Our crew, comprised of a 10-year-old, two teenagers, a college sophomore and six adults. We’re very comfortable in this house. The host was responsive and helpful whenever called upon for info or unneeded repair. The location made it easy to take the bus or grab an Uber. Great pastries, ice cream, food shopping. Only 15 minutes from the old city and 20 minutes for nature options.

Had a great family time and didn’t expect to be so close to the city and have such a quiet neighborhood. The house and accommodations were great, especially if you travel with a toddler. The hostess answered quickly when we contacted her and she wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.

Nice layout for a group of adults, we spread out over 3 levels, each with a full bath. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, the coffee setup was divine.
10 minutes to Old Quebec. Boulangerie in walking distance. Neighborhood was cute and felt safe.
Hot tub was on the list of amenities, we searched high and low, but could only find a bathtub in the upstairs bathroom. The place could use some yard work, a deep clean and some light maintenance (casters on bathroom doors missing or broken, light bulbs out) but this did not detract from our overall enjoyment.

We were a group fo 10 who visited Quebec for the Winter Carnival and surrounding attractions. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Minutes from the highway. Grocery store and gas nearby. The driveway easily accommodated our 3 vehicles. Plenty of room for us to spread out (3 floors) and enough space for all of us to gather for a meal. The home was super clean and the host, Gabrielle, was very quick to respond to any questions we had and even checked in to see how we were doing. Great property, great host! Highly recommend if you have a large group visiting Quebec City!

8 adults and two littles loved our Christmas getaway in magical Quebec City. This house was like a hotel but much better. We loved the holiday decorations and were able tp spread out and also come together for meals and family time. It was ideal!

Perfect home for a group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect to prepare our breakfast each morning. Within driving distance to everything. LOVED the nespresso coffee.
My only two suggestions would be adding nonstick skillet and one more TV in the house.

My cousins came over from Asia to visit us, their cousins. We have not seen each other for 5-6 yrs. There were 11 of us. This place was spacious with enough rooms for all of us. When we had trouble turning on the tv, Gabrielle was quick to respond. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

Great property and location. The perfect accommodations for the seven of us.
FYI The front door locking mechanism may need new batteries. We could not find a can opener or a cork screw.

We tested the cozy factor of this house when the temps dropped to -45 and we warm and happy in this home!
We booked this house with friends as the first real vacation out of New England in five years. We were excited to come for winter carnival. Ironically, we never got to go because of the postponement due to extreme temps, but we had a wonderful time, cooking and eating together, and there were games and activities for all ages, including snuggling on the couch to watch a movie on the big screen. We didn't want for anything.
The tree-lined neighborhood is lovely and quiet and there was room for our three cars in the drive. Gabrielle was quick to lend the outside outlet for one electric vehicle so the battery didn't die in the cold. It was also easy to get to the city center from there and there was a little store at the corner.
The spacious mud room and entryway became pretty key to hold all the gear for our big group.
Bedrooms were all simple and soothing and the soaking tub was a hit.
We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-appointed with all quality items and Gabrielle was always quick to respond to any inquiries. We all loved staying here and had a fantastic time. We'd love to return!
