Un incubo, pagato al prezzo di un resort

La vista sul mare

Il peggiore soggiorno della mia vita. Una struttura pagata al prezzo di un resort e si è rivelata un villaggio turistico di terzo ordine. Appena arrivato mi chiedono 30 euro in più per dei "servizi" quali l'animazione (composta da un gruppo di ragazzini al massimo 16enni) ed altre cose quali l'utilizzo della piscina o la navetta per andare al mare. Ma non dovrebbero essere inclusi? Una colazione a buffet di una qualità di prodotti indecente. Il servizio nemmeno a dirlo. Camerieri alle primissime armi, sporcizia ovunque, file di 10 minuti per aspettare il refill delle pietanze e per prendere un caffè. Indecente! Anche la tipologia di ospiti, tutto meno che una tipologia che ti consente di goderti una vacanza. Centinaia di bambini urlanti in piscina che schizzano ovunque e bagnini assenti per un controllo. Schiamazzi nei corridoi della struttura a qualsiasi ora e personale sempre assente. Un incubo davvero pagato al prezzo di un resort.

Wonderfully located place, perfect for coastline and sunset lovers.

Spacious Hotel on the top of a hill with a beautiful view on the coastline; besides it has its own beach facilities (stabilimento) on the beautiful beach of Cap Calava.

The breakfast was substandard, even for Italian standards: At half past nine, eggs, bacon and even bread (!) was lacking - re-arrival "in five minutes" was promised, but mostly did not happen. Servants seemed busy to finish tidying up everything at exactly 10 a.m.

The sheets and towels were clean. Most of the staff at the restaurant was friendly.

Breakfast was greasy, cappuccino was a disgrace. Dinner was cold, under or over cooked and way to expensive. The staff at te frond desk were unpleasant. There are no parking spots, just hope for some room avaliable agenst the walls.

This place should be shut down immediately, it is not fit for guests. Stay away at all costs!

There was nothing to like about this hotel, it should be shut down immediately. It is unsafe and unfit to operate as a hotel.

What an utterly ridiculous & dangerous situation parking is. We were anxious every time we returned to the hotel as each time we had to navigate the narrow rows and find a place to park which was virtually impossible, expect your car to be damaged. Whoever designed this had absolutely no foresight, this location cannot be accessed without a car (no taxis in this small town) so parking should be a huge consideration. Ripped curtains, took 5 attempts before they did anything. My brother’s room didn’t have a block out curtain at all, my parent’s was damaged and only covered part of the window - utterly unacceptable especially considering there is a bright light on the balcony which is on a timer and turns off at midnight. Average attempts at cleaning at best, we stayed for 7 nights, sheets were never changed, disgraceful. Stained blanket and crusty bathroom. Water glasses used on the first day were never washed or replaced. Breakfast was included and was terrible, run by people who had no idea what they were doing and was monotonous and average at best. Arriving late with a toddler we attempted to have some dinner the first night and were met with confused staff who had no idea how to accommodate our desire to eat dinner as it was not included.My 3 year old who eats everything was even repulsed by the food and refused to eat it, it was awful. This hotel is not fit for use, it should be shut down immediately. The handrails on the bridges connecting the buildings are loose and are destined for an accident. The lifts are unsafe, beware if travelling with children, the doors will slam shut whether you are in the way or not. It was like some kind of kids camp, complete with loud games and activities being run by large groups of children until late in the evening. After travelling all the way from Australia to visit family they were refused entry to join us for a drink and told to leave. We were booked in for 10 nights but after 7 we could not take another minute.

really disappointing presentation for what could be an amazing resort - needs some thought

the location was fabulous and the design of the hotel - interesting

the car parking situation was a joke - the breakfast room was so depressing that we didn't bother after the first morning and the coffee was the worst in my life. there was no nice bar area - there is one next to reception but never any staff and you could get a drink. Luke warm water for the first 2 days which was ok as it was super hot but would not have been good otherwise.

The view that’s it.

The location, the parking, the getting to your room, the room, the bathroom, the breakfast, the dinner, the closure of the pool during the hottest part of the day, the smell from the rubbish, the lack of warm water, the small fridge, no coffee or tea facilities in the room.

Disappointing

The view

The restaurant manager was very rude and condescending, plus the food was cold and almost nothing left eat at the time we arrived in the restaurant. The restaurant manager said 30 euros for both person and during the checK out it was 30 euros each, my mistake for not asking a receipt costed me 30 euros. You can get amazing for that much money outside the hotel. The room was clean but the shower changed from boiling hot to freezing cold every minute, after complaining in the reception twice nothing was done. I hated that they force guests to buy a swimming cap to swim, to walk around the hotel the ask you to use a colored bracelet to identify you as a guest. They say there is parking but it was impossible to find a parking spot close to your building block.
