This is a lovely family run hotel on a great location with a beautiful view of Ortisei. Great buffet style breakfast. Our room had a balcony so it was a great addition for enjoying the view. Staff (family) who runs the hotel was very friendly and helpfull. Room was clean.
The room interior was old and should be upgraded. The towels had a weird smell.

Personale cordiale, giardino curato, colazione buona.

I booked a mountain view room and it had beautiful views of the centre of Ortisei, the mountain ranges surrounding the area and the Seiser Alm cable cars! The room was spacious with a patio area to sit outside, comfortable bed and cozy feeling.
The two brothers were very helpful and kind throughout my stay and the breakfast service each morning was also great. There is a bus that runs that brings you down into the town centre and to the main bus loop. The hotel also gives you a Val Gardena bus pass which was great because I didn’t have a car during my stay and relied on the bus and cable cars to do all my hikes.
One of my favourite parts was the spa area had a finnish sauna with glass windows with views of the valley. I loved that this hotel is on the hill because of the great views and peaceful getaway. Would recommend this hotel to everyone, made my first time in the Dolomites wonderful.
No complaints.

The property oozed elegance in every nook and cranny. Delicate ornaments gave secrets of the hotels past, with adventurous insight provided by the charming young owners (twins) explaining the exciting outlook for the hotels imminent refurbishment.
We loved the Spa facilities which were truly stupendous. Snacks and refreshments were always topped up which was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day on the slopes exploring the beautiful dolomites.
The hotel should make more effort to highlight the magical benefits of the ‘Ski in, Ski out’ features that the hotel possesses - what a remarkable way to start and finish every day.
Breakfast was as good as any we have had on the continent, we remarked the quality of the delightful soft boiled eggs and the exquisite cappuccino offerings.
We would recommend this fantastic hotel to anybody - we will be back.
There was a lot of nakedness in the spa which admittedly has nothing to do with the property but this is a consideration.
The entrance area was quite icy and slippery throughout the duration of our stay, the temperature was sub freezing but it could have been gritted more.
Finally, the pillows in the bed were very thin and were not the best quality.

Unbelievable view of the city. The staff are very kind. Hotel has a very cozy feel, lots of old family photos and decor which is simply timeless. The spa here is spectacular as well, I can't believe the view from the sauna.

View from the room absolutely amazing. Very nice staff. Breakfast - one of the best in B&B business.
You should climb up to the hotel every time. There is a bus, that can help you, but timetable its not very convenient.

Great customer service from both the brothers that run the hotel! They were very helpful! Loved their sauna and steam room; very relaxing! Great location!

Very hospitable hosts. Kept our bags while we went on a 4 day Traverse. Beautiful view but if coming by foot, be ready for a hike up. We enjoyed it!
Extra cost for my husband since we were 2 people in one room. Was not aware of this until the checkout. Increased the price quite a bit more than expected.

The hotel is on a hill, with amazing views overlooking the city of Ortisei and surrounding mountains. The breakfast is bountiful and delicious. The hotel also has a restaurant which serves great dinner. Max, one of the owners was very helpful and professional and answered all the questions patiently. Every detail in the hotel is well thought of and neatly designed.

The view over the valley and Ortisei was breathtaking. We have access to a private balcony which was superb. The bathroom was splendid.
The staff was very friendly and the two young men (who is part of the family) did a great job in booking us in, serving a drinks and the breakfast. They were keen to told us about their heritage and the history of the hotel. The room and bathroom was taken care of daily.
The breakfast was very nice and that there was something for each taste. (In Rome yo do as the Romans do - so you taste the different cuisine and make the best of it!!!)
What is nice also, is that there is a shuttle service not 100m from Pradell.
Not knowing that a kilometer could be so far when you just arrive with a heavy suitcase and has to walk up a steep hill to the hotel. (although we see this as part of the experience of traveling!!) Apart from this - nothing that we did not like.

The hotel is run by a family and this is felt in the warm attitude. Even though the spa doesn't run in the summer, they happily turned it on when I just asked about it, and free of charge. More guests saw it open and joined. When I said I wasn't feeling well, they immediately offered me a cup of tea.
The hotel is five minutes from the center, with almost no houses around it, with a perfect view. It's a 15 minute walk from the center. The only problem is that on the way back you have to climb. The solution for me was an underground parking place at Funivie Ortisei - Alpe di Siusi. The parking is very cheap. Actually outside this parking place, there is another parking place that is free of charge from 17:00. From this parking place, cross the pedestrian bridge to the other side and arrive right at the pedestrian mall in the center of the city.
