Super Lage für den Schwerin Aufenthalt

Ambiente des Hotels mit Weihnachtsdekoration. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter.

Per E-Mail Info erhalten, dass Sauna seit 1 Jahr renoviert wird. Alternative Saunaboot wurde erst auf Nachfrage vor Ort als Alternative angeboten. Schade.

Studio room was great and clean. Personals are nice at the hotel. Especially they were helpful and child friendly at the restaurant.

Pillows are uncomfortable but it’s a common issues for hotels.

Very nice and pleasant stay

Breakfast was really good, not huge choice but covers all wishes and almost all products are BIO which does make the taste really good. Location for us was very important and we wanted something very close to water. It was walking distance (around 15-20min) to city and castle. Room was clean and good size.

Pillows were really soft and me and my partner we both suffered from it and could not get good sleep.

very comfortable and relaxing in immaculate hotel

Exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was very quiet and we had no noise from other rooms - but we were there in January so it was not full. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and special diets accounted for - such as oat milk.

The toiletries on the room were basic so you need to take conditioner and body lotion etc. There were no tea/coffee making facilities or fridge.

Spacious room with a perfect view on the lake. Breakfast very good, lots of choice. Restaurant on site serves great food for dinner as well. You could see that most of the staff didn't feel comfortable with using a foreign language but they did their best, provided information before arrival as well. No problems with the parking. Pleasant and cosy atmosphere.

No tea/coffee set in room. Double bed not an actual double but two singles that kept moving around. Window with the mosquito net could use a little bit of a clean but the hotel was otherwise spotless.

Very good but no aircon

Food was good, staff were professional and friendly. Comfortable surroundings. Free parking.

No airconditioning is a big problem. Even the availability of portable aircon would help. It is impossible to sleep in a hot room on the upper floors.

Perfect location with great staff

It was just 15 min walk to city center The hotel staff were immensely nice and helpful The room was really big and convenient It was super clean

Very good

We (me and my partner + my parents) stayed at the hotel for two nights. The hotel's lakeside location is very pretty and peaceful and we really enjoyed the 25 minute walk into the centre of Schwerin for dinner each evening (although some people may find this a drawback). The rooms themselves were clean, comfortable and the hotel staff were polite and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was very good quality, and drinks on the terrace in the afternoon sunshine.

The hotel rooms were spacious and clean but felt a bit tired/basic (e.g. their were a few IKEA pieces in our suite). The rooms were also extremely stuffy (it was nearly 30C and very humid during our stay) but unfortunately there was no air conditioning or fans provided, which we would expect for a 4 star hotel. Tea/coffee facilities were removed due to COVID-19 (fine) but no complimentary hot drinks were offered in the bar instead. My parents also noted that water in their room was not replenished.
