The Alpine Farmhouse is located on the border of Crestline and Twin Peaks. Centrally located between Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory this special 5 bedroom / 3 bath home is situated on almost a full acre.

Main level: living room with wood burning stove and flat screen TV. Open kitchen with built-in nook dining table with bench seating. Guest room 1 with a queen bed. Guest room 2 with 2 twin beds. Bathroom on main level.

Lower level: oversized master bedroom with king size bed. Reclaimed wood on the walls. Attached master bathroom with shower. Oversized separate closet area. Laundry room with full size washer/dryer available for your use.

Upper level: guest room 3 with 4 twin size beds. Guest room 4 with a queen bed. Bathroom on upper level with shower.

Outside: wrap-around deck from the front to the back of the home. Large lower level deck in back of the home. Koi fish pond in the yard. Tons of land and large boulders to explore out the back door.
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM / CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM
Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM on every reservation. Do not arrive
early to the property, interrupting our cleaning staff. We will provide you
with a code to the lock and the alarm, so there is no need to pick up keys
or meet someone at the property. An additional charge will be added for
any non-approved late check-outs ($50 per hour).
MAX OCCUPANCY: There is a maximum occupancy of 12 guests at all
cabins at Lake Arrowhead (children under the age of 2 don't count). We
are unable to allow our guests to exceed this county ordinance and any
non-compliance will result in a fine paid by guest up to $500. We cannot
allow non-compliance to put our permit in jeopardy.
SECURITY MONITORING: Please note that camera surveillance is used at
the exterior and entrance of some of our properties for security use and
management of our property. I understand that Arrowhead Retreats may
conduct video surveillance of the exterior of its premises at any time, and
that video cameras may be used in order to help promote the safety and
security of property and guests. I hereby give my consent to such video
surveillance.
EARLY DEPARTURE/EVICTION POLICY: NO REFUNDS for early departure
and/or eviction in any circumstance.
LATE DEPARTURE WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have not vacated the
premises by 11:00 am without prior approval for a later check-out time,
you will be charged $50 per hour.
NO SMOKING POLICY: All of our properties are non-smoking. There will
be a $500.00 cleaning fee added if this rule is broken. Smoking is
permitted outside only.
PET POLICY: Some of our properties allow pets. The pet fee is $75.00.
It is the guest's responsibility to notify Arrowhead Retreats if you are
bringing a pet.
BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for any belongings left behind after
departure. Please make sure you check for all belongings before you
depart the property.
TRASH - We provide trash cans outside the home that we will haul away
for you. All trash must be removed from the home at time of departure
and put in the trash cans provided.
NOISE DISTURBANCES - Please be respectful of all neighbors. Noise
travels easily in the mountains & we require that our guests be respectful
of the full-time residents that live nearby. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm -
8:00 am. If we receive any complaints, we will attempt to contact you
once to request that you reduce the level of noise before the Sheriff is
called. If the noise continues after being warned you may be evicted
from the property without any refund.
WEATHER CONDITIONS - Guests are responsible for checking driving and
weather forecasts in preparation for mountain conditions at various times
of year, including, but not limited to: fog, wind, rain, storms or snow
requiring tire chains, etc. We do not refund due to weather conditions,
road closures, driver's abilities or vehicle limitations.
THEFT OR DAMAGE - To avoid any additional charges, upon check out:
a) No theft or damage is done to cabin or its contents, beyond normal
wear and tear. Cabin is to be left in good condition, just requiring a
standard cleaning.
b) No charges are incurred due to damage from pets or smoking
during the stay.
c) All trash is placed in outdoor trash cans, and soiled dishes are
placed in the dishwasher and cycle started to be cleaned before departure
or hand cleaned if no dishwasher.
d) No linens, household contents or kitchenware is lost or damaged.
RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT.
Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its
management company, its respective affiliates and partners from and
against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to
persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses and other liabilities, including
attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our
property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to
any property or for death or injury to any individual.
WARNING: Use of hot tub, docks, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, and/or
fireplaces carries risk that may result in serious injury or death, and
unsupervised use by children is prohibited. All persons must wear life
vests when in or around the lake. Elderly persons, pregnant ladies,
infants and anyone subject to heart disease, diabetes, low or high blood
pressure, strokes, epilepsy or similar afflictions should not enter a spa
alone and without consulting their physician. Never use a spa, kayak,
canoe or paddle board while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If
you are taking medication of any kind, or being treated for any illness,
consult your physician prior to use of spa. Spa should be kept at a
temperature less than 104 degrees for personal safety. DO NOT WALK
ON SPA COVER or it will collapse. Supervise children at all times to
decrease risk of injury or drowning. Agreeing to these terms and
conditions, guest assumes full responsibility for risk of bodily injury,
death or property damage.

We love our stay except the fact that it was missing basic supplies: dish/hand soap, sugar, salt, napkins, toilet paper. We had issues with plumbing on the sink downstairs since it was clogged. If management supplies all of these items for future visitors, they will have a great stay.

The place was nice and cozy, nice location and views. The house was spacious and kids had a lot of fun too. Some of the beds were very squeaky, so not everyone got good sleep. Would have helped if the place a few basic ingredients sugar/honey, salt etc.
