Al abrir la puerta de la "casita" me quedé gratamente sorprendida: me resultó un lugar muy lindo!

No tiene cocina, sólo una hornilla eléctrica; la vajilla no estaba muy limpia. Por lo demás, todo excelente!

The area where I was staying. It was nice, everything was close..

I was put in a different place to sleep. And the house had a horrible smell that I couldn't stand it. I almost got sick smelling that.. Next time, the owner of the place needs to make sure that the house does not have a weird Smell.

Exceptional

The cozy cottage will always be in my memories. Meeting my fiance from the uk we stayed there and it was a pure delight. Everything we needed was right there including the privacy. The staff made sure we had all we needed and the cottage was clean and peacrful. I definately recommend this place and will always return. Thank you

This is a good value. We needed somewhere to sleep before the next stop on our trip and this worked.

Off-street parking available. A/C unit above the bed was loud, but once we got to the desired temp we turned it off and left the ceiling fan on.

Worst place to stay Tampa, FL (Cozy Cottage)

Nothing.

Everything. I wouldn't recommend staying there. Save yourself the hassle and book a hotel room where there's someone available 24/7 to help you if needed. I slept in my rental car over 1,000 miles from home because the passcode to my "cottage" didn't work and no one would respond to me. I also was still charged for TWO nights even though I never stayed there!!! 😡 I was also told I'd be refunded and haven't been!!!!!

i enjoyed it, it’s a great bargain and one doesn’t need anymore

It’s like your own little apartment, I like that. For 550$ and 8 nights it’s a bargain I can recommend it.

AC Unit directly over the bed and not the most modern, but hey the price performance is great and ever worked

I would not return to this property.

Owner's responsiveness

the hot water in the shower ended in 3-4 minutes after starting the shower. The water heater tank is tiny which is located under the sink. A/C temperature cannot be changed because all the buttons on the A/C unit are worn off. It is a window unit. While the floor was squeaky clean in the middle, around the perimeter it was as dirty as in any poor motel. Also, random hair in the sink and shower cabin.

The layout was nice. Simple for 2 ppl. We enjoyed it

I didn't like the sandbags at the door. I know it was a storm that week, but it was annoying with them in front of the door

Great location

accommodating and good location.

it was too cold inside. there wasn’t a remote for the AC and not instructions. hard to adjust AC manually. There was also rust on the shower rod. I g messed up my personal wash rag.

Great place. For sure I’ll come back here.

Lovely,very clean and comfortable house. It has everything you need for living. Everything like on photo. Convenient parking, kitchen, beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed. Everything is very clean. It’s very private place, as it is a separate house and there is no one else behind the walls. I stayed there just in time for Hurricane Ian and thanks God and this place that everything is fine.
