Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, einzig die Früchteauswahl war etwas eingeschränkt. Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wünsche wurden wann immer möglich, sofort erfüllt.
Das Personal dürfte vom Management besser geschult werden. Es waren grundsätzlich Kleinigkeiten, aber diese machen den Unterschied aus. Allerdings hatten wir auch ein sehr gutes Gespräch mit dem zuständigen Manager für die Barbetriebe.

The beach was amazing! Property is very clean. Well organized.
Staff in restaurants need a bit of training but in general they are kind and want to serve.
* restaurants are outrageously expensive, the menus are blah!

A very calm place with a beautiful light interior, short walkways from the room directly to the beach, a nice atmosphere at night, and good food quality. Also, the whole staff, especially the front office, is very friendly and welcoming.

La literie était top.
Mauvaise communication sur les interdictions dans l’établissement dont l’entrée de nourriture extérieure.. mauvaise entente entre certains salariés devant nous. Réclamer papier à table et cendrier sans retour ! TV hs dans la chambre. Bref pour un 5 étoiles très déçue du service! Je précise que je ne laisse jamais d’avis négatif!

The staff in Hilton are very friendly and accommodating. They really make you feel at home. As far as I remember, there was no request left unattended. Everything was tiptop. Youssef from the breakfast restaurant made us feel extremely comfortable. He never fail to bring us good coffee every morning for the entire week of stay. He made sure we had everything we want and need with warm smile and good energy. Driss, the restaurant manager was also very approachable and informative. Mohamed was also very kind & smiling whenever he makes us the best egg omelette. Mehdi was very welcoming everytime we ask for pool towels. Not forgetting the housekeeping team who ensure that our bed and room was well made everyday. Overall, our holiday stay in Hilton was superb and amazing. We will definitely come back and recommend.

Que dire de cet Hôtel Hilton à Taghazout !!! Juste exceptionnel !!! Tout le personnel en partant de la réception tout particulièrement Zahira et El Hassan des amours on sait déjà que l'on va passer un superbe séjour rien qu'en arrivant !!!!
Toute l'équipe du petit déjeuner extrêmement attentionnée, tout les mets du matin sont excellents, gros coup de coeur pour Ayoub aux chfènj et autres beignets tout chaud et tellement succulents c'est un amour et d'une gentillesse !!! 😍
Nous n'allons surtout pas oublier la jeune femme Latifa qui s'est occupée de magnifique Chambre 😍 chaque jour elle a été juste parfaite d'une propreté irréprochable on mangerait par terre ! Literie on en parle pas jamais aussi bien dormi 😱
Bref sans hésitation je reviendrai c'est sûr tout était magnifique !! Petit Conseil à ceux qui hésiteraient, foncez vous ne serez pas déçu !!!

Nous etions en demi pension. la qualité des repas etait tres moyenne et les restaurants disponibles pas conformes a ce qui était annoncé. Le service est tres long sur la moindre demande. Des travaux a la piscine pendant notre séjour ;-( La qualité du bar de plage très moyenne. Pas la qualité d'un hotel 4 etoiles selon nous...

Aussergewöhnlich nettes und authentisches Personal. Zudem haben wir noch niergends ein solch schönes und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet gesehen. Die Poolanlage ist zudem wunderbar, es word täglich alles gereinigt, auch der Pool. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und es gibt sogar drei deutsche Sender. Das Hotel ist direkt am Meer gelegen. Die Hotelanlage wird rund um die Uhr überwacht. Rundum zufrieden, wirklich!

J'ai été massé pas Khadija ce fut un PURE bonheur, prenez le massage aux pierres chaudes, vous ne serez pas déçu !
Le service restauration est à revoir, Nous avons prit une formule durant 4 jours avec le petit déjeuner inclus, et pour le diner, nous étions allé dans les différents restaurants de l'hôtel, mais le personnel est peu organisé. Il y a beaucoup de retard, et les commandes sont mal prises, nous avons attendu 45mn pour une pizza et d'autres anecdotes comme ça et le restaurant était peu rempli, mais ce qui est paradoxal c'est que la nourriture est très bonne.

Séjour exceptionnel du bagagiste au voiturier du réceptionniste aux femmes de chambre sans oublier le personnels de restauration et d’entretien des lieux. Tout est orchestré afin que notre séjour reste inoubliable. On a apprécié la bienveillance, le respect et l’amabilité de tout le personnel en gardant toujours le sourire.

