Pathetic experience

Nothing at all

Stay was pathetic, they charge bills for items not ordered. Have to sit with them and rectify which takes around an hour. No service at all. Not hand towels, no food service in room. We had a baby with us but no extension even for an hour for checkout. THE WORST IS THEY DON'T ALLOW DRIVERS FOR WASHROOM, ARE THEY NOT HUMANS ?

.worst stay! Over priced .

Staff are good and were trying hard.

Staffs are good but very poorly managed property. Hygiene is low, room quality, toilet is worst. Food quality is average. Overall over priced

No facilities for kids, no play area, table tennis and other playing equipment we're out of service and very unhygienic, very limited options for food and nothing for kids menu, small and non maintained swimming pool, food is filthy costly, no food after 10 pm when guests come from sight seeing, they don't provide boted water on checkout day, uncleaned rooms n washrooms, unfriendly staff. Does not meet the expectations of the brand name and experience of other location sites.

Location is good. Food Preparation was good.

Some more facilities should be there for intertreatment. Breakfast should be complementary. Food preparation was good but quantity is very less when we ordered. Buffet dinner menu was less.

Overall, It was not good

Much better hotels in the same rates

Rooms in poor condition. Acs are very old and makes noise. Property needs a makeover. Reception is not available in the midnight. Needs Improvement.

check out took 25mins, no bill issued as system was dn no mail recd as yet,staff need to be educat
