Pretty modern rooms, parking space, pet friendly.
Isolated, no cafes or markets nearby. The beach although is said to be part of the facilities seemed to be a bit abandoned. Just a few sunbeds and the beach not very clean.
Basic breakfast, not something that would justify the room price overall. Several options were out there without covers having flies all over.
Regarding the room there was a weird smell in the bathroom due to not being ventilated properly and even having some flies inside due to the moist atmosphere.
140€ per night and our room was not cleaned even once in a 4 day visit. We had a full and a half used toilet paper available and had to buy our own. The last day run into the people cleaning other rooms and randomly asked us if we need anything. Asked to change our towels and brought us a single pair for a double room and two persons obviously.
Hard to find the person in charge as there was no reception. Even if there is one there is no indication at all. Even while checking out we had to call in the contact details through booking to find out that the person responsible was not present.
After having read your responses in other reviews saying that you are in the beginning and you get improving what I would suggest is to first become able to provide the basics so that the room price is justified.

Location was great. Just 2steps and there is a small pebbles beach with sunchairs and umbrella. Ideal for couples because it is quiet.
Small hotel with only 10rooms at the moment but I think they are expanding.
Breakfast was great. The Chef was amazing. Restaurant with an open kitchen concept so you can watch him cooking and chatting with him at the same time. Really enjoy our meal there
This is something to consider putting some glasses in the room and also some tea/coffee facility.
The rest was great

Chief of the kitchen Dimitri is a perfect guy with his warm and smiling face… his breakfast is perfect every morning. Rooms are quite good and comfortable.

We liked the modern style of the facility. Rooms were clean and grounds were well kept. Food was amazing and the staff were all very friendly.
a comfy chair in the bedroom.

Clean area
It’s too much far from civilization and to get there you need to have good skills to drive in a very narrow, completely dark streets. It’s just empty territory around without anything, it’s new hotel, clean and if you want to see nice view you need yo walk out of the hotel territory to see the sea and nice view
4.3
clean, nice view to the see
it's a very remote location, although it's only 10 km from Loutraki it takes at least 20 min to get there via very narrow and winding roads. Breakfast was very basic. Coffee was not good.

The location is quite isolated for those who want some peace. Unfortunately the property, as well as the personnel, was problematic and rude.
We had to leave after a few hours of us arriving there, due to a very bad smell, like sewage, that wasn't going away, coming in from the toilet and into the bedroom. The stuff was quite rude, was claiming it wasn't smelling anything and they did not even attempt to move us to another room or at least provide an air-freshener.
Needless to say, they refused to refund our accommodation. A 5-day stay in August, that we didn't get to stay, as it was physically impossible.
In addition to the above, there was no indication that we arrived at the property, no one to greet us, we had to call and took some time for them to open the gate, the room felt more like 14m2 instead of 20, the door was not closing (and the inspector was claiming in front of our eyes it was!!!), bad cellular reception, poor wi-fi in the garden and no signal within the room at all.
All-in-all it was the most unpleasant experience we ever had with a property, with no common grounds to communicate.

Villa Aura Loutraki is a complex with mulitple small rooms / appartements very near to a small, "private" beach. The rooms are clean and the staff that is around is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast in the morning is superb.
It has a relaxing atmosphere around it and if you are looking for a relaxing time it is good place to stay. However, both to get there and to visit places around you will need a car.
The most dissapointing thing during our stay was the fact that all the sunbeds and umbrella's that were part of the private beach of Villa Aura were taken by local young people, who were also quite noisy. So there was no possibility to enjoy it for us nor any other guests, although this was an important reason why we chose this accomodation and which of course is also part of the relatively higher price that you pay.

The appartments are just 100 meters from a quiet beach. The rooms are new and built with nice taste. The same for the open spaces. The breakfast was very nice.
The place is quite remote so the nearest shops/restaurants were 15 mins away. Luckily they provide nice dinner on request if needed. The breakfast was great but they need to learn how to make a proper fredo espresso. You need to be careful where you step on the beach since there are some sea urchins

I loved the relaxed and almost meditating aspect of the place, the amazing beach right in front of the hotel (the sea was so clean and calm, even when it was windy outside the sea was like a pool), the breakfast was awesome and maybe more than enough (the chef is top quality!) , the room was clean and spacious enough for two people and most important the remote and peaceful location. Some people mention that it is difficult to find which is not accurate since Google Maps drives you directly to the property.
It is nice that the hotel is pet friendly however, the owners of the pets mostly dogs, must be warned that this is a retreat, people come here to enjoy peace and calm. I didnt enjoy the fact that a specific dog (others were very quiet) was barking for hours and didnt let me sleep till 1 am. I am an owner of a dog myself but i didnt bring him.
4.3
The room interior.
The kind chef.
Quiet of the grid location.
Not worth 285€ for one night (3 adults & one baby, family room).
Room was not family friendly, just two single rooms that where opened up to one. No glasses to drink water or heater/coffee or anything, just a fridge.
Bathroom only shampoo and shower gel.
No table inside, just one chair and a small office table.
Breakfast was ok, but no fresh fruit, no jam, bread was not fresh, no bakery eg. croissant.
The breakfast area was outside and it was really hot.
Ordered ala carte as well, eatable but not what we expected for that price.
The hotel was not finished, next to us dusty construction site. The hotel area incomplete.
Looked at the parked cars, then the sea.
The sea water was nice, but the seabed was mushy and full of stones and lots of sea urchins.
Expected more for that price.
It was obvious that the hotel was new and unorganised, they tried, but for that price you want things to be 👌
Very far away from Loutraki and not easy road. No signs at all to be able to find the hotel.
Bring what you need with you, there is nothing near by.

We arrived for one night and how disappointed we were that we didn't stay longer! From the moment you enter the stunning complex, you immediately become relaxed and fragrant, the rooms are new, clean and comfortable, we were in a room facing the beautiful sea of Greece and enjoyed every moment! George the host took care of everything for us, and cooked a delicious breakfast! Thank you for everything! We will definitely come back in the summer to enjoy the beach of the villa☺️

the property is beautiful and staff is amazing. they owners were very nice to e tend our stay and check in late. the chief was very nice and makes very good authentic food. I will definitely come back, beautiful stay.

Very clean and light, with new furniture and free parking. Extremely kind and helpful landlord and host were supporting us during our 5day stay with many things starting with the dinner in the first evening, fresh breakfast for the time we wanted and good advices what to see around. The dinner is not included but you can agree with the manager. We especially evaluated the close beach location and silence at Villa.
I would definitely recommend for those who wish to stay near the nature and sea, as this is a great place to recharge yourself and switch off from the daily routine. Also owners have big plans to improve facilities at Villa for the next season. I hope we will have a change to come back again.
Awesome place for a short stay, but some comments for those who wish to stay longer.
You can come here only by car and there is no good infrastructure around. Also you should plan your eating as this is not an apart hotel and as for now there is only breakfast included. Still you can agree in advance with manager about the dinner.

We were greeted by a super friendly host.
Room is beautiful, situated in a quiet place by the sea, access to a private beach.
Breakfast was very good.
The place was a little hard to find, but nothing that couldn't be solved after a few minutes.
