The location
I booked a room for my parents for a night.
The room was different from what appears in the pictures (probably they took pictures of the nicer rooms), there was a strong smell of cigarettes, there were no towels and there was no representative of the hotel present (other guests contacted a hotel employee for them to ask for towels).
They went to a concert and came back at night to find that the employee put 2 towels but they were dirty, the shower didn't close all the way, the shower head fell off the wall, the bathroom sink causes flooding if used and foam came out of the drain.
In the morning there was also no representative of the hotel, later I spoke with him on the phone, he answered rudely and claimed that my parents (60+) tore the shower head from the wall themselves and that they should have left immediately after the check-in (most of the problems were discovered at night and they had tickets to a concert).
Recommend to stay away!

Great location!
Very near to all attractions.
The price of 613 NIS is too expensive for one night (without breakfast). If u want breakfast u have to add 150 NIS which is also very expensive for breakfast.
The shower in the room was very old and the shower door was broken.

Rooms are so small, but clean. There are some dust coming from stone walls which is expected. Bath is not so good but location clear all these problems.
There is nothing to do for now. Because it is the concept hotel using it. This is a trade-off: value for money, location, and comfort. Breakfast is so expensive and there should be cheaper options hotel may offer.

The location of this hôtel is perfect, much better than I expected, close to Old City walking distance from Jaffa Gate, close to Ben Yehuda and night life, but very quiet and safe location, just at the corner of Central Police HQ !
The owner is very friendly and helpful, got a room with balcony, simple but great,
Regarding the price this is definitely a great deal in the city

The staff at the entrance was smiley and the hotel is well located in walking distance from the municipality and the old city.
The rooms are really not up to standard in terms of cleanliness (traces on mirror from prior clients, rudimentary cleaning around the shower)

Really nice location. Central in Jerusalem and yet in a quiet area.
The shower doors didn't close properly.

lts location.
Rooms were dirty, other people’s hair in towels and pillows, bathroom was not cleaned before our check in.
AC and safebox did not work.
On our first night we weren’t able to sleep due to the noise in the street and early in the morning trucks and workers from a construction right beside the hotel.

The location is very central. It made my stay really easy. comfortable and clean room. The room was cleaned everyday. The staff was friendly and atentive.

The gentleman at the front desk, Yarom, was incredibly accommodating. The location is very close to public transportation and restaurants/shoppes.
No complaints.

I have a free upgrade to room with balcony from booking.com and it's nice and cozy. Bed is comfy. Location is up on a slight hill, just few minutes from main street and 10mins walk away to Jaffa Gate. The front desk and service is always friendly, smiling and helpful.
Shower stall is quite small and not very clean. Years of grime from not cleaning well, i think. Slight smell from the water drainage holes on the floor.

Location was good.
The room was disgusting and not to the standard that was advertised by the photos. There were dents on the walls. The room was tiny. The bathroom was especially bad, like a toilet at a cheap restaurant. The shower was tiny and very old and moldy and the hot water took hours to heat up. The room was freezing (it was winter mid-Feb) and the aircon/heating had no remote. They offered to upgrade me but the other rooms were the same, so I left after the first night and found much much better accommodation near Machane Yehuda for a similar price. They have been extremely difficult and have not given me a refund. Stay here at your own risk.

The hotel is in a great location just 10 mins walk from the Jaffa Gate and in an area with lots of good cafés, restaurants and bars.
The hotel is in a beautiful old building but it felt like it could do with a refurb. Our room was scruffy, with marks on the walls, a broken door handle and bad smelling drains from the bathroom. It was not what we were expecting for the price.

Great location
The room looked nothing like pictures while booking. Really dark and worn. One wall is a glass separating room and the street (covered with plastic film). Because of the film, there is practically no daylight. The room was poorly cleaned: limescale everywhere in the bathroom, lots of dust, window covered in dirt. No hairdryer in the room. There was no toilet paper for one day because cleaning lady did not leave any when the used roll was finished. The cleaning lady came into the room while I was inside TWICE and one time proceeded to clean while I was still laying in bed, explaining that she needed to clean. It was really uncomfortable. Overall, really poor experience and poor value for your money.

Big room
The room was not very clean.
There was nobody at the reception so in case i needed help i had to call someone. A bit annoying, but i understand that these are the rules on saturdays.

location.
We tried different rooms all of them where not like in pictures, you can feel the wind coming in trough the windows and in one room the window didn’t even close it, it was a nightmare, all of the bathrooms where with still the shampoo leftovers of the other guests, we had to ask twice for toilet paper and they didn’t even came in to do the room in the 3 nights we stayed, I know in Jerusalem is not easy to find a nice hotel but this is not worth it the price.
