I was very disappointed

Location is in close proximity to the old City

Unfriendly staff. They seem inconvenienced whenever we asked for help or asked questions. I was not given the room in the size that I paid for at first but then they moved us to a larger room when we questioned the size. Room laminate floor was sticky. Breakfast food selection was not great. To avoid making me a fresh cup of coffee at the coffee bar, even though I offered to pay, the breakfast dining room staff advised me to use the automated machine. Not everyone was treated the same. Some people were able to get their coffee hand made fresh and some, like me, we’re not. Very Lazy dining room staff. Half of them were sitting down doing nothing.

My 2nd time and my last time

I've stayed here before - this was my second and last time. I don't remember having such a mediocre experience, but that was before COVID. It's in a great location and has a nice entryway.

The staff were unenthusiastic and dismissive - no greetings, no expression, nothing. The cleaning staff were nice and efficient though. We had an issue at their restaurant that shouldn't have been escalated to the manager hours after. The facilities were bland and basic. The twin beds are indeed for children. The hotel was extremely noisy - no soundproofing at all. We heard loud, vibrating banging all night. We noticed no staff helped anyone with luggage. Even when we took the cart ourselves downstairs to check out, no one offered to help (there are high stairs to get up to the lobby). I told the Reception about the poor experience, and he shrugged it off until I told him his response was inappropriate. The breakfast was also mediocre and the staff unfriendly. I brought my mother and told her how much I liked this hotel when I stayed years. The hotel embarrassed me. I wouldn't recommend it, but they're still popular, I think, so make your own decision, of course.

This hotel is an IDEAL location from which to explore the old city.

doors are paper thin both into the hall and between adjoining rooms, when the neighbors alarm we off every 10 minutes at 2:30am I was awakened by it for 40 minutes

We enjoyed our stay!

We were very pleased with our room at the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Rana and all of the front desk staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, providing us with useful suggestions for dinner and day trips. Prior to arriving, Rana was quick to answer any questions I had regarding arriving in the middle of the night and airport transportation to the hotel. The location is perfect for walking to the Old City as well as access to public transportation. The breakfast was very good and convenient.

Never ever travel back home there is exception you can be lost easily even if you speak multi languages

Very good

Better than we thought from the pictures. The staff was very nice and friendly,. Decent breakfast and perfect position close to the old town.

The Legacy rooms have really need of urgent works, in our was raining.However we appreciated the courtesy of staff, all really nice and professional, the good breakfast and the position that is at walking distance from old city.

Friendly staff, comfortable stay, but breakfast I do not recommend.

Location, friendliness of the staff

Parking could be included for free. Breakfast was under average from quality perspective. There are so many fresh food market in Jerusalem, I would have expected fresh food (fruits was only available conserved).
