Estancia muy satisfactoria

Está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro pero a la ve, en una calle muy tranquila. El apartamento está bien equipado y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La anfitriona MUUY amable. Le pedimos un favor y nos ayudó muchísimo. Muy amable y rápida contestando.Si volvemos a Alcalá repetiremos seguro.

Si vuelvo a Alcalá de Henares, sin duda intentare reservar de nuevo en este sitio.

Alojamiento amplio y cómodo. Totalmente reformado y muy bien equipado, hasta en los pequeños detalles, como las cápsulas de café y sobres de infusiones de bienvenida. Todo excelente.

No hubo nada que no nos gustara.

Escapada perfecta

Todo. El apartamento muy nuevo y cuidado y muy limpio. Por dentro es muy amplio. Tener el parking en el propio edificio es una comodidad sobre todo si viajas con niños. Su ubicación es ideal, a un paso del centro de Alcalá y media hora del centro de Madrid. Si volviese a Madrid volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin duda. Muy buena relación calidad precio

El desagüe de la ducha no tragaba bien, pero seguro que era algo puntual y tiene fácil arreglo.

El apartamento en general está genial. La ubicación está muy bien, zona tranquila y muy cerca del centro.

No encontré secador de pelo. Tuvimos que llamar a la anfitriona para que nos facilitara la clave de acceso. Eso sí, no atendió muy rápido y bien.

Muy Céntrico, tranquilo y con posibilidad de plaza de garaje a buen precio.

Apartamento amplio y limpio. Ubicación muy céntrica y Plaza de garaje a buen precio en el mismo apartamento. Además pudimos dejar el coche en la plaza del garaje más tarde del chek out.

Todo estuvo bien, pero por decir algo como detalle faltaría un espejo grande de pared.

Tranquila estancia larga

El apartamento superó a las esperanzas. Está cerca de la parada de autóbus, sin embargo, está ubicado en una pequeña calle tranquila. Está cerca al centro histórico también. El apartamento está completamente amueblado, tiene todo que necesario para una estancia larga. Todo el apartamento fue limpia y el anfitrión fue muy servicial. La próxima vez que visite Alcalá de Henares, definitivamente reservaré aquí.

Casa del Eboni was amazing, like a home away from your home, everything you could need in a flat and more, just off the main road in town. Definitely will be staying there on any future trips to Alcalá.

Great Town, Location and excellent accomodation

Spacious accomodation with everything you need in the kitchen. Great host who help with all needs. Location is very central of town and short walk to train station or Bus just around the corner.

We would stay here again. Very comfortable and nice. Lots of appliances.

Very easy to get in to. Good parking. Close to the historic square. Safe.

The bathroom door was hard to open and shut. But that is all. They will be fixing it. You may want to get a comforter for the bed, a duvet or top sheet. There was only a coverlet. The mattress was on the hard side but my husband did not mind. The apartment is very nice.

Exceptional

Grether was wonderful; she was very responsive and flexible with checkin. She agreed to meet us ( during the day) when we arrived so we could pay for parking with credit card..We were really glad we reserved the parking in the building for 10 Euros per night- very easy and worth it. Its good to look on a maps app to see the street where to turn. It's a dead end street, but there are places at the end for you to turn if you make a mistake. You can park temporarily across from the garage if need be before entering. The building is on the left with brightly painted walls - easy to identify. Apartment is modern, like new, super clean and comfortable. Good wifi and located just a couple blocks from the historic section. It's a very convenient, safe area.

The utilities, the cleanliness, the space inside the apartment. I liked that it was quiet and dark in the bedroom.

Quite and Affordable Apartment

The location is great. 8 mins to the train station. And few minutes to Dia and Carrefour supermarket. It's so quite we slept like a baby. No noise. Well lit, clean and the towels are available. They also have 2 tiny bottles of body soap and shampoo. Toilet is enough for our 4 night stay. Heater is working well.Great wifi. Big bed. The towels in bed is cute and the chocolates is appreciated. Kitchen utensils are available. They also have fee coffee capsules and sugar. Oil and vinegar. TV is working fine. The sofa is comfortable and the dining table is just the right size for us. Hangers are available.I booked the one on the ground floor with the open space and it's so nice.

It would be nice if there's atleast salt that we can use. The 1st night we arrived... We discovered that there's no salt so my BF have to go out late to find salt. There's no TV in the bedroom. Would be so lovely to have but the TV in the living room is perfect as well. Would be nice if there's atleast a manual juicer for oranges and Peeler. We love to cook. Spatula and some baking pans will also be great.

Totally ordinary apartment bad Internet bad view if I do care about is a bed to sleeping then you’re

It’s a very plain apartment without any soul, and absolutely in terrible Internet. Useless if you need to do any work, it will catastrophic.

The basic problem is there anybody in the 21st-century cannot stay here if they have to use the Internet. They are so backward they offered me a USB cable! Is that we were in the 1990s. I regret to say this because you’re nice people, but one cannot stay in this apartment, and this one has nothing to do professionally or privately with Internet.

Renovated apartment in center of Alcalá

The apartment was newly renovated and had everything I needed. The beds were really comfortable. It is located near the center of Alcalá so no need for a car but if you have one the private garage is perfect. The wi-fi was also reliable.
