Très bon hôtel.

Le personnel était très sympathique, les chambres sont grandes et confortable. Le restaurant de l’hôtel sert de très bonnes viandes à des prix raisonnables.

Highly recommend.

Very well appointed, everything you needed. Information readily available. Great position and parking available. Good breakfast.

Diggers started work at 7am , appreciate this is nothing to do with owners of property, just unfortunate for next year.

Very disappointing

We had a comfortable and enjoyable night's stay, which was unfortunately completely spoiled by the manager charging us more than the Booking.com pre-booked price. Despite being shown the confirmatory email with the details, he became rude and dismissive, saying he did not care about 'their price', he was going to charge us his price. Avoid this hotel if you value courtesy and good customer service.

Good place to stay when traveling in the Black Forest

The hotel was nice and the room was very comfortable. The bed was great. The bathroom has an unusual setup but it was convenient. The toilet was in its own room, while shower and the sink were in little "sitting room". That "sitting room" had also a little table with chairs, coffee maker. Was actually very useful setup. The location was not for tourism but just to have a stay on the way between Konstanz and next point of traveling. The breakfast was very nice, good selection.

The hotel does not have an elevator and dragging a suitcase several flights of stairs was not the best option.

Nice hospitality!

Very close to city center and the lake river.

Breakfast was a bit poor, maybe some handcrafted marmelade or scrumbled eggs would have been a plus.

Excellent stay

The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant for the hotel is exceptional. They were kind enough to keep the restaurant open for us to eat as we had a late check in. Thumbs up for the chef. Breakfast was good, good selection. Easy parking with the hotel and walking distance from lake constanze. Stuff was very friendly.

A delightful week spent in a lovely area of Germany. I would happily stay here again!

Very friendly staff. the complimentary breakfast was excellent! Additional services offered such as paddle board hire or electric bike hire was a lovely addition, perfect for the location of the Hotel, 10 minutes from the lake-side in a beautiful town. Plenty of restaurants nearby and excellent transport facilities to explore the surrounding areas.

While the free wifi was nice to have, the signal strength in our room was poor, and often cut out, but as we only really used it in the evenings, it was not a major concern! The shower room was very small, perfectly serviceable, but a little awkward to manoeuvre within. The lights in the shower room also did not light up the actual shower, just above the sink.

Relaxing vacation close to Bodensee.

I liked the location of the hotel, the free parking, and the balcony attached to the room.

I did not like the lack of air conditioning in the hot weather. Also, the room was not provided with a refrigerator.

Great for a nights accom while cycling around the Lake.

Lovely single room with a balcony looking towards the street. Nice shower and comfortable bed. Good location with a 5 mins walk to the lake. There was parking & secure bike storage inc charging around the back of the hotel. Adequate breakfast with good choice and there was outside seating too. Overall, a clean well-run hotel. Staff I did see in the morning were friendly

Turned up at 18:00hrs to find hotel locked, after a call I was given a door code and told by room number so I saw no memeber of staff before breakfast. Think this is common in German hotels. Some traffic noise in the morning from nearby road.

Huge rooms, the personal made us dinner despite the kitchen was about to close. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom with enough towels, quick check in and out. Wonderful and rich buffet breakfast.

I would put a small fridge in the room.

Good value and extremely friendly, warm staff.

Warm staff, extremely comfortable beds, plenty of space (we had the family suite). Good heating. Good shower pressure. Breakfast was good, especially the coffee.

It would have been great to have the option of receiving eggs cooked sunny side up, and perhaps some pastries (danish).
