The staff was gentle
The guards at the entrance annoy each time you enter with endless questions and inquiries

The meals were great, good variety and value, and all Rabanut certified Kosher. We also enjoyed lounging by the pool, which was fairly big and accommodated many guests. Generally good amenities and service
The room seemed smaller than what we expected, especially considering the cost of our stay. We ended up mostly hanging out in other areas of the hotel like the pool or dining room, or just leaving to walk around.

The hotel is in a great location near to everyting you would want to see whilst on holiday. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. There was always someone available at reception willing to answer any questions we had. The food was really good with a wide selection. My daughter has a food allergy and the chef even took the time to prepare separate meals for her which we really appreciated. Our rooms were extremely comfortable.
Difficult to say as it was such a great hotel.

good value
lobby and dining room very crowded, inconvenient to go to the beach; slightly dated rooms and amenities
4.0
The location is close to the center
The price paid for the room is too much for what we got, the room is small and the furniture is old, it's not soundproof, we could hear everything from passing people, our voices from inside the rooms are heard perfectly from outside the door.. No privacy at all

The customer managers were kind and nice, also the desk lobby manager named Dudi was sweet. The location is good, really close to the center and malls.
The stuff mostly was annoyed by any of our questions. At our arrival we asked a security guard if there any additional parking spot, except those 20 that there are near the hotel. He told us "Go look by yourself". The photo of all rooms not reflects exactly what you going to get. We ordered a room with a confidence that every room has a bath, because it was mentioned at it's booking page. But we got a room without a bath and asked to change it. Our new room was extremely dirty, had disgusting stains on every furniture and bed, had hairs all around bed and a towels, stains also at a shower curtain. The most furniture and a hair dryer came from a 90s, the hair dryer just felt apart at my hands. The tv was smart, but didn't have an original remote control, instead they put some universal remote control that doesn't really controls tv. Air conditioner didn't have any sighns, after a long tries we succeeded to configure it for a right temperature for us, but the next morning we were surprised to see that cleaning service change it to whatever they wanted without even change it back. Breakfast is made mostly from low quality products, has no taste and looks disgusting. Coffee machine doesn't work at shabbat.

the staff is wonderful, friendly and polite. the room is clean. the furniture is quite old. but pretty good hotel for families.
the only negative thing: we were during the Shavuot holiday and the hotel was full of people, there was a queue for breakfast, this caused discomfort.

The rooms are spacious with a nice view to the lagoon and marina
Dinner was too crowded and generally not good

The location of the hotel is very good, really close to the main promenade, also the stuff were very amable.
We were at Caesar hotel during four days and the truth is that was very disappointing.
Starting from the room that was very hot and they tild us that there is no option to change the temperature, also the bed was very uncomfortable. Our room was near to the elevator and was very noisy during Saturday (Shabbat) because a kind of alarm that the elevator make every time that stops in one of the levels, the whole day and night!
The most disappointing thing was the food, it was re heated food and everyday was the same, very poor... Same salads, food and dry meat every day...

The spa is fantastic we got the peeling and massage and it was very relaxing. The location is good 👍
Breakfast was OK but not great. The TV in the room was old

The hotel is nearly close to the beach, I like the view of the sea and the balcony, setting in the lobby was relaxing. We lost my wife's sunglasses but tge security found it.
The dining room was clean but so crowrded when we came early , but If u come late it's so dirty, there are no glasses or cups. Anorher thing there are no free cold beverages or drinks like Cola or Juice, u have to buy it.
