Stunningly, updated home with high end finishes throughout. Interior design furnished with luxurious furnishings throughout. Open Floor plan and vaulted ceilings with tons of natural light make this home feel like a true Oasis. Very private, backyard with covered lanai private pool and spa. Located in the heart of Lauderdale By The Sea, Casa AquaBella is conveniently situated walking distance to a multitude of first-class restaurants, shops, entertainment and, of course, the beach.
INTERIOR:
1st Level
Upon entering the 5-star Casa AquaBella, you are greeted by a spacious, open, living area with high ceilings and offering direct, unobstructed, views of the outdoor patio and private pool. With new luxury updates, the home will provide a truly pleasurable stay. The living room area is equipped with a large modern sectional sofa, love seat sofa and two separate sitting chairs, a large Smart 4K TV, above the mantel. Situated immediately off the living area the kitchen and formal dining room with seating for eight (8). Should your group exceed eight people, please do not worry, in addition to the formal dining for eight (8), there is a a secondary bar setting, situated off the kitchen, for five (5). The spacious, not to mention open, updated kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and white cabinets and offers everything you would require while on vacation. Positioned off the living room, you enter the stunning master bedroom showcasing vaulted ceilings, a designer King Bed, dresser, night stands, cool artistic side chair, and 4k Smart TV. The Master bedroom en suite bathroom has been fully updated and boasts dual marble vanity sinks, soaking tub and glass shower. Bedrooms 2 is another master with king bed downstairs. Bedroom 2 features vaulted ceilings, a designer king bed, 4K Samsung smart TV, two nightstands a sitting chair and an ensuite bath. The en suite bathroom has been fully updated and boasts a single marble vanity sink and glass shower. Also downstairs is a full size laundry room and 1/2 bath powder room.

Bedroom 3 features high ceilings, 1 Queen bed, 2 night stands, sitting chair, and a 4k Smart TV. Bedroom 4 features high ceilings, 1 Queen bed, 2 night stands, sitting chair, and a 4k Smart TV and an ensuite jack/Jill bath. Bedroom 5 features high ceilings, 1 Queen bed, 2 night stands, sitting chair, and a 4k Smart TV and an ensuite jack/Jill bath.

The poolside lounge areas offer a huge, covered lanai with outdoor dining seating for eight plus a sectional sofa and love seat. Gorgeous private back yard with outdoor chaise lounge chairs and private pool, spa and bbq. Relax in this breathtaking private home and enjoy the tranquil days in the pool and outdoor dining. The spacious pool offers a unique reprieve for sunny Florida days. Soak up some sun on the pool side lounge chairs and prepare to be in paradise. Optionally heated pool-* Heat activation fee does apply. Optional pool heat is available from October 1st through May 1st for $35/day plus tax with a duration of your stay minimum
