We will not staying again here. Waste of money!

There is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom as advertised.

The staff was not very accommodating. It takes forever for them to reply or even answer our call and inquiry. The furniture wasn’t sturdy and safe to use ( dining chairs) most Of them are broken and one of us fell from the chair. Shower has water leak as well. After letting them know about our concern they didn’t even send someone to fix it.

It was a great stay for one day with my son and siblings. The pool was clean, Marie and the male front desk was very acc

Very spacious for a family of three to 4 persons

The dining chairs were loose and one was eventually broken before they were about to be used I was glad I cleaned it first before using for breakfast and that is when I found out they were unsafe. This was reported to the front desk and maintenance who acknowledged the issue right away. Also the stovetop was not easily accessed as it has no power I had to report to maintenance, to find out it was turned off on the main power box by the wall. I believed this was for safety but we were not given prior instructions concerning stove use. It worked out in the end and we had our late breakfast.

The property generally is good just add some lights in the sitting area. A bright one I guess.

One of the elevators was under construction during my stay so it was a hassle taking time for the elevator to hit my floor

There was no breakfast. The location was great as it was walking distance to shopping malls, etc.

The shower room could have been cleaner. There was a hole in the spare air bed mattress. The spare blanket could have been washed.

nice place, difficult to find

The staff was nice, the cleanliness was okay and the location was good.

I did not like that it did not state the address clearly. It only says A2J Luxury 2BR BGC Suite Near SM Aura, Market2x. When we searched it on the google map, it was challenging to find. It would be helpful if the address was precisely indicated as South of Market Private Residences 25th Street, corner 11th Ave, Taguig, 1634, Metro Manila. It says on booking.com that there is public parking available on site, however when we got there, we were told that we need to reserve a parking space, though on booking.com, it also says parking reservation is not needed and the caretaker of the unit was suggesting we find parking at the nearby McDonald's. That time, it was late at night, we were with an eight year old kid, exhausted, and had lots of things with us. Thankfully, we were able to find a parking spot.

An overnight stay in Manila

The area. Safe and just walking distance to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the owner or the contact person was easy to talk to. Recommend to my friends for sure.

I think the football table supposedly not there because it made the room too tight.

Good location.

No parking facilities available within the property building. Unit itself is not cleaned properly before our arrival. There are still some items left by previous clients when we arrived. Water heaters in the bathroom were not working. Small cockroaches in the kitchen and dining areas. The apartment unit would have been nice but it is not well maintained.

Exceptional

The location is perfect! Safe area to walk around especially at night with plenty of restaurants and cafe options! Also plenty of shopping options! The room itself is amazing. Great size for a couple or small family! The lounge room was a great chill area with a projector to watch movies, both bedrooms were very nice with scenic views!

Location was amazing! close to lots of food places and shopping

The place was not cleaned, carpets still had egg shells on them, dirty and dingy carpets, place was not swept we had to do it ourselves, bathroom mirror was just sprayed with water to clean it leaving hard water stains on them, dusty, refrigerator freezer had left over blood stained inside it, cigarette butts left over on our balcony. The Maid actually told us that they don’t have proper equipments to clean the place! no vacuum, no glass cleaner, no disinfectant to get rid of COCKROACHES! we had to buy it ourselves and spray the place with it! No running hot water either! it could’ve been much better had it been prepared and cleaned ahead of time specially knowing that we were checking in that day. We had a long 15 hour flight from LAX and to find this place at that state is just very disappointing!

When we arrived to checked in, the reception had our names but we did not have access to the unit. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the house keeper to get the keys to the unit.

we really liked the amenities and the place itself. the location was really near and walking distance from the places you wanna go in BGC. the condo itself is very nice with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for families and friends too.

Our experience in the unit was excellent. It was accommodating. The room is conducive for resting. We enjoyed the place as it has recreational facilities like that soccer game in a table. Toilet and bathrooms are clean.The unit is near the malls. We'd like to go back and have our vacation again there..
