SOUTHERN EXPOSURE at Amelia By The Sea is a beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath TOP FLOOR, END UNIT on the beach with an attractive view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the balcony while waking up to the beautiful sunrise and the family friendly beaches of Amelia Island. The Master bedroom has a KING size bed, a Smart TV, a work space with a desk and a chair, and direct access to the balcony with magnificent view of the pool and private fishing pier. The updated tiled Master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and a Smart TV. The 2nd bathroom also has an updated tub/shower and vanity. Blackout curtains in the living room and the master bedroom.

Kitchen is fully furnished with updated cabinets and granite countertops. WI-FI throughout the unit. Washer and Dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience.

Enjoy the private 800 ft long fishing pier. It is available to our guests; NO FISHING LICENSE is required to fish from this fishing pier.

Amelia By The Sea is a gated community and includes a large swimming pool, a barbeque area, and a tennis and pickle ball court. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Guests are allowed two vehicles per unit with the parking permit visible at all times. Codes to access the unit, parking lot and the beach will be provided on the day of arrival.

Amelia Island has something to offer everyone. Fernandina Beach on the north end of the island is home to thriving artist community ranging from musicians to painters, sculptors, photographers to performance artists. The Island also has plenty of options for the outdoor enthusiasts such as golf, fishing, horse-back riding and kayaking. Nature and history buffs will enjoy a day at Fort Clinch. Central Park is a good place to join others for Tennis, Pickleball or Petanque.

The property was wonderfully maintained. It was comfortable and the view was spectacular. The parking was tight, but we managed to always find a spot. The elevators were a great bonus. They, however are a bit small on check out days. Which is to be expected. We will definitely make a return trip.

Loved that it was a corner unit. Excellent view from balcony. Sunrises were amazing. Very clean unit and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with items you need. We would definitely stay there again.

Mini Vacy with family. Nice and quiet and peaceful. The view, beach and pool were amazing. Check-in was very smooth. Everything advertised was spot on. Very much impressed with this stay - wish I could live here!

Very comfortable well equipped condo. The views were amazing. Loved deck overlooking ocean for morning sunrise and coffee and afternoon shade and view. Great location. Hosts were helpful and quick to respond to any questions. It was our first time on Amelia Island and we hope to be back.

The 2 bathrooms were great. Property was very clean. The view was fantastic! I appreciated that the sofa was firm and comfortable. Coffee and creamer were provided, along with many spices. The communication with the owners was excellent. I would stay here again.

My husband and I spent ten days here during Thanksgiving. This is our fourth visit to Amelia Island, and it's the best place we've stayed at. The location is great; and the view is spectacular. The condo is very bright and spacious. The kitchen is fully-equipped (we had everything we need to make Thanksgiving dinner). The king-size bed was very comfortable. There are tennis and pickleball courts. Jen and Bill were great hosts.

The condo was perfect for the group of us down in Amelia Island for a ZOOMA race weekend. The view from the condo as soon as you open the front door just takes one’s breath away. Being in the top corner unit is a perk! Condo had everything we needed and was close to all we wanted to do. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Definitely would go back.

We had a wonderful week long stay at Bill and Jenn’s home away from home! The beds were comfy, the AC cold and the ocean view breathtaking! The pool and beach were easily accessible and the location of the condo was a short drive from restaurants and activities. The home was well furnished for home cooked meals and the complex was quiet. Will 100% be leasing this condo again for future beach trips.

This week was fantastic! The corner condo was so nice, and the 7th floor view was perfect. We had everything we needed because the kitchen was furnished with lots of extras. One day it rained, but we put together a puzzle that was at the condo, and had fun doing that. Lots of games for entertainment when the weather doesn’t cooperate! The icing on the cake was the Surf Restaurant right across the street because if you don’t want to cook, their food is delicious. The pool and the pier was a great addition to a wonderful time! The condo was very nice! The evenings were not pleasant to sit on the balcony, We couldn't enjoy sitting on the balcony because of someone smoking weed! UPON LEAVING AT 6:00 AM there were no carts to haul our stuff down!! People had taken them the night before and put them in THEIR ROOM!! No one was packing their cars at that time! There should also be a rule in place about children 12 and under using the gate to the beach. If you put the wrong code in the gate would not open for 2 or 3 minutes! The beach was very nice not crowded! The people who owned condos were very pleasant and helpful!

This was our first time to the area for a destination wedding of my niece. The property is very clean and the extra touches like detergent and dryer sheets was appreciated since we only stayed for two nights. It was a great place to relax and unwind and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Thank you for your hospitality.

We enjoyed the condo & Amelia Island very much. Check-in was super easy. Condo had everything we needed. Enjoyed just sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise & the beach. Would have been nice to have ability to watch programs from our devices or streaming services in the living room. If possible, I couldn't figure it out. Great place. Would stay there again.

My wife and I wanted a nice place to go while doing some needed work. We crazed the sound of the beach , so we returned to Fernandina, but never before at Amelia by the Sea! The location was awesome, as was the view! The unit was beautiful, quiet, modern, and fully equipped! What a great place to work or play! We will return!!

My dad, sister, and I came down for the weekend to look for shark teeth. We come to Amelia Island multiple times a year, and this condo is one of the best we’ve stayed in. Clean, neat, steps from the beach, and a short drive to restaurants, downtown, and grocery stores. We will definitely be back!

This condo is a gated community, making you feel very secure. 7th floor views are amazing. My husband loved the fishing pier while I enjoyed reading a book on the beach or balcony. Would definitely rent again!!! Jen reached out a couple of times to make sure everything was okay and that we were enjoying ourselves 💕

What an amazing place to reconnect with friends and enjoy Labor Day! The condo was perfect and the views from the top floor corner balcony were breathtaking! The private fishing pier gave the men hours of fun and some nice fish were caught! The pool and the beach kept the ladies cool and entertained! Jen was a wonderful host and was available for any question we had with quick responses. We will definitely be back!
