The pluses of the appartment are that it's of good size, big kitchen and very good location.
You can feel that no one personally cares about this propety. It's managed by company and there was a lot of bureaucracy to do before we even got to Brentwood. We had to sign a contract, to send i.d. and to pay deposit (by phone) - all this really was too much especially considering that the payment was made in advance ! (It's fair to mention that the managers on the phone were polite ). We travel a lot and never had to do all these things while booking through booking.com. When we came to the appartment we were disappointed. First of all, the cleaner forgot to put toilet paper, basic thing - and we had to go to a shop and to buy it (we got apology two days later). Nice design was made in this appartment some time ago but the walls really need to be refreshed. The property has two bedrooms, all beds are separate (4 beds). The entrance door to the building supposed to be locked but the lock was out of use.
