We had 12 people from 3 states staying together over a two week period. Everyone loved the location of this property, as well as the layout and amenities of the home. The hosts thought of everything. Best stocked home we have rented in 20 years. The pool and outdoor space are spectacular. Kim and Dennis are very friendly, thoughtful, and good communicators. The property is close to everything you need, but isolated enough that it feels like an oasis. We all loved our time in Cave Creek and had plenty of room where we were not on top of each other, but still together. Great find!

This house was outstanding. The Pool to outside grill area was more the one could ask for. The house was large enough for all of the family to spread out , if you will. The managers/owners were great . Anything you might need they were prompt to respond including asking permission before they would do anything in or around the house. Would definitely recommend and if possible would definitely stay here again in the future. privacy was well respected in a area that was quiet and gated. Thank You Kim.

7 of us came to Arizona for Christmas. Kim & Dennis were great-even putting up a tree for us and decorating the house. The house was perfect for our stay, located in just the right spot to allow us to attend several phoenix area special events and entertainment venues. Grocery stores and other shopping was close by. All-in-all just a great stay!!!

The property is beautiful. Truly when you stay, you would never have to leave the property to have fun, but we did enjoy hiking close by. It's also close to shops. We had a family get-together of members from all parts of the country and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly. We highly recommend! The owners are incredibly kind!

Kim & Dennis were very helpful and welcoming. They accommodated our early arrival and offered many suggestions of the activities we had interest in, which included Trick N Treat for Halloween in a local neighborhood.
The home is clean, spacious and relaxing. The whole family loved the heated beautiful pool.

We stayed at the Tuscan Estates for the Superbowl, Waste Management and a 60th birthday. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. We could have had a few more couples but it was perfect for us. Formal dining room, large kitchen with all the amenities, a movie room and a beautiful yard with pool and bbq. There were plenty of towels, linens and really did not need to bring a thing for cooking either. Kim and Dennis were great hosts and were easy to connect with if we had questions.

What a spectacular property! The pictures don’t do it justice. Top quality throughout. Kim and Dennis are wonderful hosts, they even decorated the house for Christmas making it extra special for all of us. As avid hockey fans we were very happy to be able to tune into the World Juniors tournament in the large theatre room. The kitchen is well stocked and we had no issues cooking for 10. We did it all - hiking the local trails, campfires in the firepit, BBQing and, swimming in December! A great family holiday. We highly recommend staying at this property.

We stayed the week over thanksgiving with 2 families including 4 adults and 6 kids ranging in ages from 10-17. There was more than enough space for all of us to spread out while also having several activities for all the kids and adults alike at the property. The host was very responsive throughout the booking process and during the stay, however, with as well prepared as the place was, we didn’t have many questions come up. This was the best overall VRBO experience we have ever had. The only concerns to note was there wasn’t a potato masher,(there is now), some of the beds were a bit firm (however that’s more of a personal preference than anything and most of our group thought the beds were just fine), and the water temperature in the showers wasn’t as hot as we would like…but they were more than “just warm”. With this being said though, all these concerns were VERY minor and are knit picky for sure. We would absolutely book this place again without thinking twice!

The property was as advertised. The house was very clean and had everything we required. The back pool area was to die for. We had friends over and they could not believe the beautiful layout. The hosts Kim and Dennis were great and responded quickly when called. Would not hesitate to book this property in future trips to Phoenix.

Fantastic Spring Break at Tuscan Acres
The outdoor area of this property was the highlight for us. It is amazing! Plus the proximity to good hiking, Sedona and restaurants was perfect. We had 3 families of 4 with teenage kids. The house provided plenty of activities to keep them busy. Most used were the pool basketball hoop and the pool table. Kim and Dennis were fantastic hosts - so very accommodating! Dennis even put out spot lights so our children could play basketball at night. Our week was perfect! We can't wait to return.

This is an amazing place to stay. You feel pampered the moment you enter the house. It is so welcoming and the hosts are the best ever! We had 14 people staying for an entire week. We had enough room that everyone felt comfortable. There is so much to do at the house so you can stay there or have some outings. It is so easy to get any where you would like to go! We felt safe and enjoyed the stay! You won't find a better place or hosts for a VRBO vacation!

