Awesome location, such a cute town and beautiful beach! Advertised well, better than the pictures.

Great location to explore manzanita.

The house was well equipped, although a Keurig would have been helpful as we had a mix of caffeinated and non in our group. A communication from the property manager indicated there was a wood burning fireplace, but the only option was a firewood collection in a dune outside the house.

This property was clean and cozy! It accommodated our group of 4 friends perfectly. We appreciated the living spaces and 3 full bathrooms was a bonus!

6 of us spanning 3 generations stayed her for 4 nights. Great location, clean and well provisioned.
Can't wait to gather here again in the future.

Great house and location. Clean, easy access to the beach. Would stay there again. EV plug wasn’t grounded for Tesla charger was only issue for us.

Enjoyed a great 3-night stay at this little bungalow tucked into the dunes. House was better than advertised, and bigger than it appears. Nicely remodeled bedrooms with king beds and huge bathrooms, everything clean, private despite being tucked in among other beachfront houses, and a bright living space—kitchen + living room—with panoramic views of the grassy dunes and the surf. Will definitely return.

Property is very clean and as advertised.

Good stay but Meredith lodging needs to really work on their check in process. They typically have locks that do not work. This is not the first time. This happened to me at the property that I've rented. They take Payment outside of the Vrbo payment system, so getting any money back or refunds is problematic as well.

The house was newly re-decorated on the inside and updated. The two king beds in both bedrooms were very appreciated. Loved having coffee in the morning on the sunny side patio with shelter from the wind.

This property is in a quiet, private, safe area right on the sand and sea grass facing the ocean. It can sleep 8-10 people comfortably. It was clean and well stocked.
There is only a silver of a view of the ocean due to the dunes and sea grass so please take that into consideration. You can hear the ocean though. It takes a minute or two to walk through the path in the sea grass to get to the beach.
Manzanita is a beautiful expansive beach. It is not crowded and you can walk for seven miles. We had great weather in July (high of 70) but keep in mind it can be rainy and cold on the coast the rest of the year. But it is still fun!
There are a few shops, restaurants, and a small grocery store in Manzanita. If you want more of a selection, drive up to Cannon Beach about 15 minutes north. Check out Haystack Rock at Cannon Beach. It is a must see, especially at low tide because of the tide pools. Get a bowl of clam chowder and Mo's. It's the best.
The check in procedures mentioned a fireplace but there isn't one.
Overall, as a local Oregonian, I would recommend this property, this area of the coast, and the rental experience.

We had trouble getting in. We had to call and she had to remotely unlock. Then the Wi-Fi password wasn’t listed anywhere. Then a few hours later we were unable to get on the Wi-Fi and the password didn’t work and the television didn’t connect. Then a technician came out, but was unable to solve the problem. Then after he left it began to work again. There were four Wifi users plus the television which does not seem excessive for this rental. Then there were no hangers. If you have flown in to stay, you do not pack hangers. Then there were no boxes of Kleenex. Toilet paper fell apart when used. Understand it may be on septic, but perhaps there is a little more that can be done. The place only has a charcoal bbq, which we knew before we arrived, but there was no lighter or matches. We had to go to the store to get one. We will leave the lighter and the remaining briquettes for the next renter. The house smelled a bit like paint for the first couple of days. Not enough steak knives. We had to use a grapefruit knife as one of the four knives. All that said, the look and feel of the cabin were exactly as advertised. Totally beautiful, magnificent views and an easy walk to the beach. Very windy (which we expected) but so peaceful. Would rent again, though. Just loved the king beds for both couples, too. Also being able to sit outside with the glass windbreak. Furniture very good. No trouble with appliances. Showers great. Pillows and mattresses very comfortable. Floors so pretty

We had a terrific stay on our annual Sister-Sister trip to Manzanita. It was the perfect location to explore up and down the Oregon Coast and have a clean, comfortable home on the ocean to return to each day.

This home is exactly as described in the pictures. It was very clean and perfect for our family. The distance from the house to the beach was much shorter than I thought it would be. We loved the house, the beach and the beautiful sunsets!
