Super Hotel in perfekter Lage in Biarritz

Grandioses Zimmer mit entsprechender Ausstattung! Das Bett liess absolut keine Wünsche offen, Kissen, Matratzen, Decken top! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und verfügte sogar über einen kleinen Tisch und Sofa, für den Koffer eine optimale Ablage. Das Badezimmer komfortabel, sogar mit separatem WC.

Anstelle einer Badewanne eine Dusche! (Kleinigkeit aber hat mir nicht gefallen)

La chambre était incroyable. Avec un jacuzzi intégré dans la baignoire qui nous mettait dans uns atmosphère romantique. Nous avons été surclassé gratuitement et l'extra romantique payé était parfait.( ballon en forme de coeur, petites patisseries maison, des vrais pétales de roses sur le lit . Bouteilles d'eau .Les serviettes en forme de cygne sur le lit. MERCI et je recommande vivement

L’emplacement

Le manque de propreté de la chambre, des travaux devant la fenêtre de notre chambre et prévenu une fois payée ! Des services qui ne fonctionnent pas, le petit-déjeuner en chambre oublié !!! Un hôtel qui ne vaut clairement pas ces 4 étoiles et son prix ! Très déçue !!! Je ne le recommande pas du tout !

Très moyen pour du 4* estimé

La sympathie, le sourire, la gentillesse et le professionnel de l’ensemble du personnel croisé. Le petit déjeuner achalandé en permanence et diversifié (vaut mieux vu le tarif). La propreté générale de l’hôtel.

- Le spa est petit. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos car le plafond tendu façon miroir agrandi! Avec quelques chaises disponibles qui prennent la largeur du peu de l’espace de circulation autour du bassin. - Le vis à vis sans voilage de la chambre!!! Sur 2 fenêtres, aucune n’en possède. L’avantage c’est que nous avons pu voir une dame habitant en face qui faisait couler son café… Il y a certes des rideaux occultants mais en plein jour, ce n’est pas ce qui est choisi! - Il faudrait songer à nettoyer, remplacer ou éclairer la plaque indiquant l’entrée du parking… - N’utilisez pas le mot baignoire pour désigner ce qu’il y a dans la salle de bain… la taille ça compte… précisez que pour des enfants c’est parfait! - Peut-être penser aux personnes de plus d’1,60m pour la taille des peignoirs qui sont en taille unique… - Devoir réclamer un geste commercial (la gratuité de la nuit de parking à, du coup, été proposé) alors que cela paraissait évident au vu des désagréments notifiés à l’accueil le soir de notre arrivée (robinet désolidarisé de la baignoire, le fil à linge qui ne fonctionnait pas, la poussière sur les cadres et la télé…) Je précise que l’hôtesse d’accueil était désolée et nous a quand même proposé de changer de chambre et que nous avons refusé car nous partions et rentrions tard d’un spectacle. Mais que d’autres petits soucis ont aussi été vus le lendemain (fils apparents d’une liseuse, nous sommes restés bloqués dans le parking car personne ne nous avait donné le code, baignoire…)

Rideau sale et troué Meuble et bureau abîmé Baignoire avec une grosse coulure orange Buse de la baignoire absente: dangereux Lavabo émaillé Rideau de douche troué et abîmé Restaurant : Oubli de la commande Attente pendant 1h pas de carafe d eau ni du service de nos boissons Pour au final nous dire qu’ils ont oublié la commande et que l’entrée n’est plus disponible Erreur 2 fois avec le choix du dessert Geste commercial effectué au moment de l’addition

good location, nothing else

The location of the hotel is very good, as well as the the reception staff. We enjoyed the spa, but would like to mention the room for the massage was too warm, which made a little bit difficult to fully relax. For the spa, even though you need to sign up, not everybody does, and some times is very packed, but is true qe could have quiet times at french lunch times. The hotel in general needs a refurnishment, it is a pricy 4 star that really is not worthy what you pay for the status of the property. You pay the location, but… is it worth it enough? I don’t think so. The beds, i have to say, are super comfortable.

What I really regret is the breakfast. We stayed there 4 days. I’m intolerant to gluten and lactose. We let them know, but they did not have any option, and they did not accomodate. I had to bring my own bread and sweet option; only fruit was available for me. One day they had salmon, and asked the rest of the days, and they told me viande or cheese, that were outside, wich both had lactose or gluten. I mention in the restaurant amd reception, amd before arriving, and every day, nobody cared. Is this what you expect from a 4 star hotel?? Definetly NOT!!!! They really need to work on customer care. Definetly not a place we will ho again

Memorable! We will be back!

A few steps to the central beach. Indoor spa pool was amazing! perfect for families! Free robes was very thoughtful. Happy hour at the hotel bar was worth it! Breakfast buffet was top notch! No need to think twice about choosing Grand Tonic Hotel in Biarritz.

Wonderful central stay!

We had a really pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything to visit Biarritz center on foot. Our room was very spacious, stylish, comfortable and clean. We were able to use the swimming pool of the spa for the morning swim and were mostly alone at that hour. The staff of the hotel were all very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

I wouldn’t stay there again as it’s very poor value for money.

The swimming pool as advertised was extremely small. Breakfast was very disappointing as there was no bacon even though I asked for it. It was 21€ which was overpriced for what it was.

The facilities and the very poor breakfast service for its price. We had a view of the car park . It’s an overpriced hotel in every asp.

overall a pleasant experience and the location was wonderful, breakfast was a feast and staff were just lovely

the hotel is being renovated causing dust in the rooms. As happens far too often, we paid extra for the dog and still got a very average room. The AC was of no use really and we had an uncomfortable night. I understand that the location is expensive, but overall not value for money

Bargain stay for Biarritz

The hotel was the cheapest option in central part of Biarritz with a parking available. The room was quite small with a window above a very busy street, though for a price we paid, we did not expect much. The staff at the reception was very polite, helpful, and friendly.
