Excellent séjour au Belvédère avec une situation géographique parfait et un accueil chaleureux

Personnel au top ! Bienveillance et gentillesse. Accueil parfait avec disponibilité et écoute des hôtesses. Lieu très agréable et très bien situé. Restauration excellente. Merci à la Direction pour sa prévenance à notre égard, nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Nice place - pretty good room (though basically a basement) and restaurant food ok. Pool ok.

Everything fine but way too expensive for what it is - at the prices you expect excellent food and a great room - so either needs to be quite a bit cheaper or quite a bit better.

Great location close to the Pont d'arc. Generous buffet breakfast.

It was pretty expensive for a so so accomodation. Overpriced restaurant for obviously reheated food..

Perfect location for Vallon Pont d’Arc. The hotel is set to a high standard with excellent food. The staff were very helpful especially with our disability requirements.

Good stop over

Loved the proximity to the Pont d’Arc and the jacuzzi on our balcony.Did not have breakfast but did have dinner, which was ok .Great parking swimming pool to hand so all good for what we wanted.

A bit tired, the jacuzzi on the balcony was a big plus for us

Relaxing stay in the mountains

Great location very near the river and arch. Lovely large balcony with hot tub and view of mountains. Large room and huge bathroom. Customer service was very good. Our coffee maker was missing and we were being a bit ‘British’ and just moaning under our breath. When we did mention it the manager was mortified and replaced it immediately. Lovely view from the restaurant and good food. Good continental breakfast and lovely coffee.

A lovely facility and jumping off place to view the Gorges.

This hotel was in a lovely location in the Gorges de l'Ardennes. The facilities and staff were great. Breakfast was very good.

I was there late in the season and the restaurant wasn't open. That wasn't immediately apparent from the listing.

Friendly hotel in a great location - recommended!

One of the best locations in the Ardeche (practically next door to the Pont D'arc), yet considering it is in a very steep gorge the hotel manages to find space for a large car park, bike storage (we brought our bikes with us), an outdoor pool and deck, and an outdoor restaurant! Lots of the guests were either cycling or kayaking and Hotel Belvedere is perfectly placed for both - kayak hire was just across the road. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (excellent English spoken at reception); our room was small but well equipped (air conditioning was essential even in September), and with a balcony that overlooked the pool. The hotel restaurant served the nicest food we ate on our trip - the chef does a fantastic job - served on a lovely terrace surrounded by bamboo plants. Breakfast (charged extra) was served in the indoor conservatory restaurant that overlooks the river. We stayed for three nights and were very happy with our choice!

Hard to fault! The only thing I would like to have seen was tea/coffee making facilities in the room (but maybe that's just me being very British!!).

A quieter location than central Vallon with nearby swimming, which was good for us.

The location of this hotel 10 minutes walk from a stony beach on the Ardeche makes it very useful. The pool was nice and we had good breakfasts and an evening meal. The location allowed us to explore the stunning region.

The room was smaller than we imagined and could benefit from a little decoration refresh.

The pool was so lovely. And cooling. Staff brought drinks to the pool side with smiles. The Chef and restaurant there is out of this world extraordinary. Superb food. Loved the air con in rooms. Very helpful English speaking staff.

this hotel is in a great location , the restaurant was very good , we chose our room because it had a hot tub which was lovely . there was also onsite parking

Nice & good hotel at an excellent location very close to the Pont d’Arc

Hotel Belvedere has an excellent location if you want to stay close to the river and the Pont d’Arc. The employees are friendly, lots of parking space, a pool (although I advise to swim in the river if you are staying there anyway). A good breakfast and a busy restaurant with nice views from the terrace (although we did not eat in the restaurant ourselves).

The rooms are a bit small (but this was not unexpected as it was in the description before we booked).

Good accommodation in very good location

Very well positioned close to the Pont D'Arc. was much closer than we expected. Evening meal was also very good. Room was a good size and comfortable.

The hotel was a little dated in parts and a sheet had a small black on it mark although it was clean as was the rest of the room.

Superb location and only a 500m walk to the The Pont d’Arc.

Location, near the Gorge. We received an upgrade on arrival.

No dinner available on arrival (Tuesday’s) along with difficulty finding anywhere local to eat in the evening.
