This house had everything we needed…all the comforts of home. It is in walking distance to town in a quiet neighborhood. The great a/c was very welcomed on the very hot weekend we were there. Would definitely stay again!

I got to see my cousin that I haven’t seen in way too many years. It was a great stay.

We loved our stay at this delightful bungalow in Onancock. The neighbors and the town were welcoming and we very comfortable with all the amenities in the home. One suggestion - leave a note where the good knives are kept in the top cabinet. I found on the last day of our stay when we were leaving. Otherwise, we were all very satisfied and appreciative.

My husband and I spent a long weekend soaking in Onancock and were very happy with this home.
The rental process: Communication with the property managers was excellent. Don’t worry about trying to fill out the rental agreement when you book - they will email you an electronic form that is easy to use.
The home: Cute, CLEAN, and spacious. You enter through the back on the first floor using a key from the lock box. The home was built in 1925 and the character has not been erased. The doors and locks are old, so you may need to jiggle and push, but we had no problem. Kitchen is well stocked, appliances were new SS, countertops are quartz and double sinks are deep. There was plenty of dish soap, napkins, tissues, hand soap, garbage bags, aluminum foil - the only thing we picked up was more paper towels. Having a half bath on the first floor was very convenient. TV worked well - it gets free streamed channels like TUBI or you can log in to your Netflix or Prime account (no basic cable that we could tell). Beds were comfortable. It was hot when we were there and the AC worked fantastic - each bedroom upstairs has their own unit. Bath has a walk-in shower with a step up/down - step down seems bigger than the step up, so be careful. It’s a 15 min walk to town. Great neighborhood. All in all a great stay and we would not hesitate to return!
