About this cottage rental

This bright and comfortable 2 bed 1 bath cottage is centrally located in the heart of the Rogue Valley. It’s walking distance to downtown where you will find many restaurants and coffee shops. It’s 2.5 miles from Asante medical center and close to Jacksonville, an old gold mining town and home of the Britt festival. 12 miles south you’ll find Ashland, home of the Shakespeare festival. Enjoy wine tasting at the many winery’s scattered throughout the valley. We hope you enjoy your stay.

This charming home had all the comfort and amenities a renter would hope to have and then some! The central location was also perfect for all the Southern Oregon must sees. Easy check in/out process is another plus.10/10 recommend.

It was a beautifl home,but was disappointed there was no hot tub thats what drew me too it!! It was advertised but we couldnt find it!!

We did enjoy our stay and it was very convenient. The back yard photo in the listing of the round table and umbrella was no where near the actual backyard table. It was too hot to be outside, otherwise we would have like to use it and would not have been able to. That was the only disappointment.

Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed preparing breakfast here. The garden was outstanding! We arrived to see roses and iris blooming all around the house. What a warm welcome! We wanted to visit Southern Oregon wine country, see a play, do some hiking and relax. The house was perfectly situated for all our plans. Comfy, quiet and well-appointed.

Impressively clean and easy access to all areas of Medford. Down the road from grocery stores, fast food, gasoline and easy on/off to I5. Parking was a bit tight for two vehicles with one dedicated spot in the driveway for vehicle and on street parking for the other. Many cars parked along street & so finding a close Place for our second vehicle was mildly difficult. Not any fault of the VRBO - just the way it is. Flora and fauna wrap around the entirety of this side of duplex and a nice seating area in the back. Which is my favorite part of any stay. Excellent correspondence with owner and easy check in and out. Will stay here again and again.

Really cute spot in Medford, maybe we didn’t know what downtown Medford was but it definitely felt longer than a 5 minute walk to downtown. Maybe like 10-15 minute walk. But regardless the home is in a great neighborhood very quiet very comfortable bed and the owner is very responsive but we had little to no issues with the actual place

Well appointed with all the essentials covered. Quiet, convenient, and relaxing. Beautiful garden starting in front and continuing around the side. We especially enjoyed the scents of lavender and rosemary. Thank you to our host.

Our stay with Jon was absolutely awesome! The house was vintage, quaint and newly remodeled. It’s located less than 5 minutes from downtown Medford and close to a bunch of restaurants, as well. Jon was super friendly and communicative! We loved staying here and will definitely be back!

We were going through Medford on a road trip and found this cute place. It’s exactly as described. Very comfy and quiet. Off street parking was a huge bonus. Only wish we could stay longer and enjoyed the wonderful yard.

This house is very nice & clean and very pleasant for a short /few days vacation. I would only suggest that more towel racks and hooks to hang clothes/jackets etc., and maybe a mirror in both bedrooms (only in one). Also should note there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal in the kitchen. Otherwise very nice place to stay. 👍

A quiet four days spent in a lovely home. Enjoyed the profusely blooming garden, short walks to the coffee shop and chicken shack. The house is a mere 5 miles to Jacksonville, a historic town. I highly recommend a stay at the ‘Downtown Mint’!

This was great for our week checking out Southern Oregon. The house is very well equipped as we did a lot of cooking. The host was extremely responsive and very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

Traveling along I-5 from WA to AZ, this property was close to the exit! Upon arrival you are greeted with all the scents of the wild flowers in the front yard. Easy access into the house with a charming front TV room. Plenty of room for my family of four to lay out on the couch! The details of this place are amazing and consist of little touches that give you the feeling of being home even when you’re not at home. I appreciated the fresh ground coffee, the full size shampoo/conditioners (with amazing scents), and the option to wash clothes in our journey! I appreciated the contact with the property owner. Thank you so much for letting my family stay here! I would recommend your place to everyone!!
