Great location, view and staff. Nice pool, good service sunsets. Don’t expect much from the food

Location and view , pool and staff were great.

Breakfast needs improvement, poor selection and the same every day really. Price was expensive for a 3star and the hotel itself.

Slechte kamer, maar fantastisch uitzicht over zee vanaf het zwembad.

De accomodatie heeft een prachtig zwembad aan zee met mooi uitzicht.

Waardeloze kamer. Geen uitzicht. Een heel klein hok. Konden niet naar buiten of handdoeken uithangen e.d. Slechte verlichting e.d.

Nice stay but we were only there for 2 nights.

Rustic but nice. Lovely location and only short tricycle ride to town, we enjoyed seeing Corong Corong beach with its sunsets.

Quite noisy in our room at the front of the property.

If it wasn’t for the great view we would have checked out early.

Beach front

No water pressure for about 2hrs for one day followed by brown water for an hour after water pressure restored. Additionally, the restaurant ran out of many selections on the menu.

The restaurant/bar is not really recommendable however there are other lovely alternatives a few 100 meters away.

Paisagem relaxante e pôr do sol mais bonito de El Nido

- Todo o espaço exterior do hotel e a zona da piscina, muito relaxante. Camas junto à piscina e espreguiçadeiras na praia, um ponto muito positivo. - Pequeno almoço buffet com boa variedade e estação de ovos e panquecas, tudo feito na hora. - A vista do hotel para a praia e o pôr do sol incrível ao final do dia. - Duche com água quentinha (para mim que é um aspeto muito valorizado, fiquei impressionada). - Possibilidade de refill de água e mini frigorífico no quarto, dá sempre jeito. - Limpeza diária dos quartos. - Pequeno espaço para jogar volley e basquete, achei muito diferenciado e descontraído.

- Ar condicionado muito barulhento e o facto do quarto estar virado para a estrada (frente do hotel), de noite ouvia-se muito barulho dos carros e motas o que dificultou bastante o descanso noturno. - Cama um pouco rija, o que também não ajudou a ter uma boa noite de sono. - Decidimos estender a nossa estadia por mais 1 noite. Tivemos o cuidado de falar com o staff da Recepção 2 dias antes, perguntando se era mais fácil fazê-lo diretamente com eles ou através do Booking. De imediato, ficaram atrapalhados com a pergunta e disseram que não tinham mais vagas disponíveis, o que era estranho uma vez que através do Booking havia vagas. Reforçámos esse ponto mas mais uma vez disseram que não podiam ajudar mas para tentarmos fazer pelo Booking. Foi o que fizemos e pagámos essa noite extra logo diretamente no Booking. No dia do novo check-in, a funcionária da Recepção pediu para fazermos o pagamento, pois afirmava que este ainda não havia sido feito. Só depois de exigirmos falar com a Gerência (que nunca aconteceu), mostrar o comprovativo do Booking e passado 1.30h, é que a situação ficou finalmente esclarecida. Tudo se resolveu, mas foi uma situação totalmente desnecessária. - Não é uma crítica, mas deixo uma sugestão: os serviços do hotel (como tours, aluguer de motas ou caiaques..) podiam estar mais divulgados, acho que só tinham a ganhar. Para os clientes do hotel não achei muito justo ser cobrado aluguer de caiaque. Por 4h, pagámos 400 php e não tivemos direito a colete salva vidas. Acho que podia ser algo cobrado a pessoas não alojadas no hotel, uma vez que os caiaques são do próprio hotel.

Melhor pôr do sol de El Nido, mas evitem os quarto do lado da estrada

Pequeno almoço Buffet com boa variedade, tendo em conta o que se encontra pelas Filipinas. Zona de lazer fantástica e relaxante, com cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras na piscina e na praia junto do hotel. Provavelmente um dos locais em El Nido com a vista para o pôr do sol. Duche sempre com água quente! Mini frigorífico.

Colchão rijo! Ar condicionado barulhento. Se ficar nos quarto virados para a rua, conte com bastante barulhos dos carros e motos. Refeições do bar sobrevalorizadas. Dificuldades de comunicação com alguns elementos do staff, visto estes responderem de uma forma genérica quando questionados sobre temas que se sintam pouco a vontade, como valores de uma noite extra, etc. Com sorte não iram encontrar dois hóspedes do hotel que fazem questão de colocar todos os dias música péssima na zona da piscina com 4 soundbars, estragando o ambiente relaxante que o hotel proporciona.

Overall very disappointed with ElNido but it wasn’t because of this motel. Poverty, filth.

Pool was nice. a\c worked well.

Squirt bottles of very cheap soap in bath and shower. Good grief just give little bars of soap. Breakfast wasn’t anything to brag about.

Best Value Resort in El Nido

Everything!! Great room - beside the pool, which was beside the beach and the restaurant. The views of the islands, the ocean, the sunsets - spectacular! The location is close to town and other resorts, restaurants, shops without being too busy. Staff very helpful and friendly. And guests were friendly to each other, it was like a small community. Most of all, with the affordable rates, it was such excellent value that we extended our stay by a month just to enjoy El Nido at Double Gem. We will return!

Nothing. Everything was great. Maybe the odd time when they cut some coconut trees and constructed a cabana, it was noisy - but it happened only 2 times withing the total 6 weeks of our stay, and only briefly each time.

The last cation is nice - right on the beach. The breakfast is very scarce. By 8 am it's almost empty and not refilliing. So you arrive and face an empty kitchen. It could have been better for this prace

Bathroom smelled of sewage, and the AC stopped working but was fixed next day, blanket and pillows smelled of insect repellent

Amazing sunsets.

Lovely hotel, great location. Comfortable beds, and great pool

Hot water operates on Solar. So often didn't have hot shower, but that comes with El Nidos quirks. No big deal.

Expensive stay at the clean but outdated hotel

The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is quite outdated but the room was clean and there was a hot water.

The room had mostly american sockets and the adapter which I asked was totally broken. The breakfast was dissapointing - waiting time was 1 hour, the food is not good and the staff were so unprofessional and lazy. The vendors are constantly watching guests at the pool and asking to buy their stuff. I think safety and privacy must be improved.
