Bedroom #3- Full size/Double bed + twin size bed- both are part of a high end built in bunk bed. Top of the line mattresses and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, 43" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services.
Bedroom # 4- King Sized Bed, top of the line mattress & bedding, high vaulted ceilings, blackout curtains, 43" HDTV w/ Netflix and all major streaming services.

Common Area sleeping- The living room sofa has a large and very comfortable sofa that turns into a larger than queen sized bed for sleeping. If an additional queen sized air mattress is wanted, we can make those arrangements with at least 48 hours notice, preferably more if possible.

Total beds are: 2 King beds, 1 queen beds & 1 full/double + 1 twin bed in the bedrooms + queen sized sleeper sofa and additional queen sized air mattress on request.

Guest Access:
The entire house is yours and we are always available 24/7 for any needs or requests you may have!

The Neighborhood:
Safe and central location with great freeway access to all of LA!

Getting Around:
I always recommend a car in LA as everything is spaced out but this is a central location with groceries 1 block away and other stuff just a short Uber ride away

Interaction with Guests:
You have full privacy for your stay but I am always a phone call or text away!

Very nice home with super comfy furniture. Only downside is the road directly out front is a bit of a race track throughout the day and night which makes sleeping in the front bedrooms a little tricky. Overall, this is a great property that is priced well, and the communication with the team is top notch.

Property was exactly as advertised. Pristine and well appointed. Service was immaculate! We were there for two weeks and any issue (we had two very minor ones)were addressed within hours (even on a Sunday)! We cooked meals and ate both inside and out. Property was really well maintained. Garage housed two cars so didn’t have to park on street. Location was super convenient! Stores across the street! Pool looked great, yet we were there slightly off season to use. Outdoor backyard was super entertaining/relaxing space! Great for kids because it was all entirely enclosed and private. Would definitely come back!

We had a total of eight people(3 adults and 5 kids) stay in this fabulous house during our trip to LA! First, the house worked perfectly for our needs. There was plenty of beds and bedrooms for all of us. The set up of the house was great. The kitchen and the full size fridge was just what we needed! The house was clean and organized. Plenty of regular towels and pool towels. The location of this house was ideal. It is on a busier road but it is a very safe and nice neighborhood. We had a large passenger van that we parked out front every night and felt very safe in doing so. Also if you’re going to DoorDash food, there are so many options that can get to the house in no time! We paid to have the pool heated and it was wonderful. The backyard is in full sun in the afternoon and the sunshine was what we needed. The communication with Shawn and his team was top notch. They checked in and gave awesome recommendations and directions for activities and restaurants. They also answered questions within minutes! Another perk we thought with this house was that that there was more than a starter stash of paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. I personally find that really helpful so we didn’t have to go out and get that stuff asap! It was a quick ride to Universal and Santa Monica. We were very happy with our stay!

Our family flew from all over the country to attend my niece’s Bat Mitzvah and we had a blast! The house was perfect for 6 adults, the outdoor area is amazing! When we flew in last week it was pouring rain ALL day- we were so grateful to have the garage. Every part of the house was clean and Shawn and his team were very responsive. The location was great it was near everywhere we needed to go. It was a great experience. Thank you!!

First off, we had to book this property last minute due to a VRBO cancellation 2 days prior to the trip. We booked online and had WONDERFUL communication from the owner Shawn within minutes. The process to book, the instructions for check in, and the overall communication won me over from the start. On arrival, the property was super easy to find, the parking situation was best suited for the front door, but we ended up parking in the garage the entire stay. The house was extremely clean and was exactly what the pictures showed. All TVs were smart TVs and the internet was fast. We ended up cooking in the house 2 nights and there was plenty of cookware. Shawn also gave us recommendations for grocery shopping as well as restaurants near by. There were only 2 things that I wished were a bit different, there were minimal wash clothes for showering but there was a washer and dryer. The last thing was that it has a heated pool, but we didn’t know until after booking that it was $80/day extra to heat. We are in LA, so we didn’t end up needing it, but just as an FYI. Other than that, the stay was perfect and we would recommended it to anyone! Thank you, Shawn and your team, for everything!

I especially like how there was a team of people around-the-clock to quickly answer any questions or concerns, especially prior to arriving at the property. There was a noise that developed in the refrigerator, which they have their own repair personnel, and they felt they needed to apologize, and left an assortment of specialty donuts at our door the next morning! None of us were the least bit familiar with staying in LA, and this place was typically less than 30 minutes drive from most areas of interest. Their team would even give us suggestions for food, areas to park, good places to drive to, as well as touristy stuff to do. Thank you so much for welcoming us, and giving us a great stay in LA.

Home was advertised as & even showing pictures of a 4 bedroom newly rebuilt home but actually only had 3 bedrooms available. The home is older with upgrades inside. The refrigerator doesn't get cold, found live a roach inside the bunkbed room. The exterior front gate doesn't close. There isn't much privacy out front due to large gaps where a few trees where missing, which is also falsely advertised in the photos. So You'll definitely be seeing all the craziness that goes on at the 7/11 from the front window. Also the front right side of the home is boarded up. The owner told me there was a high-speed chase & the car ran into the home. There was also mice running around in the garage. To rectify all these major discrepancies he sent donuts, offered a blow-up mattress & two hundred dollars back. Which i feel was not enough seeing as though i paid nearly $3000. It simply was not worth the price at all.

The property was recently renovated, clean, and well-maintained. The backyard was very private with multiple seating areas as advertised. Did not realize that the property is located on a busy street (my fault), but provided quick and easy access to the 101 and downtown L.A. and Malibu. Enjoyed our stay.

This was very cozy and comfortable home. Not many places feel like home but this property did. My 7 year old daughter did not want to leave. I would definitely stay again.
