Stay was pleasing

It's not exactly I didn't like but would like to suggest to keep different food items for breakfast.

Ridiculous resort and don't waste your money.

Only One thing is good which is Hot water shower.

My experience was horrible with The Resort Goa property .I was given a room which was made for handicap . Washroom had no locking system , Room had no proper AC no proper lock. More then all that there was a rat in the room. my experience was pathetic with this so called vedana retreat. Apart from the owner of this property is not kind he even can not ask you for welcome. the person name *Enam* who is working over there he's also very bad nature, anything we can ask he didn't even try and told front of us sorry madam it's not possible, e.g simply polythene help he didn't do. So ridiculous experience in Goa One more thing is while booking time showing the pictures in booking application which is not as good as real and we booked different room and they're provided different room. I'm requesting you to guys don't waste your money for that resort.

Nice room, but there some strange and Uncomfortable moments.

Room is very good and modern inside, fresh paint on walls, and so on. Good AC and bad. Also good balcony.

Very bad soundproofing. My Indian neighbors liked to laugh and talk loudly every night and I had to ask them to be quiter) Also, strange hole under the window - it is specially hand made. Mosquitos and other insects went from this hole to the room

Great budget place with quick access to Arambol beach

The room upstairs (delux room) was better than the superior room, the smell was pleasant and privacy was better as compared to the room downstairs. The staff is super helpful and the accessibility to the beach is good given that you are willing to walk on a narrow flimsy bridge. Wifi is great!

Delux room can get hot. There is a lot of electric fluctuations.

Major disappointment

Bathroom was clean

Stuff did not follow checkout time and the room offered to us was completely different then the one shown in the app. The TV did not work and the AC as well. Not happy with the food either. Was mentioned they offer breakfast however it was denied. I felt that they do not treat indian customers well compared to the Russian/foreigners. Very disappointed with the stay. And it was very difficult to get to the place the first thing. No events in evening as said on the description in facilities.

Superb

We booked two seperate superior mini beach shack rooms in ground floor level. One for myself and other for my wife and son. It was pretty cost effective in English money to do this. They were superb spacious rooms with air conditioning plus fan and small bathrooms each. The main receptionist/day time manager plus other staff like dining were very cooperative including cleaning staff. We just only had a few breakfasts and evening meals but all the time food was delicious when we ate there. Pool was warm and clean, and a lovely residential nature. While there was no safe/vault in room, valuables could be kept very securely at the receptionist electric vault.

Like rest of Arambol International bank cards were not accepted. Thankfully receptionist allowed me to do a international money transfer through my Nat West Bank online app which worked. As nearby public electrical maintainance was carried often electricity failed though hotel had a back up inverter that lasted 3 hours for lights and ceiling fans. Hotel was too far out of the way if you didn't have a scooter. Nearby busy Mandrem Road was too busy with dual side traffic plus too many obstructions like stray dogs. The quicker way to get to beach was to walk through a rough surface path and a weak handmade bridge. At night, torch lights are needed and watch out for drunk people standing nearby or dogs resting on the bridge. Dogs don't cause harm mind

Superb

This area is peaceful. Little bit far (800 meter) from the sometime noisy Beach. Very helpful and profesional stuff. Pool to cool down. Rooms are very nice. Like the balcony to the jungle side.

The location is good though its not a beach property. Well, in arambol every place is good. Breakfast was okay.

I wish I could say that I had a great stay. But no. What is the one thing you look for in a place to stay. Cleanliness, right? How can I say that its clean when the washroom has a waterlogging issue. One mug of water and the washroom turns into a swimming pool. When I asked for room change, they said that I booked that particular room. How is that possible when room number allocation happens through booking.com. This washroom experience was a horrible one. And they kept one mop for me to clean the washroom myself. Did I pay to clean the water logged in the bathroom. And this is particular for room no. 207, I am not sure about other rooms.

Overall it's a great place if you want a calm and peaceful stay with your family.

The first time we ate there for breakfast, it wasn't at all good, but later the staff arranged a complimentary dinner to compensate the experience. The food and rooms were great with calmness around.

There isn't any common area to play games or for the families to sit together. The passage that leads from the road to the resort was very dark and impossible to walk through. Some of the appliances seemed to not work properly but the staff took immediate measures for it.

the hotel was in an excellent location close to Arambol beach. The staff were extremely helpful n friendly. We had a last minute early check in n late checkout at no extra cost. The facilities were great and goid breakfast. The room was very clean with air con n very comfortable bed. Good value for money and can thoroughly recommend.”
