Great location with amazing restaurant and local dishes served by a very accommodating staff.

The location is great since it’s on the edge of the village. It makes driving and parking much easier

The glasses in my room were dirty. I used one glass the first night and could tell when I came back the next evening that it had just been wiped down with a towel and not really cleaned.

magical Christmas

Amazing hotel, it was a pleasure to stay there. The hotel is beautiful and clean the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is extremely helpful and very kind! we took HB option and it was a great decision the food was exceptional! We will be back soon, thank you for everything

Very good

Very friendly staff. Nice wellness area. The food options on breakfast and dinner were lush.

There were roof constructions going on while we stayed. In the entrance area was a construction fence. We couldn't enter with our stroller. We needed to carry it.

Amazing like always

back for the third year, this is a place where you can really relax and enjoy the holidays. Great food, amazing facilities

I would suggest to change the internet access portal. you are obliged to log in again every time you leave the hotel, while any subsequent connection should be automatic after the first one.

A bit dated but the staff really makes up for what is lacking

Breakfast and dinner were great, and the staff was super friendly and very facilitating

The Wi-Fi is horrible, you need to reconnect every 30 minutes or so by renewing your username and password. Also the username is your room number which leaves a possibility of your privacy on the internet being compromised. Not all the saunas were on while we were there. None of the rooms have airconditioning

Wonderful!

Very nice and helpful staff, good location with a wonderful view of Alps. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very good food for breakfast and dinner. I recommend this hotel and I am looking forward to come back.

Lovely hotel - Noisy road

Jacuzzi and spa facilities were great. Staff were fantastic. Food was good.

We booked a deluxe room but it was very small. The mattress was very hard and it was 2 single beds pushed together. It overlooked the road which was very noisy so we had lots of disturbed nights.

Good Hotel with Kind Stuff

The stuff was very king, when we say that the bed wasn't as we reserved, the stuff suggest us to switch the room. The temperature in the jacuzzi was low, and the stuff also, handled that as fast as possible. We also have some special requests regarding our staying and the help us kindly.

The location. In order to get the hotel by quick way you have to pay ~3.5€ each time for the highway. It is annoying that that wasn't mentioned in booking details on hotel page.

The perfect week

Thank you very much to the great Alpenhotel staff for making our holidays really fantastic. We spent an awesome week and enjoyed every bit of the facility and what the Stubai valley can offer. We highly recommend to everyone to visit Stubai and stay at the Alpenhotel Tirolerhof in Fulpmes to have the best experience possible.

I would like to go there again not just with my colleges but with my family and friends as well.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Although we arrived after the closing time of their own restaurant, they made a reservation for us is another restaurant very close to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and tasty. The surrounding mountains are extremely high, and their slopes are very steep. The narrow panorama towards the valley is wonderful.

By the time when we were there next to the hotel right in front of our balcony a construction was underway. Hopefully, they will finish soon. In wintertime probably its more difficult to park your car. We were lucky as we were in summer there but unfortunately the weather was a little bit rainy.

Very good

The breakfast was amazing, they had wide choice of everything. We especially liked that, the ham, cheese were cut upon request and also the egg dishes were freshly made. The dinner with 5 courses was delicious (portions are huge!). Sauna area was clean, enough room for everybody.

Room was quite small, the toilet in the bathroom was placed very uncomfortably (you couldnt sit straight). Pool area was not big enough, especially if you have to maintain distance (Covid 19)
