winter, this place was great. A 15 minute drive to a wonderful beach in Redington Shores or Madeira, everything you could ever need nearby (but with the longest traffic light cycles in the history of traffic lights). The house is comfortable and definitely met our needs. Due to the neighbors tree the pool needs some kind of cover because leaves are a definite issue. And the internet is a little shaky. But, for a winter escape it’s a great place to stay. Owner Dennis and Manager Kimberly were wonderfully responsive to any issues we had.

My family's first time using VRBO and this did not disappoint. The house was clean, spacious, close to beaches, shopping and everything else we needed. The backyard and pool was great for enjoying time in the sun and relaxing. Highly recommended and we will definitely look to rent again.

Everything was ready for us as soon as we arrived. I felt the pricing was perfect for the listing, and we LOVED the outdoor space and pool.

We had a great time at this property! It was perfectly located and provided a perfect place for our family. We were able to enjoy the pool while there and on the one rainy day we had, it was a quick 20 min drive to St. Pete for the children's museum. We loved the split floor plan and open kitchen. The yard wasn't big enough for the kids to play but it didn't matter since there's a park 5 minutes up the road. I would definitely stay here again!!
