You will likely spend most of your time in the open, grand entertaining space which contains kitchen, living and dining, complete with fireplace and 180-degree views from the cleverly orientated terrace which is accessed through bifold doors.
The entertaining rear yard with in-ground heated pool, jacuzzi and gazebo is also accessed from this level.
The master bedroom with ensuite has floor to ceiling windows capturing the pacific ocean perfectly.
The second bedroom, a full bathroom and games room complete with bar, pool table and TV also compliment the main living level with the games room overlooking the pool.
3 additional bedrooms are located down only a few stairs with a main bathroom. The kids will love the bunk room.
Parking available for 3 cars maximum.
If you need some time alone or want some peaceful reading space or perhaps just want to watch TV, there is an additional living area which is cosy and enjoys spectacular views away from the main living areas.
With 3 living areas and 3 TV's at Kailani, there should be no fighting over what to watch!
Grab a morning coffee at The Boy and the Rose caf or jump in the ocean for a quick swim; all within a 300m walk. Terrigal Shopping Village, Erina Fair, public transport are just a few of the amenities close by. North Avoca Surf Club is only a short stroll away and North Avoca beach is patrolled between September and April.
