About this apartment rental
A vision of pastel prettiness, this modern apartment is a treat for those looking for a stylish stay away from the tourist crowds.
Carefully curated with a keen eye for design, you’ll find chic, modern decor and ample natural light coming together in perfect harmony. We love colour block artwork hanging above the plump sofa, as well as the deliciously sophisticated breakfast bar that beckons morning coffees over chats about the day ahead’s activities.
Meanwhile, the three bedrooms have been beautifully styled with individual colour palettes, giving them their own singular character – we’re particularly fond of the candyfloss pink room that all but promises the sweetest of dreams. Factor in the sleek tiled bathrooms with their luxurious rainfall showers and you’ve got everything you need for a relaxing, carefree stay.
Outside of your home, the stunning Real Jardin Botanico is a ten-minute bus drive away and the Paseo del Prado Boulevard is thirty minutes away by direct Metro. You’re also twenty-five minutes away by Metro from bustling Puerta del Sol, while the Atocha Railway Station is just five stops away by Metro too.
Home truths:
*This home is on the second floor of a building with no lift, so it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility
*At capacity, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room
*A cot and a high chair are available on request, subject to availability
*There's no desk here, but the dining table can double up as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed
*The building's entrance is shared with the other residents
*Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10pm and 8am
*Self-check-in is available
*This home is slightly further away from Madrid's main tourist sights, so we recommend using the city's public transport to get around – Nueva Numancia is an eight-minute walk away
