Prima hotel als tussenstop. Ruime en schone kamer, goede bedden en prima ontbijt.

Een prima hotel voor als tussenstop van onze reis van Italië naar huis. De kamer was ruim en schoon. De bedden lagen lekker en het ontbijt was uitgebreid en in de buurt zijn veel eettentjes.

very welcoming, excellent breakfast

first visit - • shower door didn’t close which meant the floor and my clothes got soaked. Also, on closer inspection at the bottom of the shower door it was very dirty. • The gap between the bed mattress, the bed frame and the wall is wide. This means the small single pillow gets wedged between the gap. second visit- I specifically asked for extra bed pillows and was ignored. The bed was dirty

The hotel does not let you use the EV charger despite advertising it on Booking.

It is advertised as having an EV charger, this is why i chose it as i travelled with an electric car. There was indeed an unused charger in the garage but the staff did not let me use it, saying that it is not available. Later they said that it is reserved even though when i enquired in advance the hotel said that it is first come first serve. I ended up having to use a charger uncomfortable supermarket parking lot one km walk from the hotel.

Exceptional

Loved that the beds were large and could accommodate our family. Breakfast was so nicely put out and clean. Charming Germany style breakfast and woman serving us was very pleasant. Historical Town was a pleasant surprise. Walked around and had an amazing dinner near by.

Despite the fact that the hotel confirmed our late arrival, 23:00, when we arrived no one was at the reception so we could not get the key. After 50 minutes waiting, phoning and emailing no one replied. So we left. It was very disappointing especially because we left 6 o’clock this morning and we were very tired.

Would not stay again.

Staff was nice. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good.

Rooms were super small. Hardly any space to even walk in. The hotel has no air conditioning. It was miserable. The beds felt like we were sleeping on bricks; so hard and uncomfortable.

This was the last night of a month-long trip to Europe. We were both tired and glad to have a place away from the airpor

It was easy to find and close to Frankfurt am Main airport. The breakfast was excellent. The receptionist was very pleasant and able to recommend an excellent restaurant within a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

The underground parking garage was at a sharp angle from the main approach from the Autobahn, asking it difficult to access. it was also very dark. The room was hot, and we were not told about the portable fan until I mentioned that fact. There was a sign stating that Covid-19 masks were required in the breakfast room, which was no longer the case. Had I not asked if the sign still applied, we would not have known that. It should have been removed.

Good location nice and friendly

A nice friendly hotel,and a decent location just off the autobahn, staff very friendly and helpful,room was a good size,clean and tidy, bathroom good size with a powerful shower,breakfast was nice and varied,excellent WiFi,free parking with good sized bays,would definitely stay again and recommend to others,there is no restaurant for evening meal,but highly recommend the schnitzel Queen 500m walk away

Excellent place for staying one night halfway the vacation trip from Italy to Netherlands or Denmark

Since we arrived very late, we were expecting some trouble with checking in, but we sent a message to the hotel that we were expecting to arrive at some hour and they took care of a way for us to enter the hotel and our room. Excellent! We were exhausted of the trip back from Italy. EXCELLENT breakfast and VERY friendly hosts!

Hotel was nice with great breakfast.

Upon checking in, there was a little confusion about what was required as far as current covid requirements. Ultimately I was able to get the room I had booked. The room was clean and there was enough space for the family. The breakfast that is offered here is really good, plenty of options to choose from. Overall my stay here was good and there were no issues.

I am not sure what it is about feather pillows but it seems to be a trend with hotels. Feather pillows are the worst. There is really nothing bad to say about the hotel, everything was as expected.
