Beautiful grounds, delicious food, friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful setting but close to town, short walk to restaurants and shops. Appreciated the private beach and shuttle to town was helpful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic five nights here. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for you. Room was mixed clean and spacious with everything that you need. Food was lovely pool peaceful and warm. The use of the sister hotel was a wonderful added bonus. Our only wish is that we had booked more than the five nights. Superb

The service and views
Bit of a walk into town . Rooms not very big for the money

The balcony was rendered almost unusable due to the over having tree branches into the balcony which completely obscured the view we had looked forward to seeing from there.

The service from reception, bar and restaurant was superb. Special thanks to Rosanna and the restaurant manager who were both very helpful and accommodating. The staff made a point of knowing our names and welcoming us in and out of the hotel - a really nice touch. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food and service were great. The walk down to the town was fine but back up was a bit of a stretch in the heat (and I like a good walk), so we opted for the free shuttle bus back from the beach and then a taxi back later (about 15 EUR). The rooms were clean and well serviced. The pool area is beautiful and service to your sun lounger is another nice event. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed and whilst the location is up the hill and out of town, it's a beautiful setting. It was an expensive stay but we thoroughly enjoyed it and would certainly recommend it.

Pool, restaurant, breakfast, view, tennis court.
Staff, especially Rosario, Matteo, Alessandro ( the Maitre D' ) , Giuseppe ( waiter ) who were all very kind and quietly efficient.
The tennis coach was helpful, too. ( Giovanni )
Building work going on - no warning that it would be so close. But Rosario, the duty manager, resolved this by changing my room to a lovely one far away from any noise.
I think the shuttle bus to La Calette ( sister hotel ) should also make a regular stop and pick up near the old town.
And the front desk should advise pax that there is a local bus which goes up and down from hotel to centre.

Lovely breakfast, helpful staff and great pool.
Air conditioning was very poor - room was hot and stuffy. Did mention the problem to reception and discovered that other guests had complained about the same problem.

Although it is not a small hotel, the facilities and the fantastic staff create a very familiar atmosphere that makes the stay very pleasant. The location seemed ideal to us, since you are so close to the town that you can walk, but at the same time far enough away to be able to enjoy a lot of tranquility in the afternoons. We thought it was perfect to be able to enjoy the beaches of La Calette and the Reef, impressive!
bathrooms could use some updating, showers too small, but anyhow overall room space is very generous

The first night we were assigned a room that was below the expectations as compared to the type of room and pictures I had seen on Booking.com. I complained about it and the issue was resolved by changing us to a better room starting the second night.

Breakfast is excellent, so much to choose from, you can even make your own freshly squeezed orange juice and choice of eggs breakfast including omelets. The pool area is perfect, very beautiful grounds, a real paradise!!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff were very helpful, the accommodation was very good and clean the the food was good
The swimming pool was in a nice location but the pool chairs desperately needed a clean as they were covered in ants.
As the hotel was not in the town, they could arrange the shuttle bus to stop in the town as well as the beach area, especially when the temperature are very high and its a 10 minute walk into town

We loved nearly everything about this hotel. The property is truly gorgeous and serene. The pool is shaded with big trees, and the spa facilities are set in an 18th century water mill with cute sitting areas all around. The staff was so pleasant and helpful, and we were received with fresh orange juice and a plate of fruit in the room. We had to depart very early when we left, and the hotel packed us a breakfast upon request. The breakfast is also excellent with everything you can think of. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant for dinner.
What we didn't realize is that this hotel is a partner with hotel La Calette which is a 5 star property just outside of the main town. We wanted to splurge on La Calette, but ultimately decided not to, so we were so pleased when we arrived and found out that Paradiso has a shuttle to La Calette beach clubs and partons of Paradiso can take advantage of the amenities at the 5 star hotel. What a delight this was! Lastly, we had great massages at Paradiso. Also free parking. Overall an excellent experience.
Our AC wouldnt really cooperate, though it wasn't a problem since the hotel keeps all rooms at a maximum temperature. It was just so hot in Sicily when we visited, we would've like to have turned the temp down at night.
The shuttle towards town is great, but it's not ideal at night since it stops running. We did the walk home from town after dinner and it's all uphill and takes quite some time. We should've gotten a taxi.
My partner used the gym and said that it was very old and a bit run down.

We have had an amazing stay here and can not rate the facilities and staff enough. We are still here as our flight got cancelled, and the staff made sure we got to sat in the same room, especially as our son got sick very soon after. They have been so helpful in helping us get a doctor, and even subbing us the extra fee to pay for the doctor as we could only get so much out of the ATM. The staff are all so lovely, friendly and helpful, and the pool has the most exceptional view, we will definitely be back!
The pool bar could have done with being open on occasion

The property is beautifully manicured. The hotel is set in a tropical garden with pathways throughout. Breakfast on the terrace is lovely as well as drinks before dinner on another terrace.
It is only a 15 minute walk to town but the walk back is all uphill. After doing it twice, we decided on taxis which the hotel would call for us.

property is beautiful
wait staff in restaurant were not very friendly
