Bon hôtel mais trop de pollution visuelle extérieur

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil, la chambre était très propre

Les lumières extérieures allumées toute la nuit même si l'hôtel n'y est pour rien

Nuisance sonore

Mon voisin de chambre était très bruyant jusqu'à minuit, je ne savais pas qui contacter. Je n'ai jamais eu ce type de problème jusqu'à présent. Je ne sais pas du coup si j'y retournerai.

hotel idéalement situé pour les pélerins de Ste Thérèse et aussi pour nous rendre sur la cote

ayant passé un séjour pour une nuit, nous avions beaucoup le très bon accueil et la très bonne qualité de notre prise en charge de la réception; notre chambre & sdb étaient très propre. Nous avions passé une très bonne nuit dans un bruit. Etant fidèle client de Première classe de nos destination, nous avions apprécions la fiabilité de ces hotels. Le petit-déj buffet est suffisant pas la quantité et la simplicité du choix des viennoiseries, pains, confitures,céréales et toujours à volonté.

le seul point à revoir est les prises de courants de la chambre. Une des 2 prises ne fonctionne plus. La seconde est qd même à refaire parce que lorsque j'ai branché un chargeur, la prise de celui-ci bougeait une fois branché.

Disappointed but made the best of it.

We were put in a disabled room with a wet room instead of a normal bathroom,the door would not close properly,and the plastic floor quickly became very slippery underfoot.Dangerous for the. ablebodied never mind the disabled.Inadequate storage facilities for two people bearing in mind we were staying for 3days,only one chair we felt the reality did not match the advertising. On a brighter note the staff were really lovely,and the cleanliness was superb.

Good

Very easy to get to, from the motorway, and back on the next morning. Rooms and everywhere very clean. Beds were comfortable too. I informed them I was disabled so we were put in a room very near the dining room and entrance. Although not a big choice for breakfast, it was hot and good. We could smell the croissants from up the corridor!

Only one thing I didn't quite like, was the bathroom. It was sparkling clean, but.... it was a tiny cubicle in the corner of the bedroom. As I've said above, I'm disabled, so I had problems with step into the cubicle and out. Also, it was too small, as I couldn't use the shower as my shower seat couldn't fit in it.....but this is the only thing we could say we didn't like.

Staff helpful, did not speak one word of English. Gave incorrect info re' bus timetables. No taxi service avbl No hairdryer in bedroom.

Perfect for stop over on route to holiday destination

Good for a night or two on your way to somewhere. A fine place to sleep

Hotel was good. Parking secure and easy to get. check in via machine easy to follow. Internet easy to access. Breakfast was good.

Window didn't seal so noisy overnight and a lot of noise in hotel so soundproofing could be improved

a fair price-comfort transit hotel

We had a family trip in the area and used the hotel room for a night. Fair price for the offer. Good for visiting the historic neighborhood and not pricy as in the historic locations. Good breakfast, friendly staff, free parking and secure.

The room has been not clean enough. A spider net has been placed above the children's bed which transformed the room from a triple to a double room in a second.