The resort is quite new and located right on the beach. Conveniently, there is a walking path that runs for some kilometers along the beach.
The resort is well designed with a contemporary style and excellent facilities. Our room was large and very comfortable, with a great view from the balcony to the pool area and sea. The pool area is excellent - with several pools, plenty of sun lounges, and helpful staff. The spa is great and the hamman was excellent. For a few days of R&R, this is a great hotel. Also good for families.
After 2 weeks of super friendly and hospitable interactions around Morocco, it was a bit of a surprise to find the reception staff so impersonal and offhand - in fact, much more interested in talking to each other than the guests.
While overall I would recommend this resort, we did have a couple of negative experiences during our stay. For our first evening, we ate at the bistro style restaurant closer to the beach. It had a really nice ambiance, but unfortunately our first three choices weren't available. So in the end, there was essentially one choice! My main meal came, but my husband's didn't. After waiting a long time (staff seemed run off their feet and we couldn't get their attention), I ate and we paid and left. The staff were very apologetic, and it seemed that there had been a genuine mistake but it wasn't the best start. Unfortunately, the next morning - about 4-5 hours after eating the buffet breakfast - I became really ill and had a very unpleasant 16 hours before I started to feel better. I guess I was just unlucky as my husband was OK. And at least I could rest out on the balcony when I could get out of bed, which was pleasant!
However, at the checkout, when I shared our experience with the reception staff member, the response was a cursory "sorry for you inconvenience" and I was handed the bill! So the start and end of our time at the resort were consistent!

Everything was amazing the room was amazing and clean, all the restaurants had great food with fresh products. But the best thing was the staff, i have never seen people that nice all of the staff at the hotel were nice.

C’était très bien dans l’ensemble il manque quand même une machine à capsules dans la chambre et le mini bar n’était pas rempli. À noter aussi l’absence de peignoirs pour un 5 étoiles c’est rare. Sinon tout le reste était bien

I would like to thank the entire team for their kindness and support during my stay. I especially appreciated Khalid's support. He was always looking after me and taking care of us.
I would also like to recognize Ayoub at the swimming pool for being such a nice person and making everyone feel welcome :)
Of course the rest of the team Abdel-Aziz the pastry Chef, Omar, Mohammed, Driss, Valentine, Salah and last but not least Hanane at the Spa for making the spa experience Wonderful !
-The hotel itself very nice including the room, clean and not too big which made it perfect for our family. The food was also delicious.
-Swimming pool big enough for both adults and kids (*there is also a dedicated playground for kids supervised by adult).
-The beautiful beach being easily accessible from the hotel was a huge plus and of course We can not forget the amazing sunsets. Thanks again for making our stay memorable.
Here are few areas where I believe there could be some improvements for future guests:
- to have additional breakfast area to reduce congestion during peak hours and indicate peak breakfast times through display or app
- A dedicated foot-washing area near to the back entrance from the beach

-Sometimes guest should recognize and appreciate the staff efforts, especially during peak times. Patience is key and maybe having more staff on hand during peak times would help.
- Pulse to be moved away from the hotel ;)

Chambre spacieuse avec literie très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner est varié. 10/10 pour le personnel du restaurant qui est aux petits soin que ce soit les serveurs ou le manager.
Salle de sport bien équipée + terrain de tennis avec matériel.
Voituriers et réceptionnistes très professionnels et à l’écoute des clients.
Dommage que la piscine chauffée ne soit pas la grande.
Personnel du nettoyage vraiment pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel. Nos 3 chambres n’étaient toujours pas nettoyées à 15h30, sachant que nous avons donné accès aux chambres à 9h00.
Manque de produits: pas de coton visage ni coton tiges ni rien du tout même pour les gels douches nous avons dû appeler pour l’approvisionnement.
Notre Lavabo était bouché, l’eau ne coulait presque pas.
Pas de machine à café dans les chambres, que du café soluble.

Het hotel heeft een echt relax comfortabele ambiance. Je waant jezelf in een mooi en heerlijke omgeving. We hebben genoten van de hammen en massage.
Het personeel is zo lief, attent en professioneel!
Ik wil iedereen van het restaurant Anaw bedanken voor het realiseren van een mooi romantisch diner aan het strand. We willen met name Yasine en Omar bedanken voor het regelen en realiseren van een memorabele avond dat ik samen met mijn vrouw heb mogen meemaken.
Dankzij jullie zullen mijn vrouw en ik elk jaar terugkomen en in andere landen bijbrengen Hilton hotels verblijven.

Gode senger.
Musikkanlegget i uteområdet spilte en svært plagsom musikk. Treningsrommet hadde ikke vann og håndklær. Man måtte gå ut av SPA og gjennom hovedinngangen etter at man hadde badet.