GORGEOUS property with WONDERFUL hosts!!!!
If you are looking at this property and comparing to others, all I can say is stop looking. It is even better in person than pictures show. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and available for my relentless questions prior to the trip and anything we needed while we were there. We cooked gourmet meals, played games in the massive yard, enjoyed the firepits, and gorgeous pool. The pool can be heated but that does cost extra. We chose not to heat it so it was chilly in April but we toughed it out. The location is great, a quick jaunt to Scottsdale and Phoenix. Cave Creek itself has shopping, hiking, restaurants, etc. We definitely hope to be back soon and will definitely be renting this same property. You won't be disappointed!

The outdoor space is stunning and so comfortable. We spent most of our time outside. Lots of seating for dining outside using the grill and smoker. Kitchen has everything that is needed. Theater room is very relaxing. We enjoyed this property and the hosts.

The homeowners, Kim and Dennis, are two of the most wonderful people you will ever meet in your entire life. From booking the stay, to checking in, to staying at the home, to checking out, they made everything so pleasant and easy.
And the house! It is so much more magnificent in person. They truly thought of everything when they built this place. There is so much space inside, but we spent most of our time relaxing in the glorious outdoor pool area. Kim and Dennis were on-call for anything we needed, and they provided all the comforts of home by being just around the corner. We did not want to leave.
As an aside, because we rented the home for an extended period of time, my husband and I both had to work out of the house and the WiFi was great, both inside and outside. No issues whatsoever.
Stay here! It is literally your own private oasis. We already booked our next visit.

Owners were so accommodating! They even set up a Christmas tree and the house was decorated for Christmas! The outdoor space was wonderful and our grandson loved the play area! We would definitely rent this VRBO again it was wonderful!

Tuscan Acres pampered me
We arrived at Tuscan Acres and left the world behind! There was no reason to leave this beautiful, well-appointed, and luxurious property. Except for one grocery run, which was just down the road, we spent our week enjoying all the property has to offer. The house was spotless and the decor elegant, even fully decorated for Christmas. Preparing our meals in the gourmet kitchen was a pleasure. The theater room was used for more than watching movies because the seating was so comfortable. We especially enjoyed the indoor/outdoor audio system that allowed us to enjoy Christmas music and have an impromptu dance party with the 4 year old grandson. The beds are comfy, the showers amazing, and the washer and dryer made everything convenient. The property is luxuriously landscaped and we took full advantage of it while enacting a college graduation "walk", since commencement turned virtual. Our celebration was complete with the pool and firepit. The water was heated but the December air was a little cool. Our return trip, and we will return, we hope to have more use of the pool. Morning coffee outside was a favorite part of the day. Our hosts were amazing and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We have met many hosts throughout our travels and Dennis and Kim are high on our list of favorites. Really nice people who want you to enjoy the home. Our week at Tuscan Acres was celebratory, peaceful, and to be honest, I felt pampered.

We had our family Thanksgiving get together at this amazing home!! We thoroughly enjoyed the facility and the care that the owners gave us. Knowing we were going to bake pies, Kim went and purchased a rolling pin so that we had what was needed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Dennis & Kim are truly one of the kind hosts. Their home is INCREDIBLE. And you would think it would be impossible to keep such a large home clean, but it's not only clean but immaculate. There isn't an area overlooked. By far the thing that stood out the most for us was their hospitality. Their communication was amazing and quick and they were always so kind. We had an incredible stay at tuscan acres. Dennis and Kim are the most amazing hosts and the house is one for the books. Everything was top notch from amenities to appliances - nothing was forgotten by these two but i'm sure they'd make it right if you can think of something. i can't say enough about the property - you pull up and it's your own private resort. the grounds are beautiful and immaculate and the house has everything you need from comfy beds to pool table to surround sound and lights. The location is super convenient to shops, restaurants, trails, etc and we enjoyed exploring the area. Everyone will have a good time here and we can't recommend it enough - i would give 10 stars if i could! can't wait to come back with friends and family!

