Good place for a city trip

Nice spacey appt with a lot of amenities. Close to many sights, next to Grant Park Breakfast restaurant and grocery store just next door Many thanks to receptionnist Joy who was very welcoming and helpful.

Permanent noise of huge a/c‘s of builings around our appartment. Probably more sensible to it because we‘re not used to that kind of noise… But at request they moved us to a higher floor

Appartement confortable et spacieux en étage élevé . Vue magnifique . Salle de sport au top très belle piscine + jacuzzi . La machine à laver et sèche linge sont vraiment appréciables.

Cuisine assez peu fournie en ustensiles. Grille d’aération sales . Traces de passages nombreux ( tapis, canapé avec des taches )

Nice, clean, great location. Reasonable.

Loved the location. On Michigan Ave, but away from the touristy area. Staff is very friendly. Hotel/apt was very clean. My second time staying here. I live in the suburbs of Illinois so a nice getaway and close to everything.

A couple was arguing at 4am.

Nice hotel and area but our room was not up to par.

Nice area. Front staff was very helpful and polite.

The room itself had a strong scent of smoke, like there have been previously chronic smokers . Especially in the bathroom. The shower had a lot of mold in the caulking area and in between the grout in the tiles.

Overall, great stay. Comfortable bed, central location, secure building and helpful front desk.

The location is great. Front desk attendants were very friendly + helpful.

The unit could have been cleaner particularly the bedroom floor + rug. The living room area could also use some cleaning of the rug + dusting.

Great location , full apartment space , very clean.

It was much more spacious than a hotel room - essentially a full apartment with hotel prices . The location directly across from Grant a park with beautiful views of Lake Michigan.

The apartment had some minimal disrepair- melted cupboard laminate above the stove was unsightly and the bathroom sink faucet fixture was so loose I feared turning it on/off could create a huge water leak.

Won't stay here again

The view

There is no restaurant so the lising was wrong. There was hair and mold in the bathroom, the sink drain had rotting food in it that stank, and the coffee pot was dirty on check in. I paid for upscale and this was not it. No kettle for hot water. No way to contact anyone with issue. TV wifi connection kept freezing. Had to check myself in and out. It was noisy as well.

Very chic and cute place

The apartment was very clean and everything was in good shape and conditions.

Os recepcionistas são mal humorados e muito mal educados, atenção zero! A temperatura externa estava -9º C e o ar condicionado não funcionava direito, esfriava ainda mais o ambiente, foi uma experiencia muito ruim, tinhamos que ficar de roupa de frio dentro do apartamento!

Worth the relaxing weekend!

Incredible. The amenities, location, aesthetic and cleanliness. Truly a gem in the city. I had brunch and got a pedicure and massage nearby in walking distance.

Wish I had a view of the lake or higher view! The one I had was still nice so not a negative comment. The elevators take a long time to come, especially when many were moving about in the hotel: but that’s because there’s several floors.

Astonishingly good views, bad delivery services.

Great views, clean and nice reception staff.

I bought an ipad through Amazon that went missing. Sentral staff - who had the one time code to give to Amazon - said it did not arrive, Amazon said it did arrive. I ended up having to file a police report for theft. I requested CCTV of the time of alleged delivery. It was never given to me by Sentral reception staff. Amazon would not give me the log corresponding to the one time code being entered into the delivery person device. The truth is somewhere but I paid the expensive price. The apartment would benefit from some kitchen items such as milk in the fridge.

Wonderful place where I would stay again.

Excellent location, beautiful rooms, great views, clean and spacious apartment. I was thoroughly happy and wished I'd book to stay longer.

Nothing disappointed me. Some noise in the hall was annoying, but that was the behavior of certain occupants, not the staff. I found check-in easy and check-out easy, too.

La tranquillité, la propreté des lieux, la proximité du transport en commun et des services de base. De plus, cet hébergement est très sécuritaire, le quartier aussi. Un beau séjour dans l'ensemble! Vive Chicago!

La cuisine est bien équipée (cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain, micro-ondes, mélangeur, etc.), cependant la quantité d'articles de cuisine fournis est insuffisante (nombre d'ustensiles, d'assiettes, de verres, de casseroles, de poêles). Aucun verre à vin n'était fourni. Bien que cela n'ait aucunement nui à notre séjour, cette critique se veut constructive.

I will definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and I loved the big windows, washer & dryer, and tea kettle. I also love that they allow dogs and so it was super great to see dogs in and out of the property while I was staying there.

The body wash was empty and the floor had a large gash in it that needs to be redone.

Best location for a green view in a central location

Loved the ease of check in, the location to Grant Park, the view was good (side on to the Park not front on so 2nd best view i guess!), the 7th floor spa area was light and quiet for relaxing. We used buses from opposite the hotel and a hand supermarket next door. The bed was the comfiest ever and I am a fussy sleeper! The best location for the Chicago Marathon!!

Very little to critique really. The pool was a bit cool except for swimming and you could only really swim properly if noone else was in it. The fridge didnt smell very clean when we arrived. That really was it tho. Would definitely stay here in future

Huge urine stains on mattress.

Our mattress had urine stains all over it. It was disgusting. The staff didn’t seem to be extremely friendly. Had to wait 30+ minutes after check in time for the room to be ready. The washing machine doesn’t drain water all the way and made our clothes smell terrible. The mattress is advertised as a queen size but you only get a full. It was pretty uncomfortable. The bed also seemed to be broken and made a clicking noise and would drop down a few inches. There are pain chips in the wall and stains in some places. I feel this place has great potential and it could be very lovely, it’s just not to that level yet.

Our stay was wonderful and stress free.

We rented this because it was right next door to the venue for a family wedding. The space was great for two couples and a 3mo old. They where very helpful with check-in and check-out, especially since we don’t travel light with a baby. Parking was easy right around the block. The location is great for tourist spots and on public transportation. The amenities where great to have a space to relax after a day of sight seeing. Would absolutely recommend.

The rooms could use a once over with fresh paint and scuffs removed from the walls.
