A Very Pleasant Stay

Hotel is very clean and probably one of the new hotel in Williams. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Bed is very comfortable and room is big.

A lovely place to stay!

Lovely staff. Especially Dominique, who was incredibly helpful when our plans suddenly changed. Great breakfast, nicely appointed rooms, extremely clean, plenty of parking, close to the fun of Route 66.

Hôtel moderne et confortable bien situé à williams

Bien situé dans la ville de williams , 10 minutes à pieds de la rue principale qui est très charmante et proche de fast food à pieds également. L’hôtel est très moderne , les chambres sont assez grandes , la salle de bain impeccable,bonne literie et tout est très propre. La piscine intérieur a été apprécié par les enfants , elle était également très propre . Un petit espace laundry pour le linge est à disposition au rdc (payant) . Parking extérieur gratuit. Nous étions à 1 heure environ du grand canyon Le petit déjeuner est semblable à tous ceux que l’on trouve aux usa niveau qualité (machine à gaufres , pain de mie à toaster, œufs et saucisses, gâteaux, céréales etc..)mais c’était le plus complet et varié de tous ceux testés , la salle est assez spacieuse. Accueil très sympathique du personnel.

Toujours le problème d’insonorisation des chambres , si les gens autour de vous sont bruyants vous entendrez tout ! Nous avons été également gênés par une sorte de jeu qu’il y’a autour de la porte d’entrée de la chambre , ce qui laisse passer beaucoup la lumière du couloir pendant la nuit. C’est un peu gênant pour le sommeil.

Comfortable and cosy stay. Near to go to Grand Canyon

Zeer modern hotel dat als nieuw aanvoelt.

Hotel is nieuw en daardoor zeer fris en modern. Tijdens onze reis van 2 weken door de US was dit het meest up to date hotel dat we bezochten. Kleine dingen als een TV die eenvoudig met je eigen Netflix account verbindt zijn toch prettig en handig. Alles voelt splinternieuw aan. Ontbijt was ook prima in orde.

Locatie was niet bijzonder. Williams zelf niet en de locatie van het hotel aan de buitenrand met uitzicht op de snelweg.

Super hôtel à Williams!

Très bel hôtel, moderne, facile d'accès et bien décoré. Le personnel était très aimable. La chambre est grande et moderne, très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et disponible jusqu'à 10h, un plus!

Dans notre chambre au rez-de-chaussée il y a un gros courant d'air au niveau de la porte d'entrée car il y a un large espace entre la porte et le chambranle...

The BEST in Williams!

This is the BEST Hampton Inn I've ever experienced! The facility is newer and well-kept. The staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one. The choices at breakfast were abundant. The location is minutes away from downtown Williams and within an hour from the Grand Canyon. Will return again and again. It's a 11/10.

Das Frühstück hätte von der Auswahl und Qualität besser sein können. Der Frühstücksraum war zu klein für die Anzahl an Gästen.

Highest rating, clean, amazing hard working staff and very quiet, perfect.

The staff at this location was phenomenal! They were always available, the breakfasts far exceeded our expectation. We had 8 nights in hotels and this was by far the best. Highly recommend!

Good!

Clean. Room was comfortable size and furnishings were in good condition. Like the addition of hooks in room and in the bathroom. Breakfast was as expected but good selection and the staff kept everything filled and clean. Staff was welcoming and communicative and checked in with us periodically regarding our stay.

Nothing about this property. Williams is somewhat depressed but not Hampton Inn’s fault.

Nos gustó la habitación, estaba limpia y se sentía agusto. La habitación del hotel muy accesible, los empleados de recepción muy amables. El desayuno limitado pero con buenas opciones.

La cama no estaba cómoda, nos fue un poco difícil poder dormir estaba demasiado firme el colchón. Nos hubiera gustado almenos una botella de agua en la habitación para poder hacer el café en la mini cafetera del cuarto, el aparato de refrigeración y calentón no lo podíamos controlar y en recepción no me resolvieron el problema la temperatura en la que estaba era muy frío (fuimos los primeros días de enero y estaba nevando)

Friendly and well intended, but incompetent.

Staff had no idea how to credit my hilton honors stay because I booked through a third party. This is ridiculous. I am a member of, I paid for my stay, I earned the points. I have never experienced this ever before. The only reason I chose the property was to earn points.

Confortable et calme.

L’établissement est moderne, propre, facilité de parcage. A 10 minutes à pieds de la rue touristique de Williams ( boutiques, dinner de la Route 66). Petit déjeuner de qualité très bon , avec du choix. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Possibilité offerte d’aller au jacuzzi.
