All very good

Proximity to Sutter medical facility is great. Tesla chargers are well-maintained. Arrive early, otherwise all four chargers are typically taken by the evening.
I’ve stayed here multiple times, and never had a bed this hard and uncomfortable. I requested a room through the app, but when I arrived, they told me that room was no longer available. They put me in a room that I think was disability access, and the bed was very hard.

It was a good variety to choose from.
All was good. No complaints!

Staff was remarkable. Quit location with better than usual breakfast.
Beds could use a pillow top *A variety of pillow firmnesd would be better than
4 flimsy ones.

The breakfast was good we stayed 6 days and everyday it was a little different which was nice. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The hotel was very nice the bed was very comfortable which is a big plus.
The weather was a lot warmer than what we are used to we live on the coast of Washington and we could not get the air conditioner to go lower than 67 degrees was not enjoyable waking up sweating during our 6 days there. We asked a staff member and they us all the AC units are programmed not to go lower than 67 degrees we were on the first floor for security reasons we were not able to open the windows.
The shower was big and nice the water flow is great doesn’t trickle out like a few other places we have stayed. My only fear is when you soap up the shower floor is very slippery, I put a hand towel on the shower floor and that helped with not slipping.

The cleanliness! The friendliness! And as a solo woman traveler I felt safe and secure. There’s easy access from the parking lot. And it’s clean! Clean=comfort.
The bed could be softer, a pillow top perhaps.
The sound on the TV is strangely muffled.
For the price you could up your coffee game (in the room). It’s crappy. Nespresso!

The property itself is very nice, it’s primarily New. It’s clean and comfortable.
My first reservation was through booking.com
I had no problems until I tried to extend my stay, I was under the impression discussing it with the front desk that I was using Booking.com and I was told that was fine and I didn’t even need to change rooms. There was one lady who worked at the front desk, her name was Penny, she was very helpful, and even spoke to Booking.com on my behalf, to extend the reservation through them at the same cost. That’s not what happened. I was charged full price and was continuously having deposits held against my credit card to the point that they over drew my balance. I had also asked that I be moved to a regular king room when I decided to extend my stay and I was told that wasn’t necessary I could stay where I was. Again, not true because they continued to charge me for the king studio. In my experience in a hotel that is not fully booked.,We would’ve let the clients stay in the room for the regular king price. I came here purposely to be near friends. I think going through through treatment at the cancer center. I am wealthy enough to travel. I am very tired and needy. Stressful stay that I anticipated .My entire stay has been spent at the front desk trying to figure out why they keep charging me so much money. I have never had a hotel continuously hold money and pending charges on my card while I’m still in the hotel !What should have ended up being a trip that cost me maybe $2500, it’s going to end up costing over $3000.
There has been no compassion or consideration, or politeness in helping me with this reservation. I’ve worked in a hotel, and we would never treated a guest this way ,we would’ve absolutely changed the cost of the room and probably comped part of the stay.
I will never stay at another Hilton property again. I have had to lock my credit card before they continue to add pending charges.

The breakfast was hot and prepared well. There were several selections.
There wasn't anything in particular that we didn't like.

I love that the property is away from all the commotion.
The only thing I had an issue with was our room was adjacent to storage. On the last night of our stay staff took it upon themselves to move things around past 10 o’clock at night for a lil while we were dead asleep. it sounded like furniture rubbing on the wall it went on for a little while. Woke up my family and i the night before a long day of travel back home. Not fun traveling back exhausted on a long drive.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable.
The only suggestion we have would be to extend the breakfast hours - closing down at 9:30 am is kind of early for people that are traveling for pleasure - maybe stay open ‘til 11:00.

Location was convenient & quiet. This was a new facility - opened w/in a week. And very clean.
The staff tried to charge me for my room and initially did not look at my receipt from Booking.com saying I was prepaid. I had to point this out to them then they had to figure out what to do. The staff was not to be trained in handling Booking.com prepaids.
The breakfast was poor - no beverages but water was available. They could have mixed up a pitcher of orange juice. The sausages & eggs were overcooked. Breakfast was a huge disappointment that I went elsewhere... and breakfast is the easiest meal to provide.
