Ubytovaní jsme využili již podruhé. Není to žádný luxus, ale potřebujeme jen někde přespat, tak nám to stačí 😉 Letos jsm

Blízko zastávky metra, poměr kvalita/cena super

Jde slyšet hluk z chodby a ostatních pokojů. Přidala bych větší koš, ten malý na WC není dostačující

Anyway, the stay was pleasant. The owners are friendly and also tolerant and flexible.

I liked that the place had all the necessary toiletries and the staff gave us a nice bigger bedroom than the one we had booked, because some inconvience happened I think our room was still taken. They also let us borrow some time in the morning, because our flight was really late and it was necessary. Overall we liked it and would come again!

I think it could have been a little bit cleaner , at least that's what I felt and we could really use some shampoo in our toilet. Other than that, maybe a response from the owners when we sent them a message to ask, but anyway they let us stay a bit more so it vanished as a cons.

Budget hotel with premium service!

The hotel staff was nice and overcame the language barrier by providing with paper instructions translated to English. They nevertheless were patient when I asked them something in English and tried to understand or waited for me to use the translator. They also permitted me to arrive an hour early and provided new towels/toilet paper without even me having to request it. The room itself was pretty comfy. It was a bit small, but that's my kind of thing, anyways. It had all the required facilities to live basically, it was really well decorated, and had good aeration. Overall really appreciated!

Honestly, not much applies here. Maybe a private fridge in the room, or getting the property code in advance? The property code wasn't a problem for me, but you will have to wait a few minutes infront of the property before it opens. Don't be scared if they don't answer straight away, they'll come soon. The bathroom was a bit extricate but overall still good.

Easy to find from the metro station (careful the subway closes at midnight) easy access, rooms similar to the pictures nice bathroom

Multiple stains on the carpet floor and on the walls, even the bed night table was stained so that was not nice. Not much pressure in the shower. Reception seemed to be closed everytime we went by it so we couldn't ask for any recommandation Close from what seems like a highway so sleeping with the windows open is not for light sleepers Overall decent for Prague and the price

Great Experience

Overall, I had a great experience, check-in and check-out was smooth, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to enjoy your stay for short or long term.

Extremely good value for money, close to metro B station, peaceful and quiet. Will come back!

Location is perfect, 5 minute walk from metro Rajska Zahrada. Surroundings are quiet, there are somne attractions close by if you like long walks - just look for, some ponds, a park and an observaion tower yet all are outside of the city center. Hop on the metro B and in 20 minutes you'll be visiting the city center. The hotel is really quiet and the free Wi-Fi is exceptional - built on Ubiquity mesh.

Don't forget to bring a large knife and some bigger mugs as these are not available on property. The kitchenette is not the comfiest (low workbench) and most well equipped (not enough utensils, only small cups), ther's no freezer - just a fridge. There's no stove here. The only appliance available really is a small kettle. Other than that I have no compaints. There are no decent restaurants around so get prepared or be prepared to travel for restaurant food ;) I do recommend going to Hloubetin (one metro stop away or a 30 minute walk) for some traditional Czech food and beer at really "local" prices at "Na stare hospode" bistro. Albert supermarket is real close though, some bars as well at the "nakupni zona" close to Fox. No tap beer on site available.

Some people where smoking downstairs on the first floor and I could feel this smell on the 3rd floor.