Absolutely a First Class Rental - Amazing
I don't know if I could provide a review that could give this property justice. It is just a perfect house to rent, entertain, and relax. Dennis and Kim are great hosts and so hospitable. I rented this property for a month and there was not 1 day that went by that i didnt have a great time. The house and grounds were immaculately clean and great quality. The pool area and the backyard is like you are staying at the venetian in Las Vegas. And has everything you need 2 firepits wood and gas bar and music fills the air in whatever you want to hear. The amount of detail put into this property is amazing. Bedrooms are spacious and enough bathrooms for all. I was there to keep my golf game up and it is located next to some amazing courses. All I could say is just stop looking. This place is the best. Thank you so much Dennis and Kim!!! We will definately be returning.

Family Spring Break Vacation!!!!
First we would like to thank Kim & Dennis for allowing us to stay at their Villa! It is gorgeous. They gave us the opportunity to spend a week with our whole family, all of which is located all over the States and Canada so we don't get together very often. The house was so much more than we expected! The location is great and even without Baseball that week, we all enjoyed ourselves. There was so much to do that we didn't get everything in that we wanted to. The house was exceptionally clean and beautiful as is the grounds and yard. Very well maintained. We could feel the love that was put into their work and efforts. Our grandchildren range in age from 1 - 15 and the house had many things for us all to enjoy. We smoked a dinner, we watched movies, we swam and spent many hours in the heated pool, we played pool and ping pong, went for walks, (the neighborhood is lovely). The location is also close to Carefree and Cave Creek, allowing us to shop too.. We all truly enjoyed our stay. Both Kim and Dennis were so very friendly and helpful and answered any and all of our questions. We also enjoyed our meals together and spending time with each other in this lovely home. I don't think we could have found a better fit for us all!!!!!!!!!! We truly feel like we have met and made lasting new friend!!! Thank you again - Harry & Susie (Hope to see you again).

The "Overkill" Estate! (an absolute compliment)
Where else can you turn around in your own driveway (after leaving a 4-car garage), scare up a covey of quail, and make it to AJ's (probably the highest end groceries in Phoenix/Scottsdale) in about 5 minutes? If the swimming pool is too cold, the heat pump will fix that in short order. If it's too hot, the cooling cycle will cool it right down. Two fire pits (one wood and one gas). Magnificently maintained outdoors and in. I can't explain the wisdom, genius (or madness) of these wonderful landlords in how or why they built this magnificent property, but you will want for nothing. If you can't get enough exercise traversing the house or the immediate grounds, there is plenty of beautiful county to walk or jog around. Granite abounds. Everywhere. I used the smoker a lot - and it worked along with the grill and the seriously gourmet kitchen. Great beds, great towels, nice touches for your stay, big screen Dish/surround-sound televisions everywhere. Not one thing to criticize here, and it's important to note that this location in Cave Creek is truly easy driving distance to anywhere in the Phoenix/Scottsdale metroplex. We had a great time!

AMAZING Property and Outstanding Owners!
This property is amazing! It has all of the amenities that a family needs. We are a family of 7 and it was spacious, immaculate and very inviting. We had friends over for dinner on a few nights and they raved about the property and the home. Prior to arriving, Kim stayed in contact with me to check on our needs and throughout the visit she was available. Dennis and Kim are wonderful hosts and are extremely keen to detail which every inch of their home exemplifies.
You will not believe this home! The kitchen is gourmet style and has all that you will need. Just bring your groceries. You do not need to bring anything else! The outdoor grill and smoker was great for barbecuing. The pool is something that you would see at a 5 star resort. Each bedroom is themed with beauty and comfort. The game room is perfect for the men to lay back and relax, watch tv, have a drink and play some pool. The kids will love to watch movies in the theatre room.
We lived in Phoenix for 7 years and are familiar with the area but this is a hidden gem. This home provides lots of privacy and you feel as if you are on an island when you're in the backyard. My sons also enjoyed some smores by the fire pit. This home was perfect for our large family to spread out and relax. I only left the house 1 time during our visit. We had plans to see the town but I had no interest to leave the home. Our friends came to us and we had a great time. Kim also gave us a tour of the Victorian home to see if it may meet our needs in the future. This is also a beautiful custom home and you will be in awe at the detail of work in this home.
The weather was perfect this time of the year in Phoenix and we did not want to leave. We will be returning to the Tuscan home. We thank Kim and Dennis for a wonderful time and appreciate their wonderful hospitality. Thank you for a much needed warm and sunny spring break! Book this property because you will not be disappointed.
