Stora ytor i ödsligt område

Stora ytor både inne och ute.

Läget, runt om huset var stort område med ofärdiga hus vilket gjorde att det kändes ödsligt. Kvalitén i huset var lägre än förväntat, i diskmaskinen hade en vagn rostat sönder, tvättmaskinen funkade inte först, ingen ventilation i badrummen och lösa lister i trappan samt smuts i poolen gjorde att det inte levde upp till bilder på siten.

We like the villa's and have stayed there twice now. Just need to pay more attention to checking .

Great villa's, just need updating and more thorough checks carried out before guests arrive.

Many annoying problems experienced. Such as, lights not working, bathroom window wouldn't open, bed collapsed because the leg had been previously broken, bathroom drain partially blocked, keyhole and door handles need lubricating, flat batteries in tv remote upstairs, dust on wardrobe shelves.

Trop cher et très décevant

La villa est jolie avec la piscine privative et un bon niveau d équipement.

La villa est très excentree du centre ville. Elle fait partie d un ensemble de villas toutes identiques (nid à touriste) et spécialement construites pour de la location saisonnière donc sans âme et sans chaleur. Dans la rue en face, un autre ensemble de villas en cours de construction et laissées à l’abandon depuis 10 ans où les déchets, sacs plastiques et autres jonchent le sol. L environnement est glauque et on se croirait dans un quartier fantome.on ne se sentait donc pas rassurés la nuit. On n a passé que notre première soirée dans la villa et les autres, nous préférions sortir en ville tellement l environnement est spécial.. bref, très et trop cher pour la prestation. Pour 1300 euros pour 5 nuits, on s attendait à beaucoup mieux.

Formidable time off in Lanzarote

spacious and consciously built to be comfortable. The management had a good thought of customer service gifting a welcome kit for the first moments: water, coffee, etc, the staff available through whatsapp and the house were super clean.

the solar panels existed but unplugged, it will probably very noisy area in summer or when other houses are occupied

Nice roomy house with great pool and patio!

The house was as advertised and perfect for our family of four (2 teenage girls). Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked - we appreciated the coffee, milk, water and other staples to get us started! Located closed to Marina Rubicon and Playa Papagoya (beautiful beach!) and not far from any other site. Easy access to the house and easy check-out. We enjoyed the patio and pool - plenty of sunshine and shade.

The actual housing area was a little desolate - with a lot of condos in some sort of construction phase. We had neighbors on both sides and felt safe overall, but was just not expecting that.

Lovely villa

Already left a review and the villa has done great plus points.

There is damp in the kitchen and the lower cupboards smell. We needed to keep them open to try and improve it. No baking trays, measuring jug, grater or oven gloves. Need to do better for us self caterers!

Loved Lanzarote and the actual villa but the building work spoilt the relaxation we were hoping for

Villa, pool and beds were all great.

Construction work that happened for 9 days of our 11 day holiday at the villa next to our property was hugely disruptive to being able to find peace and enjoyment of relaxing at the villa - the much-needed aim of our holiday. We had no warning this was going to happen and following each complaint customer service kept telling us that the noise would not be a problem the following day, but each day it was, plus having many construction workers climbing up ladders right next to us relaxing and sunbathing felt intrusive and intimidating. We were given a bottle of CaVa on the last day of our stay which was appreciated but didn't make up for the fact our much needed holiday had been spoilt by this. If we had been kept informed about what was happening and been given the option to move to another villa that would have made things seem better, but receiving no warning and being fobbed off with assurances that there would be no further disruption that was untrue made us feel that we were treated badly and without due consideration for the substantial money we had paid for the villa. There were no baking trays in the kitchen which was tricky and seems to have been mentioned in many previous reviews. There were no mattress protectors under the sheets on the beds which felt unhygienic in a hot country.

Perfect. This Villa had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable holiday

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed to have a great holiday. The whole booking process was seamless and Ana at the company was excellent at responding to us and making sure every query we had was answered promptly. The bedrooms are great, and the pool and outside area was large enough for our group of 6 to enjoy relaxing or having fun.

The location is slightly far out if there is a large group of you. We had 6 which meant we had to take taxis to Playa Blanca. If you have a smaller group a car is a must. However, the journey was quick and cheap and their is a lovely Marina which is easily walkable (20 mins or so).

Great villa and comfortable for 4 adults and two lively children. Pool was great.

Children enjoyed the pool for whole of the 2 week stay. Beds very comfortable. Also location was fine and we had good support from Ana when small problems arose.

Kitchen could have had more items within the cupboards as we cooked a great deal during our stay and some items might usually expect to see/find were not included .

great - met expectations and would definitely go again

responsive hosts, hot pool, great location, very spacious quiet away from busy road, good size for a family of 6

we had to ask for a hairdryer as not supplied, but we got one straight away, the appliances like coffe machine nad washer were on their way out and needed replacing and the inside could do with a re paint

Modern villa with lovely outdoor space

The quality and cleanliness of the villa. The outside space was lovely and the pool was actually heated.

Needed some more kitchen equipment such as a baking tray. All the half built villas in the area made it feel a bit strange.

Heated pool was lovely. Bed was comfortable but could do with duvet for colder nights as no heating here.

Had so much trouble getting taxis. Every driver had trouble finding us. We had some colder weather and could have done with heating.

Superb

Villa was a great size , beds were comfortable and the kitchen came well equipped. Outside space was brilliant - lots of room to sit around and always gets the sun. Really good instructions for check in !

The driveway is so tight if you have hired anything bigger than a small car. It takes a lot of maneuvering ! So just keep that in mind. Also the villa complex is located immediately beside an abandoned house construction site so that can be a bit disconcerting

Great price for a great villa

Place was spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip away. Villa was clean and tidy and with the car hire we had a great time away.

No air conditioning in the villa and the surroundings of half finished villas was a bit disheartening but not sure what the reasons for that is. Didn't really impact our stay.

Fab place for a relaxing holiday.

Fab villa. Great pool. Nice sunbeds. Comfy beds. Great instructions on how to get the keys. Had everything that we needed for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Modern, clean, comfortable, very bright and spacious. Great spot for sun bathing and pool fun. Lovely walk to the marina. Shops close by.

Needs air-con, slightly overlooked by neighbours, water in taps sometimes brown.

It would have been nice if the towels were replaced ans the villa cleaned while we were there’d.

Thé pool and rooms were excellent, quality if finish was good, the balcony was beautiful

The neighborhood had many Derelict homes and it didn’t give a nice feel to the areas

Lovely spacious villa

Great layout and very spacious for 6 people. Nice pool area Close enough to get around easy to jump on the bus into playa Blanca or the walk along the front is lovely to the centre or the marina which is beautiful

Nice quiet location and comfortable house

The size of the house was appropriate for six people. It was clean and well equipped and the janitor was responsive when something was needed.

The swimming pool was not as clean as expected, but probably because it was very windy. Also, there was no extra toilet paper, no shower gel, no oil/salt, etc. that could have come in handy. Buying all necessary basic stuff for the house for a few days is a bit annoying.
