My family and I enjoyed it a lot, although we were able to stay for a very short time since there was an incident on the freeway and we arrived very late, we traveled 13 hours from Los Angeles to Las Vegas to get there. The house is very beautiful, spacious and clean, I would like to book again but maybe with more days, and enjoy more time in the house, the game room is very fun.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a large group and the nice thing about the listing saying that it can accommodate that many people was that not only did it sleep that many without having anyone on couches or couch beds, but there was also ample dishware. We did run out of dish soap and could have used more hand towels for drying hand washed dishes, but we didn’t ask for more of either of those things so the host may have provided them if we’d asked. We needed batteries replaced in a smoke detector and even on a holiday, someone came within a couple of hours to get it taken care of. We also needed to have the garbage disposal maintained. We made the host aware of that at night and someone came the next day. It wasn’t an emergency so waiting overnight was not a big deal. We had a good time staying together for our vacation and we were comfortable.

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. We especially appreciated being able to extend our stay at the last minute after having car trouble and being unable to drive home. Everything about this home is beautiful. It served very well as a backdrop to the family photos we took during our stay. :-) I would be glad to stay here again.

It was a great stay overall. The house had games and toys for the kids. It took a bit but we were able to hook up our gaming system to the tv. The only thing was the pool house had some dirty clothing items left from the last guest and didn’t feel as clean as the rest of the house. So we just stayed out of there but we loved the pool and the kitchen was great and nicely stocked.

We had 7 people in our group. There were only 6 bath towels in the whole place. only 4 beach towels. There was animal pee and stains in one of the bedrooms, smelled like urine. Too many levels in the house. The swimming pool was very dirty, green slime all throughout. We would NOT stay again - too many other great places we could have stayed.

My family traveled to Las Vegas for my daughter’s football tournament. My older daughter just had a baby so she did not want to stay in a hotel or somewhere full of people. This house was perfect. It was like being at home!! This home was super comfortable and inviting there was even a high chair for the baby! The beds were so soft and everyone had their own room. The host responded really fast. I highly recommend this property if you’re traveling with a big group or just want to avoid hotels.

Prior to check in, Agiimaa contacted me to let us know the house was ready and provided instructions for check in. Upon arrival, the house was just as pictured and we were pleased. Some basic wear and tear, which is to be expected and made us more comfortable having the dogs. We enjoyed our week in a quiet, safe neighbourhood so much we asked if we could extend our stay, but the house was already booked. Check out instructions were easy and took no time. We will gladly return there. Thanks Agiimaa!

Everything was perfect! The fireplaces all worked and made it cozy for my family. The jacuzzi was nice to sit in after a long day of walking. And it’s all well designed with the comfy furniture, the big, clean rugs and a well stocked kitchen.

Clean, quiet, completely stocked with everything you'll need. Didn't need to contact property mgr--no issues. Tons of games, fooseball, ping pong, pool, hot tub. Great property for families. Christmas decorations were a nice touch. Convenient to all of S Las Vegas and Henderson locations. Easy 15-20 min to the strip or Freemont St. Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at many VRBOs over the years, including several high-end homes in Tahoe and Hawaii. Agiimaa is the best host by far! She went above and beyond with providing just about anything someone could need. There were life jackets for littles, enough blankets and towels for at least 10 people, and so many other items that I have never seen provided before this trip. Dental floss, a rice cooker, sunscreen - you name it, it's there. Agiima even texted me before and at the start & end of the trip to check in with me, since I was having trouble with the app (don't ask - all my fault). We had a great trip, and the space was perfect for 7 adults (two couples and three singles, all with their own bedroom).

We had a great time enjoying this lovely home in Vegas! There was enough space for myself and my five guests. The home had everything you can think of in the kitchen, and it was very accommodating . We made several meals and enjoyed the bbq and pool area. It was even pet friendly, allowing us to enjoy time with our furry friends. I would recommend staying here and would stay again. Every detail possibly thought was addressed throughout the home from board games, to floss, to boards and platters for entertaining.

Everything about this property was as it was described in the listing! It was absolutely perfect. We didn’t have one single complaint. We were in town for my daughters 21st birthday with some close friends…it was a quick 10 min drive to the heart of the strip, easy access from the freeway and anything you could possibly need for groceries, coffee, fast food, sit down restaurants was right around the corner. The house was beautiful and homey, not empty and sterile feeling like many rentals tend to be. We would absolutely return in a heartbeat if we were hosting friends in Vegas again! Thank you!!!

We stayed here while visiting an elderly family member. This was perfect for us and our dog! The furniture was comfortable the house was clean and ready for us early, and quite. It’s in a neighborhood but you can’t hear or see the neighbors from the backyard. Lovely place to sit and have coffee in the am or an adult beverage later! If we are back in the area I would stay here again!

Great! The home was very well appointed. The host thought of everything. Especially in the kitchen. It was like being at home. Everything was there. It was an absolute joy to cook in that kitchen with all of the high end furnishings down to the plates. The house is modern and my guests and I really enjoyed living there for the week. The house was upscale just the way I like it and the location was great too. Five stars all the way! I had the impression all of the bedrooms were under the same roof. Fortunately, one of my guests didn’t make it. It would’ve been a little off putting for that guest to have to come to the main house to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I was disappointed when I checked the calendar for next year, to find it booked. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We had a great stay. Home was very comfortable for our group of adults and teens. Kids loved the games room. The weather was unseasonably cold so the pool was freezing but kids still swam. Hot tub was small but great. I would book again!

If you’re looking to unwind after a few days on the strip with your family (like we did) or simply want to enjoy a nice house in Las Vegas, this property is for you! It’s AMAZING how the owner thought of every detail. We enjoyed our stay beyond what words can describe. House was clean, furniture is extremely comfortable, our kids loved the back yard and game room. Best of all, restaurants and retail are in very close proximity (1-2 miles). We were beyond thrilled with our stay and would not look for another house when we come back to Vegas. This is the one! Can’t say enough good things!

Place was beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The manager was so helpful and responded so promptly when I had questions. The home is situated in a nice, safe neighborhood and property was well lit outside. We had a faboulois time and enjoyed our stay at the house. The strip was nearby and plenty of shopping areas close by too so we got to enjoy the nightlife as well as peace and quiet during the day. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!!
