Quiet, comfortable and very clean rooms in the busy Centro Historico.

The housekeeping near nothing short of immaculate; the room was meticulously cleaned daily. The location allowed us to walk to many exceptional museums and historic buildings and to avoid the generally predatory taxi drivers, often clustered around or near tourist attractions. The beds were quite comfortably accommodating, if a tad short for lanky persons.

The room could have been larger, and the ceilings were a tad low. But nothing much is absolutely perfect.

Very nice and recharging experience

Location was very nice and close to were we needed and wanted to see and visit, really good ambience and all the staff was very polite

The lift got broken and out of service during our stay but the staff had a back up so it was only a temporary discomfort for us in the upper floors, the cleaning service was done even though we did not request it or put the cleaning service sign on the doors it was a surprise when someone tried to enter the room when we arrived and when the room was cleaned and no sign was put before we left the room was a bit disconcerting but not unwelcome

No tiene aire acondicionado, estaba super sofocado, habitaciones pequeñas. Siguen sin regresarme mi dinero, se cobro en la tarjeta con la que hice mi reservación, pero llegando allá hice el pago con otro método, eso fue hace 25 días y sigue retenido el cobro en mi tarjeta.

Okay hotel in the Centro Historico

Well located in the historical center.

The room is just okay with almost no natural light. The walls are not really soundproof so you can hear a lot of noise during the night, which disturbed my sleep. Overall it's an okay hotel but probably far from the best option and value-for-money in the city.

Good value for money with great location & staff

Highly helpful staff; location. we were also allowed free of charge early check-in, which was fantastic as we arrived at 7 a.m.

the room soundproofing is not so good, you can hear very well your neighbours.

Great location, not great reception

Great location, walking distance to everything.

We asked for extra pillows, the front desk manager (a gentleman) said no and we already had enough. We explained that we needed only two extra and he said he would send them up if he had them. No pillows ever came.
